How Eduardo Closed 21 Wholesaling Contracts (Client Interview)

In this client interview, host Fidel talks with Eduardo, a real‑estate wholesaler from Hidalgo, South Texas, about how he grew from a two‑person operation relying on labor‑intensive direct‑mail to a six‑person team closing 20‑21 contracts in escrow. Eduardo explains that after joining Fidel’s coaching program he shifted to in‑house Meta (Facebook) advertising, which boosted weekly leads from 5‑10 to 30‑50 and reduced cost per contract from $1,100 to $800. He details the creation of repeatable sales scripts, a structured sales process (appointments, offers, contracts), and weekly performance targets for his team. Tracking key metrics (lead volume, cost per lead, offer‑to‑contract ratio) allowed him to reverse‑engineer the numbers needed for his profit goals and to identify inefficiencies. The conversation also covers the importance of mindset, faith, and leadership—Eduardo admits he had to develop confidence, hold himself accountable, and train his team through a “bootcamp” to raise performance. He compares in‑house ad management to hiring agencies, highlighting cost savings and control. Finally, Eduardo recommends Fidel’s program, warning that success requires investment of time, money, and the right mindset, and he encourages viewers to overcome limiting beliefs before scaling.

We went from like 5 to 10 leads per week to like 30 to 50 leads per week. For the last month, we spent $6,500. And I mean, next 30 days, you're closing $150,000. You know, have more faith, right? I had to have more faith. Take that as you will. But the truth is, if you don't have faith that things are going to work out, then you're just waiting for disaster to happen.
What's going on, guys? Fidel here. We're here with my friend Eduardo. We're going to be going over He has 21 contracts in escrow about to close. We're going to be going over the things that he did to get there and his journey in the real estate side. So stay tuned.
Eduardo, what's up, brother?
How you doing, bro?
I'm doing great. Well, how are you? Pretty good, bro.
So where were you before we started working together? Tell us how long you've been in real estate and the things that you were doing before we started working together, which was like 5 months ago, and kind of tell us a bit about the journey. Of course, we'll dive into how you're crushing it right now, getting 20 contracts in escrow about to close. So take us a little bit through the journey of like the before and after and what you're doing right now.
Yeah, before I joined your program, by the way, shout out to you, bro, because before this I was doing a lot of things on my own. I was basically a two-man team and me and my partner were doing a lot of like direct mail, doing a lot of hands-on things, right? And so now fast forward, which you come from, basically how I like to describe it is like, running a very small business and now focusing on scale more. Right. Okay. Like I said, we're a 2-man team. We're doing a lot of direct mail, a lot of old school things like driving for dollars, handwritten letters, postcards, things like that. And yeah, dude, like ever since we joined your program, it's just been zero to 100, bro, literally.
So I'm assuming you're doing a lot of the outbound stuff, kind of grinding after sellers. Do you remember more or less how many deals you were doing back then and what the cost was to get those deals more or less? More so on the volume side, how much were you doing before?
So direct mail, as you know, it is pretty pricey, but if I'm being honest, just to give you all some insight, we were doing a lot of handwritten letters. So it wasn't an automated process either. And we had about 2 to 3 people that were doing letters, and that's me, my partner, and then one other person who would help us do letters. So there's only so much 3 people can do. And cost of stamps increased, obviously supplies. I mean, per month we're probably spending about like $2,500 on supplies, stamps, things like that. Of course, software and just overall, that wasn't very scalable. We always try to implement how can we pump out more letters? I will say this, direct mail, it's outbound, but the whole point of it was so that they can read our letter and call up, right? So it's kind of like outbound, inbound. And it was cool because when they call, they are pretty ready to make a decision, right?
For sure.
But if you miss that call, because once they start thinking about wanting to sell, they're looking back at the letter that they got, maybe they have it on their fridge. If you don't answer the first call, they're moving on to either the second postcard they got, or maybe they start looking at people on Google. They start to get creative, right? So that wasn't very scalable.
How many deals were you doing with that?
I want to say, dude, honestly, like in one year, I've been doing this for 4 years. Year 1 with direct mail only, we probably did like 4 deals.
Okay.
4 deals. The profits were pretty, pretty good though. I want to say we probably made like $80K, $30K up to 4 deals. So Year 2, we probably did, I want to say, 12 deals. And then year 3 is when we did 30 deals. Okay. So it got better, right? But because we figured out the system of direct mail, but again, it's very labor intensive for sure. Super.
I'm sick.
Okay.
And then I guess take us now to when we started working together, because if you guys don't know Eduardo, he's in my same market. We're here in Hidalgo in South Texas. So he's doing a lot of deals. We're doing a lot of deals. And sometimes you compete with each other, but there's still enough deals to go for anyone. So I guess with that being said, tell the people why you wanted us to help you with scaling the business and then what we did on the marketing side, the sales side and everything for you to start crushing right now because you guys are doing 10, 15 deals a month now.
Yes, yes. We're contracting like crazy, bro. And that has a lot to do with the inbound. And the reason I reached out to Fidel to begin with was like I told you earlier, when I first hopped on that interview with you, I told you one thing that I still remember and it's I felt like I was killing myself. And what I mean by that was I was wearing every single hat in the business. I was doing everything from the marketing side of things, the sales side of things, and just basically running everything like hands-on myself, right? Hustling. Hustling, yeah. Not actually running a business. So I saw Fidel was doing Facebook ads, Meta ads, right? And well, I had kind of dabbled into like Google PPC and I think I burned like $15,000. I probably only got like 2 solid deals out of it. If I'm being real, you know, PPC can be super expensive. So I had to kind of make that decision. Was it going to be, you know, hire an agency and do PPC? Or jump on board and learn Meta ads and bring it in-house, like your advertising is saying. And something in me said, let me do an NFT. Let me see what this Facebook ads is about. I hear a lot of people say like, I used to try Facebook ads, but have you, bro? Have you really? Have you really learned how to run Meta ads? Because if you truly do, I can tell you right now, if you truly learn how to run Meta ads, and learn what you're looking for, you can scale and make a lot of money and bring your costs down. So it really opened my mind to a lot of things.
Yeah. And for me, I always say is wholesaling, we need to simplify it as much as we can, where our job is marketing and sales. Number one with the marketing is how do we get motivated sellers? My preferred way of doing it is with inbound ads because Facebook is the only platform where you can call out intent, right? And what I teach is for the founder, like if you are in your backyard, for the founder and owner of the business to be in the ad, because not only are you going to be able to create way more trust and urgency, but the quality of the conversations are going to be way better and easier. And all it takes is 1 to 2 hours a week in order to actually do this. And then maybe you record some ads a couple times, you know, like once a month or something. But I guess tell your experience to the people when it comes to like recording the ads. Launching the ads and now kind of with the lead quality and how you guys are contacting a ton of these sellers. What was your experience like? And then did you have any fears or doubts before we started working together when it came to the meta side? Yeah. What did that look like?
So honestly, when it comes to recording, it's honestly pretty simple. And the days we live in with AI and everything, it really, if you're still having trouble recording content, as far as advertising goes, I think you're just overthinking and making excuses on BitReel because my process is very simple. It's like, what is, what am I need? Am I looking for group my audience?
Yep.
And what can I, what kind of script can I cater to them? Right. We use things like what, like teleprompter on the phone, right? Make it real simple. And as long as I know who my audience is, it's very simple to create, you know, 7 perform well-performing scripts. And, um, like me, my process. If I already know an ad did well and brought me a deal, which is what I look at, I look at all my campaigns that brought me a deal and I'll go and basically just do more of that. Right. And then as far as like our process goes, talking to inbound leads from compared to what we were doing before, we did have a process for, for the leads that were calling us from direct mail back then. But it's very different when you start doing inbound because now inbound is like, hey, they're opting in. We want to figure out what exactly is it that they're trying to accomplish. And with direct mail, they're calling them, hey, what's your offer? You reached out to me. Exactly. So the conversations are very different, but inbound is so much easier because like I said, they're opting in to get an offer from you. So now we ask the questions.
Exactly. You have more leverage.
We have more leverage, yes. And it's cheaper too, if I'm being honest, because now if I know what's working, I'm able to go make more of that. And if I get better results, right? Because I'm focusing on data that performs, then I'm able to just have more high quality conversations rather than the person who's calling me saying, what's your offer?
Exactly.
You reached out to me. I'm very defensive.
Yeah.
I could be very defensive on that side. And on this side, like we said, we have more leverage. So we dig deep, we dig deep with these leads and we kind of use it towards like, hey, you reached out to us, you want an offer from me. Exactly. What can I do for you? You got to, you know, open and be a little more receptive. So.
And another thing is people think like you don't want to be in the ad. I mean, we have ways to go around it, right? We can use AI, we can use actors, we use a lot of static images and they all work together. But I feel like if you add on you being in the ad, it just creates way more trust. So now you have what, like 20 deals on the contract?
20, 21. And then what? Yeah, 20 deals, one canceled yesterday, but that one was actually a direct mail lead. So. Yeah, 20 deals. And I want to say like 15 of those are from Facebook. So dude, it's been crazy, man. And it's besides the whole ad side of things, the marketing side, it has a lot to do with the sales side, right? And I mentioned this to Fidel, it's like before I jumped into his program, we were already getting leads. Yeah. You get me? Yes. We jumped in and we started doing meta and we went from like 5 to 10 leads per week to having like 30 to 50 leads per week. But then we started to see like, dude, our sales process sucks.
Yeah.
And we implemented a sales process and from there that's when everything's went skyrocket.
Yeah.
That's how we're able to lock up 20 contracts.
Yeah, so a lot of people think that we only help with the marketing. I guess, can you tell 'em a little bit about what we talked about on the plan? Because we of course fix the marketing, But then what else did we do in order for you to get consistency?
Yeah, so main thing is we had to implement one, tracking your numbers, right? Which was the biggest thing for me because for 3 years, I went 3 years without tracking a single number. And same thing, it's so funny because like once you start to track your numbers, you're like, wow, like I could have done this.
You waste, you realize you waste so much money.
Yes, you waste so much money when you don't track your numbers. So now Well, our plan was first, let's figure out the market, right? Then number 2, obviously the sales side of things, right? Which with the proper sales process, you're able to train your team or implement it yourself and really guide the conversation with the lead towards a contract. Because I feel like a lot of people ramble also. Exactly. If they don't have a sales process, which I'm guilty, you know, I'm guilty of that. So once you implement the sales process, you're having high quality conversations. You're making offers, you're going on appointments, you're making offers, and now we're tracking our numbers, right? So once we kind of got a good foundation of those 3 things, then I was able to train my team and hold them accountable to exactly what the expectations are. So every single week right now, they're expected to make, they're expected to go on 8 appointments and make 7 offers, right? I have a team of 2 on sales, right? So between them, If they can make 16 offers, then we're locking up anywhere from 2 to 3 contracts per week. You know what I mean? Also locking up 2 to 3 contracts per month.
Shit.
Than doing just direct mail. So it's a big game changer.
Yeah.
Start tracking your numbers.
And all this to say is wholesaling can be reverse engineered. So people think that you need to reinvent the wheel. There's a blueprint and the only thing that we need to do is follow it. But we need to understand the marketing. We've got to understand the sales process. And something that I tell all my guys is when it comes to talking to motivated sellers, you got to understand where they're at. They have a lot of fears. So our job isn't just to make offers. I tell everyone our job is to make deals happen. So how do we make deal happen is by solving a big problem. And the only way that you're going to solve a big problem is if you actually ask the right questions and you care for the seller. Because if they see that your offer is the main solution to their problem, then it just becomes way easier if you go into that with that approach. But then if we break it down further, the first thing we need to do is to have a goal, like how much do we want to make per month? And then that's going to tell us exactly how much do we need to spend a month on marketing, how many leads we need to get, how many appointments we need to complete, how many offers. And if we know that our contract ratio is off because we're getting— we're giving more offers than it takes us to get a contract, now we know something actionable that we can take a look at and be like, okay, something happened here. It may be something within our sales process. Maybe we didn't ask the right questions. Maybe we didn't set up the proper expectations. And all this to say is that if you track things, you're going to know exactly what to focus on and exactly how to fix it. Because if you're getting ghosted or your offer-to-contract ratio is above 4 to 5 offers, something's wrong within your sales process. And that gives you a lot of things that you can train on, but also go back and listen to calls to see exactly what you did wrong. And then also teach your team how to do it and coach them so they don't make the same mistake again, but salespeople need to be trained and kind of like reminded a lot of the things more than they need to be like rethought, right? So that's something that we do with a lot of people.
I also want to mention something on that because where we, I think like my mindset coming into the program is that I know we get more leads, right? Because obviously to work mail on this is slower, right? Everybody knows that it takes longer, but then getting more leads and starting to track my numbers, I was able to actually see Dad, we were like at 10 offers per contract. And you and I both know that that's really high when other people are like 3 to 4 offers per contract, basically talking about less sellers and getting more deals within that timeframe. So I was able to see that and I was able to basically, one, pause marketing, right? Because if we're just getting constant lead flow and our team is not doing a good job, then we're just burning money.
Exactly. Right?
So I think for like a whole 30 days, I put my team through a bootcamp basically. I call it bootcamp, bro, because I I put them through the test, man, and I told them, if it's not y'all, it's gonna be someone else. Yeah, it's just cutthroat like that because at the end of the day, we invest a lot of money in marketing to not get the results that we want. And if the team is not cut out for it, you cannot force someone to be great. Exactly. They want to— they would have to either train enough to be great or accept that they're not great, right? And that's just the way it is in this business. So But I found that through tracking my numbers, 10 offers per contract, and then slowly but surely we started to see an improvement. And I was like, okay, I have to accept something. And the truth is that I myself as a leader was not implementing the proper training to set them up for success. And that was one of the biggest things that I've learned joining your program.
Yeah.
Honestly.
So what did you, I guess, what else did you have to change within yourself? In order to become that leader and kind of start getting the momentum? Because I saw a transformation within you, but I just want to hear from your side. What were your thoughts into like what needed to happen in order for you to get to that next level?
Besides obviously taking a step back and knowing that I have to implement a team, I think one of the biggest things that I don't talk about as much as I should, one of the biggest changes I had to make was have more faith. Right. I had to have more faith and take that as you will. But the truth is, if you don't have faith that things are going to work out, then you're just waiting for disaster to happen. And in this business, things don't ever go your way. You know what I mean? Yeah, some things may go your way, but let's be honest, about 70% of the time, things don't go our way in the business. And if we don't have faith, we're going to have a lot of dark moments. So that, number one, I want to put that out there. I had to have more faith. And number 2, I had to accept that maybe I wasn't as good a leader as I thought I was, right? And that's just something personal, right? Because I haven't been put in a position to be a leader before, right? I'm not a father. I've never been like a supervisor in a 9-to-5 job. So I had to really take on that role of I have to be the best version of myself so that I can then be a great leader to my team. Yeah, because if we're not the best version of ourselves, then where are we leading our pack? Yeah, you know, or how can they follow Sir? Exactly, they can't look up to, you know, so holding myself accountable.
Yeah, big one too. I agree. So I talked to a lot of people, like, I know some of you guys on YouTube may book a call, and I think the single most, the single skill or thing that you must have in order to make this business work, it's going to be your mentality. Because if you don't have the belief in yourself or that feeling in your gut that you can make this happen or you're going to figure out like no matter what, you won't. And until that is aligned with you and how you operate and the things that you care about and how you show up, that's going to be the main thing that's going to push you to success. Because a lot of people, it's so easy for them to make excuses and to let their fear, you know, like overwhelm them and they don't take action. Because I talk to like a lot of guys and they want to get to $100K a month, but they can't even make the freaking investment in themselves to freaking go out there, learn the things that you need to learn in order to get there. So I feel like if you don't have that, you will never scale. And furthermore, I think anyone can have success in the wholesaling business as long as they have that mentality. Because like I said, the blueprint is already set. And if you fundamentally understand the wholesaling business, it's all about sales and marketing and tracking your numbers and then allocating the capital for the marketing for you to get the leads and therefore to make the money in the backend. But what do you think? Do you think anyone can have success in real estate wholesaling?
It comes back to the mentality, bro. Because like you said, I say faith, but it comes back to the mentality you have because if you don't believe that everything was going to work out, then things are not going to work out. You have to have a positive mindset. You have to have a ruthless mindset to know that I'm going to make it work no matter what. If things don't go my way, okay, then get back up and let's go get shit done.
Exactly.
But like you said, a lot of people don't have that mentality. And yes, I do think that anyone could be successful in anything, not just wholesaling, but in anything if you have the proper mindset, the proper drive, right? But one, it comes down to how much do you believe in yourself? Yeah. You know, if you don't have some money to invest in knowledge or in, you know, coaching, whatever it may be, then okay, then you have to have a really strong mindset and figure it out enough to where you can at least put yourself in a good position to then be able to make that investment. But if you don't even have that part figured out yet.
Yeah, I agree.
You know, and to touch on a point that you brought up, it's like, okay, some people don't make the investment. I used to tell myself all the time, let me save up enough money, right? Let me, I always, it's always like a, a figure in mind that we all have before we make that next step. But forget all of that, bro, because I think you can agree, like in business, sometimes you may go from zero to a hundred. Exactly. To a hundred to a million.
Exactly.
And then back to zero, you know, but it's not until you, you know, invest in knowledge and figure out your systems that you'll start to see consistency. But I used to always say like, I'll invest in this whenever I have, you know, X amount, right? But I'll forget that, dude. Like, if all you have is $10,000, I would say just go invest the $10,000 into learning what you don't know. And yeah, maybe you start from zero again, but you start from zero being way smarter. Yep. And now you're going to get there faster. Yep.
100%. 100%. I buy everything, bro. Like, I've invested probably like $300K in education. Why I have done well is because I'm not afraid to learn new things and give it my all. Because you really think like your problems are bigger than you? Like, you know, like if you invest, you know, $5K, $10K in a coaching, you think that is going to be bigger than you? Of course not. Of course not. Like, and if you don't have that mentality, I don't think like you'll be going to be able to make it. And to add on to your point on the faith is like God gave you, you know, this vision. And if you want to get into wholesaling or be an entrepreneur, like He put that in you for a reason. And, you know, we're all made from his resemblance. So do you think like you are not going to be able to make it? Like, you know, like the soonest that you kind of realize that a lot of things unlock within your mind and how you perform and how you act and how you behave and the things that you attract and how you do in anything. So I feel like that is kind of like the single most important thing when it comes to having success and scaling the business. And then if you do well, you can hire great people. Provide for them. And then it's not all about the money, but it's about what we deserve as human beings. And I think everyone should keep on progressing and becoming better because God doesn't want us to be broke and freaking hating our life, right? And I'm not going to say it's going to be super easy. It's going to be very challenging. It's going to be very hard. You're going to be tested every day, but you're going to become a better human. And over a long time horizon, if you make mistakes, if you mess up, but you keep on pushing, there's no way that you don't succeed.
Exactly. What does Alex Formosi say? Do something for so long that it's impossible for you to fail. Exactly, right? And I heard that and I was like, dude, that is so true. As long as you do not give up, you have faith, you have a strong mindset, and you put the right people in place and also attract the right people, right? You may have wealth. That's been a big one for me, bro. It's like I'm attracting so much more value with the mindset that I have now. And I'm not just talking about just, you know, good things happening in my life, but good people to me, you know, and I'm not looking for these people. I'm getting approached by very positive individuals and, you know, just some of the people on my team, right? I'm just so grateful to have them because I'm like, man, like, we have such good chemistry, right? Do you know? And having that good chemistry in the team, you know, it's gonna add so much to us.
That's everything. Nice.
Okay.
So I guess to bring it back, okay, how much are you spending more or less in marketing and how many deals you're getting now on a monthly basis?
Last month I did my monthly numbers and for the last month we spent $6,500 and we had, I mean, next 30 days are closing $450,000. You know, so what's that?
$6K to me. That's like a $1,500 to make $150,000.
$150,000. And not even that, the pipeline were like $250,000. That's crazy.
That is— I'm not saying like if you join us, you're going to have the same results as Eduardo because he's a beast. It's going to be challenging, but I know it's going to put you in the right direction because like I said, like I'm not going to BS you and be giving you all like all this fluff advice. It's like, okay, it's very logical. This is what we need to do on a monthly basis, on a weekly basis. This is how we get there. If something breaks, this is how we fix it. And these are the things that we need to focus on on a weekly basis in order for us to actually get there, right? So I'm very systematic now. And I think a lot of people don't have success because they don't know the game that they're actually playing. But when you can reverse engineer the numbers and you know exactly like what to do, when to do it, how to do it, the things you need to focus on, then that's why you start getting the success and the results.
Yeah, that's a big one too because like we use a lot of, whenever we're reverse engineering, like I really like that we can figure out exactly how many leads we need in order to get the profit that we want, right? And it's super simple, bro. Like obviously, you know how many leads you need to get and you know what your cost per lead is and you're able to go and basically go get those leads. Exactly. It's super important, right? Like if you don't have a good sales process, then you're not going to have the success. And I want to, I want to elaborate on that because maybe people believe like, oh, as long as I make the investment, I'm going to get what I need. But you still have to put in the work. Just because you make the investment, now you're getting the leads, you can't complain because you're not getting the results if you're not putting in the work, having the right conversations, right? So super like bittersweet because maybe people don't realize like, you know, I also still have to put in this work. Here, not just any, mastering my market.
Right. Do you think anyone who's doing deals right now and they're not running their own ads, maybe using an agency or a paper lead company or cold calling, do you think everyone should jump on inbound with them learning how to make their own ads?
I think so. And I'll say yes because it's super cool when you're able to control your market, right? And I'll be honest, like when we're looking at PPC agencies, dude, it was like $5,000 a month on just the ages. And then you still need another $2,000 in marketing. Probably like another $5K. Yeah, it's like, what's your— talking about $10,000 a month, that's $120,000 a year. You know, if you're only making $100,000 a year, you're cooked. So yes, if you can bring your marketing in-house, specifically, right? We're talking about Facebook ads. You're going to do great. Because once you figure out what you're looking at, how to analyze your data, you're able to optimize. Exactly. And bring your costs down. And dude, we talk about it all the time. I call this guy, I'm like, hey bro, my cost per lead's increasing, what should I do? Give me some pointers and boom.
Yeah.
I think I went from $50 to like $40 a lead.
Yeah. So your cost per contract's like what, $600, $700?
$800. $800 last month. And the month before that we're at $1,100. So Dude, I mean, come on, imagine it. Control, being able to control what your cost per contract is. How many people can say that?
Exactly. And in the end, that's how much you net because now you are what, 50% more efficient with the same marketing dollars, but you are making even more money. So your marketing expense is lower than a lot of people your size. So all that savings that you are getting, you're keeping in your pocket, but then you're making so much more money. And if you were to compare the freaking $25,000, $30,000 that you would pay an agency over a whole year, I can guarantee you that you wouldn't get the exact same results that you're getting right now. And you own all of that for half of— like, less than half than fucking $30K.
I do it all myself. I think that's what— I think that's like, people don't want to do things themselves. That's why they get an agency. But dude, if I know how to do this myself, if something breaks with my marketing, then it's better to fix it. Exactly right. And I mean, if it's my money that I'm spending on marketing, I want to be able to get the results that I want. So yeah, dude, to be spending that, I don't want to say little, right? But to be spending that amount and then getting this scotch air assist. So like you said, it's not how much money we make, it's about how much money you keep.
Exactly. And the reason why I even started all this with the coaching was because I paid everyone. I did every marketing channel and I had an agency running my ads and everything. but I was like, bro, like I can learn this. And I think, you know, paper league companies and agencies want you to think that you are not smart enough for you to learn how to do this. But it's like, do you think it's simple?
No. PPC is, you're talking about PPC?
No, I'm talking about like Facebook. Do you think it's simple compared to the other stuff?
Intimidating.
It's intimidating.
But once you get the hang of it, yeah. 5 minutes to optimizing. I mean, what, take 5 minutes out of your day, you're saving yourself potentially what?
Exactly. And you control the targeting and the quality and all of that, right? And like I said, as long as you put in the time and the work, like you can learn this, like it's not that hard. Like, you know, it can be a little bit of headache here and there, but a lot of people like, yo, I'm just going to do an agency and just want to focus on generating the revenue. But I mean, the sales process you're going to get, like we can teach you the sales process and become good at it. But the next lever that you can pull to become way more efficient and have a bigger ROI is if you can focus on the marketing. So what we're doing, like anything that I do with the students is like we're simplifying the marketing and the sales so that we net and make way more money than the traditional way of using an agency or a PPC company or whatever. So that is our whole approach. So I guess to anyone watching, I guess, would you recommend our program? Would you give them like any advice? Maybe people that are looking to scale or anything like what would your thoughts be on that?
100% recommend your program and I recommend it to all my friends already. But I will say, if you are not ready to put in the work, make the investment, you know, then don't, then don't, just stick to what you're doing. I agree, yeah, just stick to what you're doing there. But ask yourself, if you're watching this video, and if your answer is, I'm not ready to make that investment, or I'm not big enough to make that investment, really go back and evaluate what you're telling yourself, because that's just a self-limiting belief. Because I was a 2-man team when I joined your program. Yes. Okay, 5 months later, I'm a 6-man team, implemented a team, implemented the training of the sales process, implemented learning marketing, right? Because I didn't know shit. Okay, but dude, we have AI. Yeah, come on. Like we have AI, we can learn anything. If you don't understand something, ask Claude. Yeah, yeah. Learn those 3 things. you're gonna have success. So yes, I recommend your program 100%. We were able to go from where we were at to where we are now in 5 months, and it's just the beginning. So super grateful to you all. Look, great thing going. And thank you, bro. You know, anyone who jumps on board, I know they can have a lot of success. And if they don't, that's on them. Yeah.
And I love having people like you, cause like for me, it's like sometimes maybe in the beginning we let people in and then they start complaining. So for me, like the culture of the group. I just want to be surrounded by killers who want the same thing. So if there's anyone that has like victim mentality or going to be complaining, like I don't want anything of that near the group. But if you are a killer and you're watching this, you're like, oh, you know, this makes sense. You know, like we want to talk to you. We want to get you in the group, want to help you scale and for you to crush your goals. Because like I can relate to a lot of you guys because I made a lot of mistakes. I did everything. And I can empathize with you because like I know how hard it is for us not to net the money that we want to net. But if we can simplify it and just make it simple for us to scale, focusing on the right things, we're going to be in a way better spot. And don't focus on chasing revenue. Chase after how much you are netting within the business. All that to say is, guys, if you are watching this, thank you so much. We're rooting for you. I know you're going to crush it. But the sooner that you kill that limiting belief mindset, That's when you're going to be able to scale. And anyone watching that is a beginner, I mean, just watch the free tutorials and when you're ready, we're going to help you scale. And I guess with that being said, thank you guys for watching. I hope this was valuable. Anything else from you, Eduardo?
Ah, just thank you. Thank you, bro. Not just for the program, but for your advice. Learning from you, like you said, you've taken a lot of risk already. And then learning from someone like you, puts us in a great position already besides just the resources you provide. So appreciate you, Raul.
Thank you, Raul. Well, thank you so much for trusting me. But guys, hope you enjoyed the video and I'll catch you in the next one. Peace.
