Short YouTube comment from a videographer (speaker) warning that one-off projects lead to unstable income and stress, advocating monthly recurring revenue (retainers) as the path to a sustainable video business. The speaker offers to share a list of 'top 27 retainers' if viewers comment the word “retainer.”
Way too many videographers are doing one off projects and it's killing their business. Killing the business because they don't have consistent revenue. One month they'll make 7k, another month they'll make 700 bucks. This leads to a ton of anxiety, a lot of stress and sleepless nights. And I know that because that was me. If you want to build a sustainable business, have to be focusing on monthly recurring revenue. If you want to learn how to get retainers in your video business, comment the word retainer below and I'll send you our top 27 retainers.
