Short YouTube advice video by Eric Deeran (Master Filmmaker) explaining that inconsistent monthly revenue in video businesses is typically caused by relying on one-off projects. The recommended solution is to implement monthly client retainers to smooth revenue and reduce stress. The speaker offers to send a list of their top 27 video retainers if viewers comment 'retainer'.
If you're tired of up and down revenue months in your video business, it's typically because you're doing a lot of one off projects, which means you could have 7k this month and 700 bucks next month. And obviously this leads to inconsistency, it leads to stress, and overall, it's just not a good way to run a business. The number one thing you need to do is implement retainers where clients are paying you every single month to smooth out your revenue and give you peace of mind. If you want a copy of our top 27 video retainers that our clients are selling to their clients, comment the word retainer below and I'll send it directly to you.
