So I was on Reddit this morning and I saw a lot of posts for quarter-life crisis. It's kind of like the midlife crisis comes early, and so many people experience this. And it's been a long time, but I remember being in my 20s and feeling the same way. The things that I thought were going to come true didn't come true. The hopes that I had for my career didn't come true. Relationships were not easy. All of these things were disappointing to me. But I think the best advice that I have for somebody who's actually going through a quarter-life crisis is to write down what drains you and what energizes you. Because if you can figure out those two things, you can make decisions that align with that. If you're in a job and it's draining, then ask, why is that draining? What about it is draining? And figure out a way to look for something that's not draining, something that energizes you. What would a job be like that energizes you? So if you do those two exercises of what drains you and what energizes you, I think that will help you a lot in your quarter-life crisis. So follow me for more, and I'll talk soon. Bye.
