A short YouTube advice clip (Eric Deeran - Master Filmmaker) arguing that many freelancers stay 'stuck' because they do all the work themselves. The speaker's main recommendation is to stop doing every task personally and instead build repeatable systems that allow hiring and plugging others into the business so the owner can work on the business rather than in it.
The biggest thing keeping you stuck, and most people like you stuck, is that you are doing all the work yourself. You're thinking smaller because you need to be focusing on creating a system where you can plug other people into the system and you can hire other people to do the work for you. What most freelancers do is they focus on doing the work themselves, and that's what ultimately leads to their demise, because they're not focused on creating a system where they can have other people work for them and work in the business, so then they can work on the business.
