Short YouTube comment-style video by Eric Deeran (Master Filmmaker) advising videographers that relying on one-off projects causes wildly inconsistent monthly income (examples: $7k vs $700), resulting in stress and anxiety. The speaker recommends focusing on monthly recurring revenue (retainers) to build a sustainable business and invites viewers to 'comment "retainer"' to receive a list of top 27 retainers.
Way too many videographers are doing one off projects and it's killing their business. Killing the business because they don't have consistent revenue. One month they'll make 7k, another month they'll make 700 bucks. This leads to a ton of anxiety, a lot of stress and sleepless nights. And I know that because that was me. If you want to build a sustainable business, have to be focusing on monthly recurring revenue. If you want to learn how to get retainers in your video business, comment the word retainer below and I'll send you our top 27 retainers.
