Here's the first step to getting your stuck grad out of your house. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Evan Sanchez. I'm the founder of New Grad Launchpad, and I help parents get their stuck grads out of their house. So with that in mind, what is one thing that you can do that will get them unstuck? A lot of people come to me and they say, Evan, just fix my kid. But to quote the great philosopher of our time, It's me, I'm the problem. And obviously, yes, a Taylor Swift quote, but I would change that around to, it's me, I'm the solution. You can only control the controllable. You can't control the economy. You can't control AI. What you can control is yourself and how you are showing up in the relationship. And that's the key. You have to show up differently and then they will change. And I see this time and time again with my clients. The second they change how they show up, their kids start showing up differently. It's that simple because they can feel your energy. They can feel if you have anxiety. They can feel your agenda. And those are the things you can control. So that's the key lesson for today. Change how you show up first. And for more tips like this, follow me on my new Substack. Thanks.
