In this brief YouTube segment, Speaker A shares a personal narrative of long‑standing uncertainty about career and life direction, describing how since high school (2018) they have felt clueless about their purpose and now, in 2025, still lack a clear path. They express a strong, intuitive pull toward a solo journey of self‑discovery, hoping the upcoming year (2026) will bring alignment with their true self. Speaker B responds supportively, emphasizing the importance of living in alignment during a quarter‑life crisis, praising the solo‑journey impulse, and relating it to their own regrets about ignoring intuition in their 20s. Speaker B offers a practical resource—a PDF of reflective prompts for 20‑year‑olds—linked in the video description, encouraging viewers to use it for guidance. The exchange frames personal uncertainty, the value of intuition, and actionable support as a roadmap toward personal fulfillment.

Ever since I was younger, I've never known what I wanted to do with my life. I feel like when everyone was getting ready and picking what colleges they wanted to go to in high school, I was sitting there like, I actually have no idea what I want to do with my life, but I'll figure it out. And that was in 2018, and fast forward to now, 2025, I have no idea what I want to do with my life. And I've just had these really strong feelings about meaning to just be alone and just try new things and being alone and doing that. I do know that I have this strong feeling that I just need to go on this solo journey, and I don't know what that means and I don't know what that looks like yet, but I'm gonna honor that feeling because I feel like I owe it to myself. 2026 and hopefully a year of discovery and alignment.
I love that she said alignment in there because I think it's so important that people live in alignment, especially when you're going through your quarter-life crisis. The other thing I really love that she said was she talked about the solo journey and that she felt a real strong internal pull to do that. And I think that's so important because I think if she goes on that, if she follows her intuition, and goes on that, she's going to learn something critical about herself. I feel like that is her life path. I really admire her and the way that she's approaching this. And I remember that when I was in my 20s, I was confused and I wasn't following my intuition as much as I should. And I have a lot of regrets as an older person. So what I did with that is I actually put all the prompts that I would have asked my 20-year-old self into a PDF. And if you click on the link below, it's probably in the description, you can get it there. So hope this helps. Love that she's doing this. Kudos to you, Sarah. Super proud of you.
