Speaker (Eric Deeran) advises prioritizing reactivation of previous leads/clients to capture quick revenue ('low hanging fruit'), then use that cash flow to fund ad and funnel testing. Revenue from early clients should be partly reinvested into advertising and developing fulfillment (hiring, process-building) so the system can be tested and scaled.

I want you to work your reactivation leads first because then we can scoop up all the low hanging fruit as far as money. And then once we've scooped all that up, we start to get an idea of what our fulfillment process is going to look like. We start looking at who we can start hiring to do this stuff for us as well. And then we now can go in and start building out the process, the system. And that's why I like to start with you guys with reactivation is because when we're testing ads and testing the funnel and stuff, it's going to take a little bit of budget to do that. So like I'd rather you cash flow off of those first clients. We take a little bit of that money and then we reinvest it back into ads and work that system out. But you're doing everything right as far as like making sure we're scooping up all the low hanging fruit first because then we can cash flow which is the most important thing right now.
