If you want to charge more for your video services, you need to get the client to admit the cost of not moving forward. In other words, you need them to justify why your services are worth it to you and so you need to build a gap from where they are to where they want to be and help them understand the money that they're leaving on the table by not moving forward with the project. You can ask questions like what do you feel like might happen if you don't move forward on something like this? And then get the client to justify why they want to move forward and get the client to sell themselves and pull you in to why they want to move forward with you.
