Parents often feel anxiety and disappointment when kids leave home, not the freedom they expected. A 90-day relationship recalibration with just an hour or two weekly can shift both parent and adult child toward pride and optimism instead of worry.

Let me ask you a question. Is this how you thought you would feel when your kids were finally out of the house? When they're finally in their 20s and pursuing their own interests? Is this how you thought you would feel? I mean, you've worked so hard. You got them through school. You got them through college. They graduated. That's huge. And now they're off on their own to figure out what they want to do in life. But instead of feeling excited and thinking, oh wow, I can do all this stuff now, I don't have to worry about them, I can go pursue my own hobbies, I can get in really good shape, I can go socializing, I can go traveling, I can do all these things, I can work harder on my business But instead, you're sitting there worried about them and their future. You're worried, like, are they gonna make it financially? Are they going to find something that lights them up? Are they gonna be happy? Are they gonna be fulfilled? And that weighs heavy on a parent's heart when they know their young adult isn't thriving. When they know that they're being stagnant and that there's so much that they could do. I mean, imagine if in 90 days you were able to recalibrate your relationship with your young adult in a way that not only made you feel great, but it made them feel great, and they felt like they could do whatever they wanted. And that the sky was the limit. How would that feel? How would it feel not to be worrying all the time, but instead feeling proud and excited for them? Wouldn't that be huge? And yes, in 90 days, this is possible. I've seen it again and again. I've seen it where when you show up differently, they show up differently. Oh, and if you're worried about how much time this will take, I've heard that a lot. And what I can tell you is that 90 days isn't that long. An hour or two a week is going to save you hours and years of worrying. So if you're ready to take that step to make this bold choice, to save years of worrying and being frantic and concerned about your young adult, then reach out to me through private message. We'll set up a meeting and see if this is right. So that's the video for today. Hope you have a great weekend, and I'll see you in the next one. Thanks.
