Short advice monologue (YouTube video) urging solo workers to stop doing everything themselves. The speaker argues that acting as a "one-man band" and failing to trust others prevents growth, and recommends hiring or delegating work to break through perceived ceilings.
You need to stop doing everything yourself. If you feel like you're stuck, it's probably because you're doing everything yourself and you're a one man band. You need to be able to trust other people to hire other people to do things for you. Otherwise you're always going to reach the ceiling and you're never going to be able to break through because you don't trust other people to do the work for you.
