This is a YouTube video titled "I Asked Alex Hormozi’s AI How to Get Rich Wholesaling (Unreal Answer)" (uploaded Aug 22, 2025). A single on-camera creator walks through asking Alex Hormozi’s AI how to start and scale a real estate wholesale business in 2025, using South Texas as the target market and preferring inbound channels (Facebook/PPC). The creator summarizes the AI’s playbook and their own experience: heavy creative/testing volume ( dozens to 150+ ad variants, ~50 hooks, 3–5 “meats”), the Kaleidoscope/Goated Ads Sprint approach, landing page KISS principles, speed-to-lead (call within 60 seconds), daily ad ops rules (kill losers, duplicate winners, raise budgets 20–30%), KPI tracking, reverse-engineering leads-to-revenue to hit $50K–$100K/month goals, and practical tips for filming UGC/founder ads and CTAs. The speaker references personal results and paid mentorships (Alex Hormozi), invites viewer questions, and offers booking a call for help implementing the system.

So I just spent over $6,000 on Alex Hormozi's offer with his AI, and I got a bunch of cool books. And I'm going to ask it how to start a wholesale business in 2025. Now, Alex, you know, he's the GOAT. I've learned so much from him. Actually, from his book, I was able to go to $100,000 per month in my wholesale business while having my cost per deal under $2,000. And last year it used to be over $5,000. So the guy's the GOAT. I spent this money with him, and I'm going to ask it how to scale a wholesale business in 2025. Now let's get started and see what he says. Okay, how to start a real estate wholesale business. So it's asking me to pick a market, the capital plus time, the experience, the acquisition preference, and the target and bottleneck. So for the market, I'm going to do South Texas. I have 10K. I can work 12 hours plus a day. I'm med— intermediate. I have done— their deals. Prefer inbound like Facebook and PPC. 90-day goal is to get to $50K per month. Biggest constraint is leads. Okay, let's see what it says. So I told it South Texas, I have $15K to work with and I can work 12 hours a day. I've done over 200 deals and I want to do without cold calling. And I said that I prefer inbound like Facebook and PPC. And the 90-day goal is to get to $50K per month. And the biggest constraint, it's leads. Okay. It said the play, Goated Ads Sprint to Flood Inbound Seller Leads in South Texas. You don't need more channels. You need more winning hooks and way more reps. We're running a 30-day Goated Ads Sprint to overwhelm your pipeline with motivated sellers. Why it works? Because the ads hit walls for weak creative volume. Fix it by multiplying hooks and variation weekly. 150+ ads, not 5. From the $100 million playbook. I love this because we crush with Facebook ads. Actually, when I started running my own stuff in this year, it was thanks to Hermosi, and what he did for my business was crazy. So the fact that it's spitting that out here, it's crazy. Uh, so it's telling you to write 50 hooks today and spend 80% of your time on hooks. So as you already know, the hook is the most important thing because you want to stand out from the competition and you do that with good creatives. So what I like about Facebook is with PPC, you're always going to be paying more per lead, although you need less, but with Facebook you can still get high quality leads depending on how good your creative is. So you gotta speak to the audience, and you do that by having a great hook in the beginning, right? Gives you some examples on the hooks. Sell your, wherever your property's at, house as is, no showings, no repairs, behind on payments, inherit a property, vacant, skip the fees, avoid time specific. So these are some great hooks that speak to different pain points. And then it's saying to film 3 to 4, 3 to 5 meat. So the meat will be kind of like the main thing that you do and how you do it. So remember the value equation: I do, I help X, Y, and Z do X, Y, and Z without X, Y, and Z and sold in so timeline. So I help homeowners sell their home fast for cash without the traditional real estate bottlenecks. We do it without closing costs, commissions, or repairs, and we can close in 20 days or less. You know, that's an example of a good ad. So it's saying to film, okay, you film a bunch of hooks, you film 3 to 5 meets of how you do it. So, and you can do that by having proof of testimonials. You can do it with UGC style. So UGC is user-generated content. You can hire an actor to act as a testimonial. You can do the founder direct to camera. So how we do it is we do a hook, and then in a lot of my videos, it's me on camera. Hey, I'm Fidel from X, Y, and Z. If you wanna sell your property without dealing with an agent or do repairs, click on the link down below and see how we can help you. We actually just walked out of this seller appointment and we're purchasing this property. So that would be the founder direct camera response. Faceless, it can be screenshot compilation of text, reviews, properties you've bought and sold. The other one could be a simple explanation versus like on your fees and your process versus the traditional comparison. So you do a bunch of hooks, you do a bunch of meats, and then you can assemble a bunch of those with the CTA, with the call to action. So you can chop the hooks and the meats and the CTAs, and then what it— what I know that he suggests doing is having one hook, and then you compare it with your meat number 1 and your CTA number 1, and then you can do all these different variations with all these ads and test a bunch of different ads And then you can get cheap leads that are high intent. So for us, we've gotten leads for like $20, and for us, we get 20 to 25 leads to a contract. And we actually teach our students how to implement this funnel and marketing system into their business so they don't have to pay an agency and they just learn this skill. So if you're interested in hearing about that, click on the link down below and let's see if you qualify for us to be able to help you. Uh, but basically you're record a bunch of hooks, a bunch of meats, and a bunch of CTAs, and then you have a bunch of ads that you can test to beat up your competition. And if you do it according to the Hormozy principles, you are gonna crush. Um, he also suggests adding urgency in the call to action, like get your options today, get your offer today, we're only buying 5 houses, uh, this month. And then it also suggesting to run a Google search with high intent plus meta. So so that you can scale cheap attention. And then he talks about the rule of 100s— 100 minutes a day, uh, on the ads for 100 days. So your main focus is going to be on making new ads. And then let's see what he said— has to say about the funnel and landing page. He says, you know, KISS method— keep it, keep it stupid simple. The landing page, he says Sell as is, no fees, on your timeline, and the zip codes that you are buying in, condition, timeline, best phone number. Those are the questions that he wants you to ask. And then he says speed to lead, to call within 60 seconds, that you can, you can have a 39% conversion lift potential if you reach out within the first minute. And then if you can keep a 5-minute gold standard That'd be huge. That's what we teach our students and that's what I do in my own wholesale business that we've made millions of dollars on. So speed to lead is one of the most important things because if you can generate the leads but you don't talk to them, you're not gonna make money. Um, what are the daily ops for scaling? Kill the losers fast. So pause the ads if your CTR is above— I'm sorry, it's less than 1%. Or your cost per lead is 2 times the target after 500 impressions. So let's say you are at $50 a lead on average and you're paying more than $100, he says kill that. Um, and then you can promote the winners by duplicating it and raising the budget by 20 to 30%, uh, per day. And then you can spin 10 new hooks off of each winner. And basically you need to track your CTR, CPL, appointment rate, contract rate, and your inputs should be greater than your outputs. So do more and then do it better. Now let's say how to scale to $100K per month. Okay, he talks about the kaleidoscope of ads. I actually read that in one of his books that he only got a few who bought the upsell. It's 20 of his best ad copies and how he scales the ads. And this by itself, it's worth more than the $6K that I paid for. So we're gonna, we're implementing a bunch of this stuff here. We're already seeing the results. We're also doing it with our clients. But basically he says, okay, you don't need the new channel, just need more of the stuff that's working, right? So the deals needed, you just need to divide it by your average profit per deal. So let's say you're making $20K per deal, you're gonna need to close 5 deals, uh, a month. And you also need to know your close rate, so how many of those deals are actually closing. The industry standard is 70%, so 30% fall out. So you probably need like 8 deals a month at $20K, uh, because they're gonna fall out. And then you need to figure out how many appointments you need in order to get to that closing percentage. So the industry standard, you wanna shoot between 25 to 30%. So that means for every 4 offers that you give, you contract 1 deal. And then you'll be able to reverse engineer how many leads you need in order to get the appointments that you need, and according to the closing percentage. And then it'll give you your daily ad budget, which equals your leads times your target cost per lead. And you need to increase the lead flow in order to hit that number. I actually have a video going over the reverse engineering calculator. That way you can just plug and play, um, your numbers. Uh, then he says to identify 3 to 5 winners and just basically do more of those, right? The ads that are performing best, we need to do more of those. And then he says with the Kaleidoscope method, uh, to put them into 150 ads a week. I don't know if you need that many because we don't— we're not spending so much money. But he says that for each winning hook, you need to spend 20 to 30 deliverables. Um, with the openers, you can swap the first 3 seconds between pain, timeline, and the South Texas callout. The visuals, you can do like a new shirt, a new angle, a new background, on-screen captions, or emoji overlays. The voice— the voices, it can be you, a seller, a team member, a UGC-style friend, and then you can localize the city, neighborhood swaps. Like, you know, where I live is McAllen, Hardin, Brownsville. And then the format, you can do it in 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, in square size with different headlines variants. So whatever's on top of the video, and then that's how you unlock segments of your current that you're currently missing. And then it just says to Google search exact intent ad groups. So self-ask plus condition plus location. Um, and then you want to have your meta with broad plus advantage placement. So it's kind of all about Facebook, which is basically what we teach. Uh, scale rules: kill the losers, pause the ones that are not working, promote the winners, and duplicate them into new ad budgets and raise 20-30% daily while keeping the KPIs on hold and keep screening the winners, um, every time you get 10 or 20 more variants. And don't get bored repeating what works. You sellers see it for the first time. So remember, nobody knows who you are. You need to advertise more. So you have one ad day per week where you start recording those new ads, and then you spend 100 minutes daily on ads, writing, filming, cutting, launching for 100 days. And the inputs will outdrop I'll, I'll drive the outputs. And I think this is pretty good. Uh, I would like to see more about like the sales process and the logistics. Uh, but I think this is great so far. So I've paid, I think, over $200,000 in mentorships and in coaching, and Hermosi is one of the GOATs. So I wanted to see what he had to say. So if you have, if you guys have any questions that you want me to ask his AI, put them on the comments down below.
