Here's how to stop chasing client payments. Number one get the client to put their card or ACH info on file. Use something like Stripe because it saves the card info to the actual person's profile. Step 2 have in your agreement that they're going to be auto drafted for that amount of payment every single month on a specific date. Put them on a recurring subscription which you can make in Stripe, where it pulls the payment from their payment method every single month on a specific date. And boom. That's it. That's all you have to do. No more chasing people for invoices. No more chasing them to pay. No more. No more following up via email and then paying you a month later.
