A short conversational snippet from a YouTube video (SOP - Standard operating procedure) where two speakers discuss operationalizing video shoots by creating a repeatable pre-production SOP, training/outsourcing to talented shooters, and scaling hires only once demand (multiple clients) justifies it. Emphasis on delegating the shoot after documenting the process and leveraging personal networks to find capable shooters.

It is. It would just be a little bit of either you soping out the, the pre production process and then training that person on what to get and or you being involved a little bit in pre production and then sending somebody out to go and do that. That would really be what it's like, what it comes down to. Yeah.
If I landed that, you know, one client willing to do that, I know I can handle one.
Yeah. But then after that, and I'm a big proponent of Hormozy's, like, don't. We're not worrying about problems until they become problems. So it's like until we have two or three of those, let's. I mean, obviously we will hire people, but then we'll have capital to be able to hire those people and we won't be worrying about it as much. But yeah, it would just come down to like having a good shooter that you can train and there's plenty of people out there that are very talented that we could then hire out to go and shoot this. And you just sop out the whole shoot and they would go in.
