A short conversational clip (two speakers) arguing that effort alone is insufficient — people must work hard on the right things. The speakers warn that many waste years on low-impact work and emphasize there is no neutral middle ground: either you move toward your goals or you move away from them.
Yeah, Struggle.
You know, I.
Think that's the hardest part sometimes is like. Like anybody can work hard, but how do you know if you're working hard on the right things?
Right?
And that was me for a very long time where I'm like, like, give me what to do and I will do it. But where most people are stuck is they don't even know what to do. Or even worse, they're spending years working on things that are not the right things and wasting years of their life on things that are not going to move the needle.
That's to.
Me, is like the biggest cost in the world. I'm like, I don't want to do that.
And then that's like you're going the opposite direction. There's really only two directions. You're either going forward towards your goals or you're going the opposite direction and your business is going to close.
