In this segment Eric Deeran explains his low‑budget ad‑testing process. Over a 4‑5 day period he runs a batch of ad creatives spending roughly $200‑$300 total (about $20 per day). He observes that 2‑3 ads typically capture the majority of spend and results. After the test window he analyzes which ads delivered results, why they succeeded, and then disables the under‑performing ads. The remaining top ads are scaled, but only if they achieve a favorable cost per result—specifically a low cost per lead that is also a qualified lead. The goal is to identify and scale the cheapest cost‑per‑qualified‑lead ads while keeping the initial testing budget minimal.
