If you've been trying to have conversations with your young adult and they just always end up with tension and the conversation doesn't really go anywhere, I want to assure you, you are not alone. There are lots of parents who have this exact same thing happen to them. And this is why I created the Young Adults Conversation Program. This is a one-on-one coaching experience. That teaches you how to have those conversations without the tension, without the judgment. And it also helps spark your young adult into actually taking forward momentum on their life. There are 3 steps to this program. Step number 1 is to reset the dynamic. We need psychological safety. Your young adult needs that safety so they'll feel free to open up and tell you what's going on and what they're thinking. Step number 2, clarifying the direction. Instead of trying to fix them, what we're doing here is we're just asking them questions in such a way that they reflect and come up with answers on their own. When they come up with the answers, they have buy-in. When they have buy-in, they're more likely to act.. And the other part of this very important section is that we are looking for gremlins. Gremlins are those limiting beliefs, those thoughts in their heads that are telling them they're not good enough or they're not smart enough. And these are very important to address and resolve. And we teach you how to do that. Step number 3, activating the path. This is a really important step because in this step We're starting to see them take small, confident steps towards their growth and towards their future. And we want to make sure that they continue with that momentum. The trick here is we don't want to push and we don't want to nag. So this part is really, really important. So those are the 3 steps. Now, every situation is different. Every family dynamic is different. So that's why I work with you one-on-one to customize this program to make sure that it's right for you. So if this sounds interesting to you, send me a DM and I'll see you in the next video. Thanks.
