Speaker identifies the main mistake videographers make: lacking a consistent system to bring in clients each month, causing inconsistency and uncertainty about next bookings. The speaker says they developed a system to get clients booking consistently and invites viewers to comment the word "workshop" to receive a free training that explains the system.
