Welcome, Jody. Thank you so much for being here.
Thank you. Awesome to be with you, and hello everybody.
Excellent. Welcome to my YouTube channel. So, Jody, we've met before, and I was just really— I was really interested that I haven't met anyone like you, to be honest. And I would love for my audience to understand exactly who you are, what you do. So tell me more about yourself.
Wow. Gosh. People say I am not from this planet, so there's a lot of things I guess I can say about. Wow. Wow. It is a huge question. There's, there's so many people that say you have to niche, to follow a specific crowd. And I'm like, no, don't put me in a box. Anyway, what I do is I love to help make the world a better place and reduce suffering in the world. And I do that through many different forms. One of the things I do are, for example, soul contract readings, which really explains for people, who am I? What am I here to do? And why does shit happen? And how to mitigate that. So it's based on names, and birth name are foundational. All other names can change things in your life, especially people who get married, changing names. But it reveals your specific karmic patterned challenges to transmute to gifts, your soul talents, soul goals, and soul purpose. So it provides a mission statement in your life. And also, when things happen in patterns and sometimes you can't quite name it, this really helps to specify it. I can also identify synergies and clashes between people. So that's parents and children, that's relationships, partnerships, and coworkers. And I optimize business-related names too, to make sure they're energetically attractive instead of repellent. And then I also do healing modalities that work like an exorcism. So from trauma, any sort of imbalance, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Addictions, attachments, subconscious ego programs, energetic interference, all the woo. So, however, I also— how I describe it, I have a left brain, right brain, and beyond brain. That's the psychic stuff. I have a background in a lot of different things. So for making festivals and events, performing arts background, running an entrepreneurs group, I have a legal background, a graphic design, film, video, and Lots of civic engagement projects to bring people together to work on community issues, for example, to raise awareness about certain issues. So anyway, there's a whole lot, a lot of there. And even health issues, physical health issues. I have some clients where I'm able to heal them within a session, or that's something that just comes on or chronic. Anyway, just a whole lot, a lot of, and it's really all about making the world a better place. My tagline is creating a happier, healthier, more sustainable world. As a creative catalyst and synergizer of people, ideas, and opportunities, I just love bringing people together to what they're here to do and create a ripple, positive ripple effect in the world.
Yeah, I love all of that because it speaks to my left brain, right brain, all of it, because you have such an interesting, diverse background between the legal and the arts. Right? And the soul contract. And what really intrigues me here is, like, I find that as we get older spiritually and stuff like that, I'm finding more and more ways of dealing with trauma, of dealing with— in your 20s, you're not— you don't have gut intuition because you don't have a gut, right?
Or maybe they do. It's just, or maybe they're eating different things that may not be in their best interest, right?
But so I love your background and how much you've done, especially around civic engagement. That lights me up. I love that too. But what would you say to someone who says, oh, soul contract? And she spoke to— I was with her with part of what she was saying, but then she got a little too woo-woo for me and she got a little too out there. And I'm like, a soul contract? That sounds like something out of Thanos and stuff like that. It sounds a little It's, it's, it may be too woo-woo for people. So what would you say to that person who's, yeah, how about that?
I so love this question because I get asked it. Okay. I can approach this from different ways. All right. So how many people know that they have hidden things holding them back, but they can't name it? There's always this other thing. There's bigger things out there that you don't know. And if you keep an open mind— this is one angle, okay? So if you keep an open mind, you'll start to experience things that will make life easier, more clear, will get you more confident and in your flow, whatever that flow is. Now here's another angle how I approach this. I have clients all over the place. For example, I had a guy running for mayor work with me. Now he's more left brain, though he does believe in— he has some sense of spirituality, and I can work with atheists too, or all of that. But here's just another example. So he wanted a slogan for his campaign. That would be energetically attractive. And he's not woo-woo very much, but he saw that I can provide a perspective that he couldn't get elsewhere. And it was really amazing. As soon as he started to work with me, he decided not to run for mayor because found out he would hate the job anyway, if things could be done his way. Okay. But he's also an executive coach and venture capitalist. He supports start-up companies, especially for women and BIPOC cultural diversity. So it's really interesting that even he saw that there's opportunity to learn something different. So I ended up creating a slogan for his executive coaching. And I've, I have worked with an electrician, for example, who wants to create a community because I also was an executive director of a co-housing organization. So I'm familiar with that as well. And people who work all sorts of different things. A retired attorney who has come through therapy throughout her whole life, and just halfway through the first soul contract readings, she requested more sessions because it revealed more to her than all her therapy combined. The soul contract readings in particular are— I've heard it's more accurate than astrology and design and therapy, but it's also because I have all these life experiences that I incorporate in, and I love helping people create structure. So that's where— or connect the dots in their life. So if they have certain interests, but they don't know how to put it together, that's something I love to help people do. And I also have a saying, I've been a webinar junkie, so you don't have to be. Learning how to do all the online business, so many things that I've learned that I can also help someone get to their next level and be their best selves.
Yeah. So I love the different clients that you've had and, and, and they were not, they were not into it, but like halfway during session or 2 or more sessions. And for a lot of us, especially my age, we probably have been through some sort of therapy at some point in our lives. And I, I love therapy. I'm in therapy now, right? But it's a very slow way of doing it. I found is that, that I don't get insights and not that it's not helpful. It's very cathartic to vent to somebody, right? But this sounds like a faster approach than therapy and, and a more revealing because we all have felt that need for Oh, what's wrong with me? Or where am I broken? Or something along those lines of I should be better than I am. And they don't know what to do with it. Or I see some people who's just— I'm sure you've run into these people where drama just consumes them no matter where they go. Right? If something bad is going to happen, it's going to happen to them. Yes.
Yes.
And I'm just like, Why does this always happen to this person? I'm like, it's the energy that they're giving out and they're not aligned with something.
Absolutely.
So it's a lot of about alignment, about is there something internal within us that we know when we're aligned and when we're not aligned? We have spidey sense on that, especially as we get older, we get better at that. Right. But I've made several missteps in my life that I was just like, oh, what I was— that was, of course, that was out of alignment. What are you thinking? And so it sounds like this is what it gets to, is it finds out— is that a fair way of saying it? It founds out what you uniquely are qualified— where your unique alignment lines— alignment aligns.
Yes, absolutely. Oh, completely. Yes. This is all about soul alignment and also other processes to raise your vibration because you're going to be attracting shit if you're shitty vibration, right? Yeah, this is definitely a more quicker and exponential improvement on health, wealth, relationships, soul-aligned impact. And absolutely, this is— I found this to be the most clarifying tool that— and there's many tools out there and there, there are a lot of great tools. And I just personally found that this, even for my clients, people I work with, they get such aha moments and such clarity and oh, this makes sense. Oh, this is why I've been having the problems. And then they know, because I go through also what can they do to change that or stop that from happening so they don't have to relive those lessons, those life lessons, or when it comes again. They know what to do so they can get through it more quickly. It just makes things make sense and gives a soul map, a roadmap for, like I said before, the biggest questions in life. Who am I? What am I here to do? And how to stop the bad stuff from happening. Now, bad stuff does happen. We're human. We are here on this earth plane to evolve in our personal lives. It's— and make the best out of all of what we're here to do. And I have this saying: you can have the best life goals and best business plan in the world, but it will be harder to implement if your traumas, dramas, fears, and lack of soul alignment keep holding you back. So that's that in a nutshell.
So how do you— like, so are you resolving the trauma, or how does that work? Tell me.
Right, okay. So the Divine Healing modality is also part of this because that works kind of like an exorcism to remove the effects. Now, you can't change your past. Your past happened. It's just— it's a fact. It's the truth. However, you can change your response to it. You can change how you create your life moving forward from it. You could also leverage it. That's a different energetic. Okay, that, that happened. What are the lessons I learned from it? How can I help others to not have to go through it? Or get through it more quickly or less negative impact in their lives. So the trauma experience doesn't go away. However, it is your relationship to it. When you are in a higher vibration frequency, life happens in a way that more positive things do come to you and it makes the trauma less relevant in your life. This isn't like law of attraction only. You do take action to the— with the attraction. However, for example, when I'm in that good positive space, I get prizes. For example, that's life's affirmation. Like, I get prizes. I spin the wheel and my— it lands on my name, or people want to give me things. And it's not like I'm just raising my vibration because I want things, that's the ego mind, right? I'm talking about a beingness, a certain way of being, how you think about things, how you feel about things, how you just are and walk in life, how you hold yourself. When you get into that positive, all the positive aspects of your soul contract chart or charts, because all your other names have influence, like people who get married, Wonder why energies shift during a marriage. Oh, I can tell you why. But anyway, how you walk in life, just be, and where your attention goes. When your attention goes on what you know your soul purpose is, you have more clearly defined yeses and nos. When you say a yes to something, you're saying no to something else. And vice versa. And that might be setting clear, safer boundaries. For example, when you know, for example, in your soul contract, what the negative aspects are, you learn to say no to those things. And what is in soul alignment, and things do get easier, more joyful. So I have a resume of traumas. Okay, I can probably relate to just about every trauma out there. But I know I'm here to teach from my experiences. That specifically is in my soul contract. Now, some soul contracts are more challenging than others. I read people who have such a soul alignment, it's— they have energies in their talent areas that can help to transmute the negative aspects of their karma way easier than other people. And some have really hard karmic challenges. And that's where I often recommend name changes. There's also still even the people who know their purpose. I'm clear. I'm doing what I'm doing. There still might be some challenges, or maybe you need just a little affirmation or confirmation is the word to say, yes, this is really what it is. And here's something I might pay attention to, or maybe I just need a little business tweak idea. That's. Something's a little stuck, and that's where I help the unstuckness or boosting confidence or—
yeah.
So it's really interesting. You can see a lot about people's lives within people's charts.
And does it make a difference? I talk to a lot of parents, usually around my age, Gen X, who have their own traumas and stuff like that. And I know it reverberates on their kids, right? And then there's the kids, the emerging adults, let's say, in their 20s and trying to figure themselves out. So what I teach is the parents have a ripple effect on the kid.
Absolutely.
Right. And you've seen that, right?
Yes. I've worked with children and a woman with, for example, divorced parents and the mother wanted to help the kids because the kids were suffering through that divorce and had some things locked up. And also the kids didn't quite know what they're here to do. And it was interesting how the kids' charts had some relationship too, and they also had some differences, of course. And I could really see the patterns of the parents and the children of what was going on. And doing the soul contract readings did help to clarify what is really at the core issue of the pain and the trauma. Because on the surface level, there's divorce, okay? There's that separation process, there's the anxieties of what's going to happen, but there's some themes underneath it and some patterns that are in relationship between the parents and the children. Now, parents often have children to learn these lessons for themselves as well. Some, for example, there might be a number and symbol in the charts because it's not just numbers. And then the numbers do not relate to normal numerology. It's completely different. There's some parents that have oops children. I didn't expect to have children. Because they're here to learn how to share and learn how to trust in their spiritual journey or trust in themselves, like trust issues and the sharing issues, learn how to share more of themselves. That's just one example of why some people have children. Sometimes having children also become part of their life purpose. Again, that example of that one mother who wanted through that divorce and the children is her sense of purpose. But what of that? What is in that sense of purpose? There's all these deeper reasons. And until I, I see a chart, then I can, I see what's really going on. But it's, yeah, every, everybody has their unique chart and everybody, even if there's, because it's based on names, even if there's many John and Jane Smiths out there. It still depends on the choices you make throughout your life and how deep you are in those patterns and not moving through those negative, transmuting those negative aspects into positive. So there's a lot of caveats there.
Yeah. I see a lot of parents, they have kids for different reasons.
Oh yeah.
One, one to pass on a legacy that's really important to them. Somebody just to make them feel like a kid again. There's all these different reasons why that, and that must reverberate on the kid. They must feel that in some way. Or I know some people who were in a really bad path, doing, going to jail, all that sort of stuff, bad checks, and then they had a kid and they just turned it around, right? Like a 180. And yeah, it's really interesting to think about. So what do you find with these, like, Have you worked with 20-year-olds and stuff like that and about what's going on with them? Do you see any trends there, or what do you see in those emerging adults? Because this is a very difficult time, much more difficult than, than when I grew up, or even to an extent when my parents grew up, right? Where you could work one job and be fine, right? Yeah. And then we were all latchkey kids as Gen X and just kind of ignored, right? So, so it must be very different in this generation. What are you seeing there?
Yeah, so exactly. I worked with the 20-year-olds with the Gen X, Gen X2, but it's really interesting and every kid is different. And the one, and one of them I worked with, the little spectrum, that could be another issue of how a kid can function in the world and with learning challenges. The learning challenges was in that one kid's chart, right? How to work with that. And that was for him, he needed to create his own structure because other structures out in the world might not work with him, for example. And the other thing is, for example, that kid, he's very intelligent in some ways, right? And the thing that really was part of his soul purpose is about connecting more with people. And so a job that was more social, was more in his flow than just working from home, for example. And he likes math, so tut— and teaching was also in his— teaching was also in his soul contract. So being a math tutor, for example, and also a social greeter at some kind of event place or something was in his flow, so that he was experimenting with. Things are things like that. The other daughter in that family, she ended up being a, uh, a pharm— a pharmacist. So, they both had kind of math science-y aspects to them, but yet she also had some creativity, I think it was in her chart that she was suppressing. When people get into, if people have these aspects that they're suppressing, then of course they're going to get into. Depression or other things, addictions. And some people have in their charts addiction in there as something to work through, and anger issues, for example. And creativity is one of the things that help to transmute that. On the other side of anger or lack of focus or addiction is really finding themselves through creativity. Now there's other things, of course, but that, that's where each chart is so individual. But yeah, trauma, getting back to it, trauma can really— if parents have trauma, they pass it on. It could be generational, could be cultural drama. And it's really up to all of us to gather the strength and power within us to break those chains. Chains. And when we learn more about who we are and what we're here to do and follow those passions and know these other tips of, for example, nonviolent communication or other tools that can help, it's all about how can we evolve within ourselves and within our communities. And that could be our families and Honestly, sometimes if people are not willing to change or look at it, sometimes we have to let that go. Because ultimately, it's up to them to make the choice of change. And you can't tell people always how to change. You can— there's a saying, you can horse to water, you can't make it drink, and then teach how to fish, right? Instead of fish for them. We're all here to learn something and evolve. And if someone's not willing to evolve, that, that's really on them. And so your responsibility is to yourself first and foremost of how you resolve, re-evolve, and you can create safe space and conditions for your family members to evolve, but Keep in mind also, your passion for what you want them to be might not be their passion. Some parents want their kids to be doctors and lawyers because they think that is going to be the best job in the world, but maybe they're an artist. And yeah, it can be hard to make an income as an artist. However, if that's nurtured— I just spoke with someone who is a talent agent, became a talent agent because they got her daughter to sing with Gladys Knight because that was her passion. And she's a successful singer. And there's— I have another friend who was in corporate and was miserable, some pharmaceuticals or something, and she became a jazz singer. And now she's a coach, also a life business coach as well, and she's thriving in that. So What, whatever you think your pa— I don't, we're talking probably here to both parents and children, so young adults. So it's really about, again, knowing yourself and really, if you feel this draw, this like, I know I need to do something. I don't know how yet, but I feel this tug, this leaning in. This energized, this something is lighting me up, that is a huge cue. Learn, lean into that, lean into that fully as much as you can, because when you start committing to a yes on that, the universe starts to provide. It gives you people showing up in your life to show you how, and resources start coming in. But it's committing to that yes that is in alignment, soul alignment with your vibration. And whether it's parents saying they want you to be something or you're a kid and feeling obligated to what your parents say, you have to go with that burning desire. And as long as it's a healthy choice, you know, you don't want to go out drug dealing saying, oh yeah, that's my yes. No, that's not, not a good thing. So there are other things out there, and part of it is just explore. Sometimes you don't know what you don't know, but you don't know until you stumble into it. But even just having that open yes of I'm open to it, I'm open to receive, then you might stumble on something.
I love a lot of what she just said, and what resonated for me the most was I talk about messy action for the emerging adult, right? Because they've had a very structured environment through school, right? And then that structure goes away and they're like, what the hell do I do now? And I can't tell you how many parents I've talked to who just said, my kid just stays in his room and plays video games. It's just, and they're, and they're, they're just misaligned. They're not lazy. They're not unmotivated, but they don't know how to make that first step. And, and what I tell parents is, listen, you didn't know what flavor ice cream that she liked until you went to the ice cream store and tried a whole bunch, right? And you may not like mint chocolate chip, but you may like the brownie, or you may like the strawberry. I don't know what it is, but you have to taste it, right? But what it sounds like from your process is that not that it's necessarily going to be like, oh, you need to go be a pilot, right? Or you need to go be a doctor. You can, you can reduce the amount of choices, right? Is that a fair assessment of, of what you're doing? Because you're like, instead of 20,000 choices, let's get down to 8, right? Let's get down to 5, because these are the things that are going to light you up. And you don't, and I can tell you that right now. And so you know that, so you can make better decisions. Is that fair? Because you're taking the messy action and, and just condensing it into a short time period.
Yes. Yeah. It's narrowing down choices is definitely helpful. And what I would start with is writing a list of skills and interests and not all skills have your interest, okay? You might be able to do something, but you might not enjoy it. But maybe it's a stopgap where there's some clues in there as to why you got into it in the first place. And I would rate them. It could be things you like to do, like writing or referring people to something, or maybe it's just— okay, let's take video games. Okay, because two sides to this. One, it could be an addictive substitute for not facing yourself. Okay. Or it could be an addiction because there is some social element with some of these games. You're— there's a common goal of attack this team or force or whatever. It can be violent or it can be There's some games that maybe there are some strategy and things. So what about the games do you like? Is it the social element? Is it the common goal? Is it the mystery? Is it the adventure? Is it the imagination? Is it the graphics? Because there are some game players who end up being game designers. That could be a career. Or if it's about bringing community together, how do you do that in real life? Now that might be scary to someone who's immersed in only the digital world, because they're unpracticed in socializing. However, maybe there's other income-producing engagements. Okay, so along with the skills that— and interests that could be tangible or intangible, like they don't have to be a physical thing— I can do coding or like to make pottery— they could be social skills or what have you. When you list all of those together, take a look and see what dots they were, what kind of careers. And you could, you could use AI and plug it in. Let's do a brain dump and see what kind of career lists. And then you look through that list and see what lights you up most and what you're curious about learning. That's one technique outside of getting soul contract readings and working with me. That's something again, there's all those deeper hidden causes of what holds you back. So you could be interested in something and then you don't know how to maintain it. Maybe you don't know how to face a bully, for example, in the workplace. Those things will need to be worked through, but at least getting off the couch of doing gaming is like step one of there's a bigger world out there. And what is it about gaming that you're enjoying? Is it avoidance of something? Write that down. What are you avoiding? Really take a look at it because the— what you— here's another thing, what you feel you can heal. So when you're facing your feelings on something, then you can address it. Otherwise, you're going to spend the rest of your life looking at a screen, playing these games. And what then? What— where's— that's your life. And is that what you want to say your life is about? Or do you want to learn and grow and become something that you've maybe dreamed of or that you'd like to explore? Because otherwise, think about the people around you. That what, who you're impacting. And it's one of those things of, I know you don't know what you don't know, perhaps, but there's so much more than video games. There's so much more out there than video games. Anyway, I can, there's a lot to say about it.
But for the soul contract, I went into the music industry because I was really passionate about it. And then I found out how political it was, and there are people way better at it than I was. Right. Or I'd go into sales and I'm like, I just want to make money. And then I'd be like, oh, this is terrible. Right. So I made a lot of mistakes. Right. Things that felt good for a short time and then just fizzled out. But the soul contract would tell me that. Right.
It would, in part. Also my other life experiences, too. For example, with you, just with those examples. Okay, if you still have a passion in music, but the music industry is kind of cutthroat, you can still make music. You don't have to— you can make a song about the topics that you address just because you enjoy it, and people might get a kick out of it. I just met someone recently who is a financial a planner but makes music about financial planning, and he's a stand-up comedian. Okay, so talking about different sides of the brain right now, that's inspiring. And now there's AI. You can use Suno, for example, to make music. But if you really want to not use AI, because I'm also very concerned about AI of agency and creative atrophy. Okay, you don't want to give yourself to AI, but it can be a good tool, especially for market research and taking a whole bunch of information and articulating it in a concise way. Those are good ways. Or creating images that you have in mind, but you don't have the skills to do it yourself. That's a way of using AI. Gamers, they like the graphics, obviously. Maybe you can create your own graphic for some other use. So many ways to use them. Anyway, that's what I would encourage you. Don't stop yourself from making music. That was your original. This isn't a perfect example. Okay. You have a skill, you have an interest, but the system is messed up. I would use the F word. Is that okay? Can I swear?
Yeah, you can do that.
Oh, great. Okay, good. Cause I like to, I have a crass mouth sometimes. Okay. So the system might be really fucked up. Okay. And political and divisive, like what's going on in our government right now. How do we find the core unifying commonness of you, like, and what you want to put out in the world and what is supportive out in the world? Where is there community that would be more supportive for your skills and interests, right? So even though the standard industry might be messed up, uh, still ways you can play music even locally and can still get paid for it. You could, like I said, incorporate it into what you're doing now with your coaching, right? And still fun. And maybe it boosts what you're doing because, oh wow, he's a cool guy. He's making music about this.
Fun.
So I wanna work with him, right? You can make your own.
Exactly. So what did it do for you? Like, when you had your soul contract read, what were— what, what effect did it have on your life once you figured out, like, oh, I shouldn't have done— and now you realize all the mistakes because your soul contract was right? Yeah.
Oh my gosh, thanks for asking. Yeah, that was an eye-opener. One, I realized I was in a relationship that was karmic that I had to work through. And I ended up leaving that relationship because he also— he had things in his chart that were clashes, like exact clashes, the energetics, and some dichotomy. Example, he had these dragon energies that could either be overpowering or victim, and it could be swapping both. He was very much in the victim role and everything's happening to him against him, world's against him and blaming the world. Right. And that dragged my energy down. And we both had in our charts codependency. Oh gosh. Wow. And there was a lot there to work through and emotional resiliency. I had to also learn emotional resilience. On the other side of the codependency, I have to create my own structures of truth. So there was a lot of lessons in there. Then sometimes these lessons show up again. My next relationship, because I didn't quite fix it, had the thing, and that's where I got into the legal stuff. I was building a startup company and that was all about making the world a better place. And I thought I was meeting my business partner, but he was involved with legal matters. And that's where he convinced me it was the highest, best use of my time and energy to learn law, to protect myself in business. I didn't know what I was getting into. It's a long story, but I was in a relationship that I didn't know was abusive. It's like a frog in boiling water. And also just the legal system, there's a lot of corruption and incompetence within it. Anyway, he passed away. Oh, that was another life lesson. There's life lessons, death to life in my chart as well. That's with people who pass on, but also it's cycles, cycles, learning about that. And I was managing 11 cases by myself, including 2 malicious prosecutions because we discovered racketeering. So I had the threat of prison over my head for 6 years. Yeah, talk about that. That's only some of the trauma stories I've had. Right. So anyway, no attorney would help. They said I knew more about law than I did or needed $100,000 retainer and with no guarantees. So I had to unwind all that, walk away from a lot. So yeah, but I know what it was in my soul contract. I'm like, ah, there it is again. I messed up. I know what it is. And now I'm back on my passion purpose path because I strayed from— so that's the thing. You stray from your soul alignment, you get your ass kicked. And I got a whooping.
And nobody wants that, right? But I think it's just interesting. Like, this could have saved you a lot of time, right? If you took it seriously and being like, this is not that. This is my soul contract says this, and he's telling me to go this way. I should have listened to him. And it's really, it's, it just sounds like a soul contract saves people a lot of time.
A lot of time, a lot of energy, effort, danger. Yes. Effort, all of that. And if I listen to my soul contract and my intuition, that's another thing. Okay. Now I've been more discerning and trusting of my intuition. But yeah, all of that can be resolved a lot more quickly and easily. Absolutely.
Than therapy or, or something like that.
Yes.
And I think that there, there are pros to listing out your interests and stuff like that. But if those interests don't align with your soul contract, you're gonna be— it's, it's like swimming against the tide.
Exactly.
You're gonna be— you're not gonna be making much progress, or not for very long. You're gonna get burnt out eventually.
Yeah. Yeah. There's— it's twofold. Okay. Because there's that soul alignment of here's what I'm here to do. And if I get into the positive aspects of all my chart, it will become easier. Now we're always faced by challenges. Okay. That's the news people. Okay. There's always gonna be— okay. So there's always gonna be change. There's always going to be things. People are going to come and go in your life. And that's the thing too, as you evolve, your friend network is going to change. And you may not like that, but it might be in your best interest. Because I just— I lost two best friends through betrayals. But what betrayals are sometimes, but your own betrayals of yourself. So Sometimes your friends are masks of your lessons. So even that can change. But the thing is that as you evolve, things do get easier and you can recognize trouble before it comes or as it's coming, and you know how to mitigate it. And that's the other thing is having other tools to support you on your journey to really release the effects of trauma, to work through that end of things. Because the soul contract can tell you your soul map. Here are your challenges, here's your talents, here's your goals that will make you feel fulfilled, and this is your soul purpose. But then you need the extra support to work through that and having the skills. And like I mentioned, for example, nonviolent communication is a great tool, right? Things like that. So there's other tools to help to support you in that journey.
This has been a wonderful discussion. I've gotten so much out of it, and this has been— it's— it opens my eyes to a whole new world because I never knew that this existed before I met you. Honestly, I had no idea. Wow. I've heard astrology. I've never heard of the soul contract. I'd never heard that this is something that can literally take years, decades off of people's learning curve. About themselves, right? And that's the benefit of it, is you can really learn about yourself in a short period of time rather than trial and error and trying to figure it out and being in bad relationships and, and things like that. So love this conversation, Jodi. Thank you so much for being on my channel. And how can people reach you if they want to get in touch?
Oh goodness, yeah, my tech systems are currently a mess, so it's a little challenging. However, encourage people to find me on Facebook and message me there and LinkedIn, message me there. And I know if you don't have the paid program of LinkedIn, you can't message right away. So hopefully I see your invitation accepted and then tell me, where did you— tell me where you found me. And you could also reach out to Evan Sanchez Sanchez. Let me know. And I, I'm a little hesitant to give my email out just because my email's still a little messy too, and a flood of email would be a little challenging to handle. But let's start with Facebook and LinkedIn, and otherwise reach out to Evan, and I'll be in touch with Evan, and we'll figure out a way for you to get plugged in.
Okay, yeah, we'll put all the links down below so everybody knows it. Thank you so much, Jodi. It's been a pleasure talking to you.
Yeah, time flies when you're having fun.
Geez. I know, right?
It's been a pleasure. Yeah.
Thanks, Jodi.
Thank you. I wish everybody out there to get into soul alignment, become their best self, make a positive impact in your world, even if it's starting from within yourself. It has a ripple effect. So live your legacy, love your life, and let's go.
Couldn't have said it better myself. Thank you.
Okay.
