In this candid, motivational monologue, the speaker shares personal experiences from both house flipping and real‑estate wholesaling to expose the harsh realities behind the hype that many online mentors promote. He reports recent high revenue ($100k in a month, $40k in a week) but also a massive $92k payout to a lender from a previous flip, illustrating the volatile cash flow and debt obligations inherent in the business. The speaker argues that wholesaling is not a guaranteed path to quick riches; less than 10% of participants succeed, and the process involves roughly 60‑70 distinct steps from lead generation to closing, encompassing marketing, sales, contract negotiation, and risk management. He contrasts wholesaling with flipping, noting that wholesaling reduces upfront capital risk because the primary expense is marketing spend rather than large capital outlays or lender financing. The talk emphasizes the importance of a disciplined, long‑term mindset—comparing wholesaling to fitness training—where daily focus on fundamentals, consistent effort, and realistic expectations are essential. He warns against the “fluff” and false promises of many coaches, citing his own $200k spent on coaching and numerous losses, and stresses that pain and failure are inevitable but can become valuable learning tools. The speaker concludes by urging viewers to prioritize daily actions that improve the business, accept the inherent risks, and reach out for direct help if needed.

Guys, I just want to get something off my chest because I see a ton of people that are just lying to you. So we just closed like $100,000 this month. We're having a $40,000 week, but I just had to cut a check for $92,000 to a lender who lent me on a deal when I was flipping houses from last year. And the truth of the matter is when it comes to real estate and wholesaling, like, nothing is guaranteed. And I'm making this video because I see all these people that are telling you that it's going to be so easy and that you can just put a deal on the contract, sell it for max value, and make $20 grand, when the reality is I think like less than 10% are going to actually succeed. And it's the same way than when someone goes to the gym. You think that by going to the gym you're going to be buff and have a six-pack? Of course not. It requires long-term commitment when it comes to doing your diet, training hard, eating clean, not drinking alcohol, all those things. And it's the exact same way when it comes to real estate wholesaling. Now, there's so many moving parts that you have to be a savage at a bunch of different things. From the moment that a lead comes in to before you do the marketing, to how you talk to these people, when you put on the contract, there's probably like 60, 70 steps that you take before you actually take profit. And I'm making this video because I'm gonna tell you exactly what I've gone through. You know, like I said, having a good month and having to write a $90 million check after making millions of dollars, but then also losing so much money. And that's because I started flipping houses. So there are videos, and the reason why I try to offer you value in all the videos that I make is I can relate myself to you. And if it's challenging for me, of course it's challenging for you as well. And although I'm above average, and I keep it real with you by letting you know what's working and what's not working. I see myself in you and I just don't want you to make the same mistakes that I made or that I'm making. And after paying, I don't know, probably $200 grand in coaching and losing money, making a lot of money, I feel like it is just way easier to approach the business once you understand the fundamentals. 'Cause at the end of the day, wholesaling is just sales and marketing, right? If we know that we invest $3,000 in ads and that can on average make us $20,000 a month or $30,000 a month, I mean, we want to keep on doing that over and over again. But the reality is like nothing is guaranteed. Just because you've got property under contract, it does not mean that you're going to be able to sell it. There's so many moving parts that we have. So we're just trying to funnel and simplify every step of the whole business. Right? Comes marketing, sales, you get the deals and you just try to sell them for max value, right? But it's easier said than done. In the middle, there's nuances that you have to do and to make sure that you actually succeed. Because like all these people, like they just wanna sell you onto something and sell you a dream that may not be true, right? Now I'm not saying that if you come in and I help you that you're gonna be millionaire, But I know, and I can guarantee that if you put in the work and you do this stuff, you're going to get results. Because the truth of the matter is everything's going to be hard. Whether you are new to wholesaling and you want to get into this, it's hard. Your position is hard. Whether you are already doing deals, I can guarantee that you're going through almost the same shit that I'm doing, or you've had losses, or you've made mistakes. Everyone experiences pain and there's no way like all the people that you look up to that they have not experienced pain. And I share this with you because I'm just tired of like all the fluff and I just try to be as honest and transparent as I can because the truth of the matter is this shit is harder than people make it out to be, right? You can risk all your effort, you can risk all your money in marketing, in your sales team, And like I said, that does not guarantee that you are going to get paid, but what you could do, and the main factor that is going to have an influence is what do you do every day and what are the things that you are focusing on? So yeah, like just dealing with this and having the losses and the stuff that I'm basically paying by making the mistakes, right? That's why I like wholesale, because when you're flipping houses, you need to front all this money, and that's what made me pivot and go into wholesaling. But with wholesaling, if you can't sell a deal, I mean, you can just cancel. Of course, I don't want you guys to do that, but you have less financial risk when it comes to getting paid, because in the end, it's way better to just risk your marketing dollars rather than money, raising capital, getting lenders, and you think the property is going to sell for however much you think it's going to sell for. And then, you know, you can see what happened with interest rates. And I know some of my friends, you know, I got in the hole with some of those deals, losing hundreds of thousands, and I was feeling so bad about myself that I couldn't move. Like, I was just dwelling on, on that. And I heard, like, my other friends, there's some that lost $1 million, $2 million people that owe like $3 million to investors, and one single thing can wipe you out. So I feel like the best business that you can build is one that you feel comfortable with the risk to reward ratio, because everything is going to be risky. Nothing's going to be guaranteed. But with wholesaling, you are at least eliminating outside capital to make money. So I would much rather take the guaranteed payday in this market today rather than just try and flip something because there's so many moving parts. So yeah, I guess for you, what it means is you can still succeed as long as you focus on the important things and you know that if you are doing this business, everyone goes through crap. Sometimes things happen that you can't control, You are going to lose money. You are going to make mistakes, but you can expedite that. And that's the reason why I try to help you guys and give you context and show you the real truth. Because I always say this, but like, if I would've started directly wholesaling instead of flipping, I would be in a much better spot. But then if I wouldn't have those lessons and losses, like that wouldn't have pushed me to become who I am today. So in essence, the lows and the mistakes become your greatest ally. And it's all about how you think of the situation. I think I talk to people and they're going through a bad spot right now, but they don't decide on what they're going to do. Your main focus should be, what can I focus on and what can I fix today to bring value to the business and to make revenue today? Because if you are just chasing after the next thing and not really focusing on what you know you need to fix, you're never going to have a solid foundation. So I know this was like all over the place, but I just wanted to vent and share what I'm going through right now. And, you know, going into this last quarter, November, December, they tend to be slower. And this is when a lot of people just slow down and you just gotta basically hate where you're at right now to make sure that you're not here again. I was talking to two of my friends, one that lost a ton of money and he made, I don't know, $200 grand in July, like $100 in August, and then in September, like another $200 grand. And I'm super happy for him 'cause like he had a bunch of losses, right? And then I was talking to my other friend where he was in the exact situation that I was in last year when I lost all the money in the other flips, and he finally turned it around. So it is possible, but what it's going to require is going to be very hard, uh, and like, gonna be pain in both decisions, whether you do make a change or you don't. Both are painful, right? Getting rich is painful, being poor is painful, being fat is painful. Being fit is painful. You just gotta choose your heart and choose the pain you want to do. Uh, yeah, sorry for the rant. I'll link one of the videos here. Um, if you need help, just DM me or click on the link down below, and I'll catch you on the next one.
