Book the appointment first, then ask if decision makers need to be there. If someone can't make it, reschedule. Asking upfront creates friction and kills the booking.

I do that at the end. So I book the call, and I'm like, hey, you know, Dan, would anyone else need to be on the call? Or would anyone else need to be present as a part of this call? And then if they're like, oh, yeah, my partner, xyz. And then I'd be like, cool. Can they make it to that time? And then if they say yes, great. If not, they say no. Then I find it, I reschedule it, and I find the time. But I usually ask that after I get the appointment because it's. I've already gotten, like, it's easier for me to reschedule the appointment than maybe, like, do you have any decision makers? And then it causes more friction in me trying to book the appointment, if that makes sense.
