Yeah, Evan, you're good.
Okay, great.

Yep.
Okay. We're answering any questions you have around.
Scaling your video business.
If you want to drop questions below, let us know. What's the main struggle in the video business? How can we help? We have worked with over 700 video business owners up to this point, so I'm pretty sure we can probably help. Let's go into the comments. We're live on Facebook, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. LinkedIn was giving me some issues today, but yeah. Guys, what's going on? Fill us in on what you've been seeing this week and then I'm going to pull up the WINS channel here.
This week for me. I mean, dude, it's just been a lot of ads, analyzation, a lot of our CRM just kind of getting people configured properly. But I mean that's been mostly it for me.
Sweet. I love it. London. Kyle Creative says ready to annoy you guys with questions. I love it, man, we love questions. Because I don't want to just be up here yapping all day. I want to be able to help you guys and go ahead and drop some questions down below on Instagram. I'm gonna check that in a second. I'm gonna pull up our WINS channel here. Hold on one sec. All right, so a couple of wins. Let's go back here. We have so many. I gotta pull them back. Matt Stone said he booked a call directly from Facebook.
Close.
One for 5k and the other one for 6500. He just had to express the ROI and helping them see that. And he was able to close. What else? Let's see. Abraham said that he was working on a 6k a month proposal with a doctor who owns a spine institute, and this was directly from ads and he was able to get them on. He has a call scheduled for Tuesday, which is going to be huge. This guy looks familiar right here. Tell us about your win, Evan. What you got?
No, I've been working with a private school for almost four months now. They're coming. We're getting in their last month of running ads right now, but she's at about a 4x ROI on her on her investment, so that's pretty good. I'm working on getting a case study and everything lined up with her, but she's gonna likely move forward and, you know, re up and keep going on through the process with me here at the end of this month. So excited about that.
Sweet.
Cool.
I love that. Ace has a great sales call he's got here. We got Justin Bond. New ads are live. Adam got a great case study with one of his clients here. And Dustin just got his first lead from ads, which is great. Ace again with another ortho lead that came from ads. Hunter got his new ad shot. And then Matt Stone. I was talking to him about this yesterday, but he had been. He had had a little bit of a slow period in his ads, but they had performed well in the past. I said, you probably just need to spend a little bit more. And then apparently he woke up to four new sales calls booked overnight as he was sleeping. So it's huge, which I absolutely love to see. Let me pull this up here. Hold on one sec. I gotta get this out of the way now.
Hold on.
There we go. Sweet. But, yeah, I think the biggest thing that I've seen is, like, people struggle to justify the roi. And Matt was saying something nice on the call the other day. He's like, you just have to help them understand what Is the cost of the problem staying the same. Right. So, Evan, I don't know if you want to speak on that, but I think that's a big kind of missing link. People don't even ask people like, no.
Yeah, I mean that, that goes kind of what I had to do to, to get the private school client that I have right now. We were talking like I didn't close her on the first call. So we had a follow up call booked, which if anybody watching this, you can almost discredit follow up calls because they almost don't exist when you don't close them on the first one. But she was, you know, even in the follow up, she was kind of like, you know, I just, I still feel like I need a couple of days to think about it. This, that or the other. And I just had to walk her through because she was already proactively trying to run her own ads. All she was really doing was just boosting posts on Instagram. So she wasn't doing it in the proper way. She was a go high level user too, which is a part of the CRM software that we use. So me being versed in that too, she really saw that, hey, if I can have somebody come in and actually get this optimized for it to. To work properly, that, that this could be better for me for my situation and I might not have to actually do as much. So she's struggling to do what she was doing. And then I was like, well, hey, if you just kind of get some help doing this, what could be the potential benefit if it's now a well oiled machine and it's working for you? And she was like, nope. Yep, you're exactly right. That's exactly what I needed to hear. So it was just, you know, something that I had to walk through with her there so she could actually confront and, and see that for herself.
Yeah, no, that's huge. I love that. Let me go over here to questions here.
To coach.
Coachella Valley creative says, how much do I charge for 12 reels, 8 photos a month? Evan, Ethan, you want to handle that? It's not about the deliverables. It's about what depends on the business.
10K. I'm just. Now I'm just spitting numbers. We were throwing out deliverables. I'll just spit you. I'll just spit out numbers. What'd you say?
I was going to say, I mean, yeah, it depends on the business, right? You, the, the business and your margins. Well, what, what is the outcome for that business like what are they going to get out of 12 reels a month? Right. Like what, how much is a client worth to them? What is the lifetime value of a client? How many clients can they get with 12 reels a month? In your opinion, do you need to offer ads on top of that to be able to get people in the door? Right. You know, what is the, you know, we have to, we have to think about it in terms of results. So like what is the result that they can get from that? Not what are we selling them? Because no one cares about what you're selling them, they care about what result does it get them. And if you can't justify that then that's a huge problem. Right. It's going to be very, very difficult to sell them on anything if they don't see a result from it. Right. So that's a big thing. Harry says, what are your thoughts on starting an agency running ads for companies who film their own content with their phones? Seems like it would bring in the same results as a fancy camera. Evan.
Yeah, so no, that's actually funny enough, that's kind of a secondary kind of offer thing that I'm kind of correlating right now because I found I always have to find the pockets of where people are like what can they do for themselves and what do they actually need the most help with? That particular offer might not be applicable for everybody, but if you have a business, for example that has, I don't know, like a front desk secretary who might be, you know, with it when it comes to social media and making reels or whatever, if they can handle that part of the process but they have no idea how to do the back end to make the return happen. Like that's what I can help with. Right. So it, it, it's really just about positioning and framing at the end of the day and then how much help do they need with what. So it's not a bad, it's not a bad offer because it can work. I know other people that do it as well. So it's, it's totally viable. You just have to make it make sense.
Yeah, for sure. I agree. London Kyle Creative says he has a business that he is trying to sell that made $9 million last year. They want a done for you approach. He usually does a hybrid but he sees this potentially being worth it. He was thinking to charge 8k PIFF for 4 months. In my opinion that feels low. Did you understand what's the gap they're trying to fill? So like what is. They did 9 million last year. What do they want to get to? And then what is that gap? And how are you going to help them fix or solve that gap and close that gap? Because 8k PIFF for four months, what is that? 2k a month? That just seems really low from what I've seen previously. I'd like for you to be at like at least, I mean for a company of that size, you should be at 8 to 10k a month for your, for your packages. It's just figuring out what value can you provide for that and what is the main bottleneck? Like, do they need to run ads? Do they, Like I have no context on this, so I can't really give you like a lot of feedback because everything depends on context. Obviously. He says no, sorry, yes. Thinking eight strategic reels a month, two ad creatives overall. Are you running the ads for them as well? Because I'd also just do the math on how much is a customer worth for them. If we got you 5 new customers and each customer is worth you, worth 10k, then we just added 50k a month. Are you not willing to pay 8k a month to make 50k a month? Right. And then you have to kind of get to that point in the call where it's like this is how much you could make. Are you not willing to pay this much money to get there? And then you usually don't have to go a lot into deliverables at that point because you're just talking about the outcome. He said. Or should I go 10k month to month? They're paying a marketing agency 10k a month. Primarily focuses on SEO. If they're already paying a marketing agency 10k a MONTH, I'd say you'd probably want to land around there. I wouldn't do month to month because your churn is going to be higher. So like if you do a month to month, people can cancel anytime and there's not a lot of like, like they just look back on the last 30 days and they're like what did you do for me in the last 30 days? And so like you just have a lot more churn. I would try to lock them into like a 3, 6 or 12 month retainer. Even if it means you're at like 9k a month or like 8k a month because you're going to make more overall. You know what I mean? I mean we see that a lot, right? You see that a lot. Evan or Ethan as well, right? Just with like people committing to longer term packages, they don't churn as much. Let's see, 8k for four months. Oh, okay, 8k a month for four months times. So 32k running the ads. Hands on. Yeah. So what I would do is pitch them 32k for 4 months. Say it like that and then just don't say anything. See what they say. Hey, man, it's just 32k for. For 4 months. And if you guys want to role play with me real quick. Evan, it's just 32k for six months or for four months. Sorry.
Well, okay. How. That's a lot. I don't know if we could swing that, right?
A lot compared to what?
I mean, it's a lot. I mean, we're already paying another agency 10k there and you know, I just, I don't know if that would be something that we could just stack on top of what we're doing right now for sure.
And so I know you guys were saying you're at, you know, 500k. What is 9 million a year? 700. 700.
Yeah, I'm bad at math too, so.
I know you guys, you said, you said you're at 700k a month right now. What did you guys want to get to in revenue? What was the goal there?
Yeah, I mean, we really just want to hit that even million dollars a month mark and try and just get that first and then set our sights on what the next horizon line would be from there.
So about 300k a month, actually.
Yeah.
And do you feel like with what you're doing on the SEO side with the other agency, you feel like that's going to help get you there or how do you feel?
I mean, it, I mean, it potentially could from the little knowledge that I have about it. I don't know if they're kind of already capped out at what they're able to bring us and deliver us. I've no, you know, I've noticed that some of the leads have gone down in quality a little bit. So, you know, maybe there is a shift on the horizon for, for them in some aspect.
And I guess. Do you feel like if we were able to run targeted video ads to your, your correct avatar and bring those people in, you know, as opposed to waiting on search volume, which is what SEO does, do you feel like that would help you guys get leads faster and potentially close that gap?
I mean, it definitely could, for sure. I mean, I know that we're not doing specifically anything related to content, video or anything like that. Our social medias are our train wreck, but I Mean, it definitely could for sure.
And we'll just pause. So like just build that gap on the call and just basically go over. And you're proposing to take over the lowest performing location? Yeah, I would go for the piff first. I would build the gap, figure out what that gap is. In this case it's 300k. Talk about do they feel like the current strategy they have right now is going to get them there, build that gap, build the doubt. Right. And then go in for the, the, for the sale at that point. Let me know if you have anything else on that. London. Kyle, Harry says, have you looked into Perspective co for funnels or funnels? Just funnels. Yeah, funnels are just funnels, man. It really doesn't matter. The biggest thing is the strategy. Like you can go to a million people for funnels. It literally doesn't matter.
Yeah, no, the, the perspective. I'm getting nailed with the perspective funnel.
What is that? I haven't seen that.
It's just, it's a landing page. It's a landing page and CRM builder.
Oh, is it like a competitor?
It's much more like drag and drop than even something like what we use. It's supposed to be. I think it's just like a simplified, dumbed down version of something. I think it's like 200 bucks a month or something like that. For the, for the software?
Yeah. I mean the biggest thing is you need a way to collect a lead, get their info, follow up with them, get them booked on a call that it doesn't matter what you use. Right. Too many, too many beginners get stuck in the like, ooh, I need to use this tool or this thing or like this is what's going to get me to the next level. When in reality none of that stuff matters. What matters is your overarching strategy, your offer, your marketing, how you're framing your marketing, how you sell and then how you deliver on a service. That's all that matters. Right. There's the tools are going to change over time. That's not the thing that's going to be the silver bullet. It's never one thing, it's a million things. So like when beginners are looking to scale, they're always saying, oh, you know, it's this one silver bullet that's going to get me there. When in reality it never is. It's a million little things that take time to build. Like that's ultimately what it comes down to. So yeah, hopefully that gives you some perspective on perspective. Funnels there to Die. Let's see what other questions we have. Guys, See Kelly in here. Kelly says just started running ads at $60 a day about three weeks ago. Currently doing $40 a lead and have closed one lead. What's a good average per lead? That's not bad. I would ask you, what is your return on ad spend? So you close one deal, you've spent eleven hundred dollars. That's your cac, Right. Cost per acquisition. So then what is the. How much money did you collect up front? What was the total contract value and what is the return on ad spend? And then I would then take those calculations. You know, I'd like to be at least at a 4 to 5 to 1 on the front end. $12,000. Okay, great. Yeah, that's cool.
That's perfect.
So you basically put. You put $1 in and you got 12.
12 out.
Yeah, that's great. It's a 12 to 1. So what I would say is, did you collect all that $12,000 up front or was it on a pay plan? You know, let me know. I'd love to know in the comments here. But if you did, then, you know, upfront cash is great. I would say pour more into that ad. It's working, right? Continue to do the cycle. That's it. And then it's, how do I get a $12,000 lead or deal closed every day or twice a day or three times a day or five times a day. It's like think in orders of magnitude where like, well, I probably couldn't sell five deals a day, so I would probably need a sales team to do that for me. So then I need to hire salespeople. Right. It's just like thinking in terms of scale, $4,000 a month contract for three months. Yeah, that's good. I would try to get the PIF, though. Be like you could do $12,000 or you could pay 11k and save a thousand dollars. If you want to pay it all up front, try to get that pay in full to get the cash up sooner. So good job, Kelly, though. That's great. That's awesome. Harry says, would your program be a good fit for me? Looking to do an agency where the client films their own content and we edit for them. Yeah, I mean, we have plenty of clients who are doing that. Who's. Who's a couple clients that are doing that right now, you know?
Well, Matt's kind of doing that.
That Stone. Matt Stone is doing that.
He's selling Stone's doing that. Yeah.
Version of consulting with them. Filming.
He's like. Yeah, he's like coaching them through how to. How to film and then. And then doing the edits for them. Somebody else, I don't remember who it is off the top of my head, but I know somebody else is doing something similar to Jolie.
Jolie's doing that? Yep. Julie's doing that. Nice.
Yep.
Matt. Okay, where's Matt? I'm gonna find his case study here. Give me one sec, I'll send you that case study.
The ad for Matt, was that 43.43K, I think was. Which you have on the. On the ad running right now? Oh, yeah, but he's closed a couple more deals since that.
Oh yeah, he's closed. He's closed a couple for sure. Where is he? There he is. Let me find it here. Slides. Yeah, Matt, right here. He does that, this guy. So he'll sell, basically editing with consulting. He doesn't do any filming. Everything is what the client sends to him and that's that. That's it. So that's all he does. I would definitely check him out, but yeah, that's. That's essentially what our clients will do. Let me know if you have more questions on that, Harry. Let's see. Man, I can't get this out of this view. There we go. What other questions do we have, guys? Do you guys only have the full coaching option or is there any other offers? I mean, we have like our. Our tiny taster packages, which is like our 27 retainer pack, but that's more of like a. Just like an intro, tiny little kind of Costco sample. If you want to get more info, London, Kyle, just send me a dm. I'm happy to. I am happy to elaborate a little bit more on that or have someone from my team reach out to you if you want. Katie Ortiz says. What is his name? Matt Stone. The YouTube that you just shared. Yeah, it's Matt Stone. You can find his. His info on our website, masterfilmliger.com case studies, London. Kyle said he bought the 27. Well, you did. You're halfway there. You bought the 27 retainers. Let's go. Come on. Book a call already. What are you doing? You're hanging out lurking on this live, dabbling. Gotta get in here and. And go pro. Let's go. I sound like Jeremy Miner up in here, man. Dabblers. Him and his. And his sales techniques. Dabblers.
Dabblers.
Dabblers.
Let's see.
Kelly says one other question. Over the past three days, we've had no leads. Then we oh man, this is so. This is, this is such a fitting question that everyone asks. I love this. I received two new ones this morning. Do you have any determination on changing the ad creative if you have days with no leads? No, don't touch the ads, leave them. You will have variants, it will go up and down. It is never perfectly linear. You need to make decisions on ads on a week to month timeline, not a day by day timeline. Evan, any thoughts on that?
Yeah, I mean it's. For me it's just based on how much are you spending. Right? Yeah, yeah, you usually need a few day, I mean at least a week in most cases. Unless you're like this person that can spend godly amounts of money on your ads, you can figure out a lot in a shorter amount of time. But uh, for the most part, most people need to at least let seven days run through them before you decide to do anything whatsoever.
Yeah, don't touch it, don't touch it. Right. Um, also, ads is not a linear process all the time. People will see your ad, they won't click. It's not the right time. They'll see it two weeks later, then they'll click, then they'll buy, right? So like you can't, you can't make decisions on a weekline a week timeline because like the person you might have, you know, if you waited a couple more weeks, that same person might then book a call and buy. But like you, your ads haven't been running long enough for that to happen. The number one mistake we see is people get trigger happy and they literally just like cut their ads off. Right? And it's the biggest mistake, especially if you've literally already closed a $12,000 deal from your ads. My God, keep those things running. Do not turn them off. If anything, up the spend so then your, your window of leads becomes faster. So if you know that you said you're spending $60 a day, you're currently doing $40 a lead. In a perfect world, you get 1.2 leads a day, right? Based on the math, right? Everything is math. But humans are not perfectly mathematically perfect. Right? So like you're not going to have someone who always becomes a lead every day. It might be three to four days before a lead becomes a lead, right? Or someone becomes a lead. So like I would say go from 60, up it by 10 to 20%, go to like 70 today, tomorrow go to like 80 the next day, then go to 90 the day after that, then go to 100 a day after that. And then you Slowly scale that ad, right? So then you get leads. Faster, faster, faster. Let's see, five to seven. Yeah, Let it populate. Yeah, I, I minimum seven days.
Like, I mean that's the learning phase anyway for meta. So it's like.
Yeah, but the learning phase is also based on how many events you get. So like.
Well, that's true too. They need, they need the 50, but I mean, yeah, that's the time that they, that they give you. But yeah.
Kelly says you guys rock. Thank you. Absolutely. You got it. Maybe we should go for nine hours like Hormozi did on his life. What do you think?
Oh, yeah. Like, I tried to stay on as much as I could, but I could not, I could not do nine hours.
You can't just block off nine hours in your day. Okay.
Come on.
I'm kidding. Harry says, I know ad managers get banned easily. For my own business, I spend a good amount to have an ad structure and warmed up account made for me. Do you guys run into. No, I mean, out of 700 clients, we've maybe had like one.
I've had. Yeah, maybe I can think of like one or two.
One or two that have had a band, but one of them couldn't even get started. They came to us with those bands. I don't think I've ever had anybody who's run. Maybe, Maybe we've had one. Yeah. Person who's come to us run ads and then got it banned. But like now, I mean, out of.
700, only thing in that that I've ever seen is like you try to do too much too fast. Like with brand new stuff inside of Meta, that's when they get a little.
I also would be careful about this whole like people selling you like warmed up accounts because Facebook catches onto that and then they're like, you actually become more at risk probably to get an account banned.
So.
Yeah, yeah, Harry, I would just do it the honest way and just start a new one. That's something that we help with. But yeah, so I wouldn't, I wouldn't mess around with all the, the gray hat stuff with, with buying ad accounts and all that stuff. London, Kyle says. Awesome. Good to know. Yeah. London, we better see you on this on the calendar, man, that tomorrow. Like you're asking too many questions up in here. I'm kidding.
I love it.
He said, at what point should we run the retargeting ad? How much ad spend and what type of ad creative typically, like, unless you're spending thousands of dollars a day, I wouldn't Recommend doing retargeting because your existing ad already retargets people.
Yeah.
So there's really not a huge. Unless you have spent, like, $3 million on ads like me, it really doesn't matter to do retargeting because your audiences are not necessarily big enough anyways. Like, there's some use cases where it makes sense, and we go over that inside of our full. Our full program. But most use cases don't really. You really don't need to. That much depends on your spend in the account. Do you guys have to leave top of the hour?
Yeah, I do. I got a couple people that I need to get to before my call, so you're good.
We got two minutes, guys. Ask any questions you have before then, and then we gotta. We gotta run. I'd go for nine hours today, but I got stuff to do, too, unfortunately. So let's see. Questions? Final call. Final call. Let's see. Yeah. And if you guys want to learn more about what we do, link in the bio on Instagram and then link below this video. If you want to book a call with our team, see if we could possibly help. How about giveaways? That is a vague question. On ads.
Organically read Money Models talks about giveaways. I got mine yesterday, too.
Let's go. I love it. I love cool guys. Well, yeah, if you want to learn more about how we can help, click the link in the bio. Otherwise, keep enjoying the free stuff. And with that being said, I'm trying to find the music here. We'll see you guys in the next one.
B. I blew away the clouds I was standing under Traded all my rainy days for a little summer I fly so high right now that I might not come back down Listen to my own big car Everything around me is looking up, up if life is what you make it I'mma celebrate it I'm feeling like a brand new me for the very first time I'm feeling like a brand new me Brand new, brand new.
