The goal is a business that runs without the owner.

This is the vacation test. Here are 7 things that should run without you so you can actually take a vacation as a video agency owner. Number 1, independent of your time, leads should still be flowing into your pipeline. You should still be getting leads on a daily basis regardless of your actual manual input into the business. Number 2, sales calls should still close without you on Zoom. You should have a closer, a salesperson who can take new leads and convert them into clients. Number 3, your onboarding should fire automatically, meaning that you should have a process set up when a client pays to get them onboarded, completely automated. Then you should have a fulfillment system to pass that client off to fulfillment where a CSM or client success manager starts working with them, gets them scheduled for their shoot, gets a videographer on set, and then has an editor actually creating their content. And then all client questions should get answered without you. It should be your CSM who's answering those questions and getting them taken care of. Invoices should go out, money should get collected, all without your direct involvement. Now, if you want our help setting systems like this up so you can actually take a vacation without your business running you, I put together a short video on the next page bringing down exactly how to do this.
