Eric Deeran shows how to find your best Facebook ads by calculating the qualified-to-unqualified lead ratio for each one. Once you identify top performers, recreate their messaging in multiple formats like UGC videos, carousels, and static images to scale high-quality leads.

If you're running ads right now, I would do this strategy to see where your best clients and leads are coming from, because a lot of times people will run ads, but they won't map out which specific ads brought them the highest quality leads. And so if you're running things like lead forms, download or look at each individual ad and the amount of leads that it got. And so I would look at each individual ad and then look at, okay, did this ad— how many leads did this ad get me? It got me 10 leads. ad 1 got me 10 leads, ad 2 got me 5 leads, ad 3 got me 6 leads, and then map out the qualified to unqualified ratio of qualified leads to unqualified. So number 1, I'd look at, okay, ad 1 has an 80% qualified lead to unqualified lead ratio, ad 2 has 50/50, ad 3 has, you know, 40% qualified, 60% unqualified. And then based on that, I would look at the messaging angles of the winning ads and then make that winning ad into new formats, right? And so take, if it's a talking head, make it into a UGC talking head, make it into a sketchbook, make it into a green screen, make it into a carousel, make it into a static, because a lot of times not all leads are created equal. And so you can't treat them as equal. Look at them in your CRM and look at them in, in the actual ads manager and see which ads are bringing me the best leads and then make more ads like that. It's so simple, but so many people don't do it. So hope that helps.
