Do this and you will WIN in 2026

Francisco Javier Ortega argues that winning in 2026 means being led by the Holy Spirit, not human wisdom. He warns against the mistake of the prophet in 1 Kings 13, who ignored God's command and listened to another prophet instead, and calls viewers to obedience and discernment.

What's up, everyone? A little bit of a surprise live tonight. Just felt something on my spirit that just absolutely, I feel like, needed to be shared. So I'm going to share this and what you can expect out of tonight is really simple. Really simple. I believe that if you do this in 2026, you're going to win. That if you do what we're about to share, what I'm about To share in 2026, you will absolutely win. And what does win looking like, man? Look, when winning looks like being successful in whatsoever you do. And in order to be successful, we got to define success, right? I believe that success is being obedient to what God is asking you to do. I believe that success looks like being obedient to the very clear instruction of God. And I'm preaching to myself here, just so you guys know, I'm preaching to myself here. I'm preaching to you guys. I'm preaching to my own spirit. I feel like this is going to be an incredible, incredible year for anybody who does what we're going to cover on this live. So let's jump straight into it. But first, I do want to pray and there's going to be an action item that I'm going to challenge you with on this live. Let's go. Bryson, good seeing you here. Man of God. There's going to be an action item that I'm going to share with you that I want you to actually respond to tonight. You know, I want you to. Or maybe even just take it home with you, sit down for a little bit and really process the question that I'm going to ask you at the end of this live. And I believe that when you really sit with that question and I'll create some space for you on this live, actually just like some quiet space just for you to actually think about the question that I'm going to ask you. And I believe that the more that you sit with that question, I believe that God's going to begin to highlight some things to you. Are being led by the spirit in Romans 8:14. This is what I believe is the hack for 2026 for all who are allowing themselves to be led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. I'm going to hit on this tomorrow, too. Tomorrow at 11am Central Standard Time. I'm. I'm speaking on a topic that's going to be. It's gonna be. It's gonna be a really good conversation. It's gonna be an awesome conversation for all of us to entertain and just to be aware of it is something that God highlighted to me. And that conversation is saved. But are you going to hell? Because you might have confessed Jesus as Lord, but there's things in the Bible that we're going to read tomorrow that show who are sons and who get to go into their daddy's house whenever we get up there. So we're going to have that discussion. But one way that we know if we are sons is are we being led by the Spirit? Tonight's not going to be long because I don't think that we have to really reiterate this that much. I'm going to read another scripture to you guys. This is powerful, man. This is powerful. This is really powerful. I want you guys to write those down, you know? Romans 8:14. For as many as are led by the Spirit or sons of God. 20, 26. It's time to be led by the Spirit in your marriage. It's time to be led by the Spirit in your business. It's time to be led by the Spirit in your relationships. It's time to be led by the Spirit in determining which church you're going to give yourself to. It's time to be led by the Spirit in determining what it is that you're going to do for the kingdom of God. And it's time to be led by the Spirit. Jeremiah 17:4 says this. Or 17, verse 5. Starting at verse 5, it says this. Thus says the Lord. Cursed is the man who trusts in and relies on mankind, making weak, faulty human flesh his strength, and whose mind and heart turn away from the Lord, for he will be like a shrub in the parched desert and shall not see prosperity when it comes. The Bible doesn't say that prosperity isn't going to come. It says that if we rely on mankind, if we rely on our flesh, if we. If we rely on those things, it doesn't say prosperity won't come. It says that we will not see it. And you cannot possess what you do not see. What's up, Stephen? Good seeing you, man of God. I see you're up late before work tomorrow. Praise the Lord. Thanks for hanging out with me, man. For as many as are led by the Spirit, they are the sons of God. Those that are allowing themselves to be led by the Spirit are sons of God. Romans 8:14. That's what it told us. And now in Jeremiah, it's telling us what the opposite is. It's. It's literally saying, thus says the Lord. Cursed is the man who trusts in and relies on mankind. Let me Ask you something. Whatever situation you're stressed out about right now, whatever situation is creating anxiety in your life right now. What are you trusting in? If we were being honest, what are we putting our trust in? Are you putting your trust in the judge? Are you putting your trust in a president? Are you putting your trust and confidence and hope in a pastor? What are you putting your trust in? It goes on to say, making weak faith faulty human flesh. His strength is Alex Hermosi's videos. Your strength. Is that your strategy? Now, I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with that strategy. There's. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with going out and getting practical strategies, but it's very clear here that when it becomes our source, when it becomes our source, what does it say here in verse 6? He will be like a shrub in the parched desert and shall not see prosperity when it comes. Your relationships were designed to prosper. Your mental health was designed to prosper. Your finances were designed to prosper. Your relationship with God was designed to prosper. Your experience here on earth was designed for you to enjoy everything about us was designed to prosper. But if we are making human faulty flesh our strength, and if we are trusting and relying on mankind, then it doesn't matter how much prosperity shows up. We will be incapable of seeing it. And this is so powerful. God talks a lot about the eyes. I didn't even plan on going on this, but I feel like the Holy Spirit is showing me this right now to bring this up. God speaks a lot on the eyes. What's the other scripture where he says, behold, I am doing a new thing. Do you not perceive it? Another translation says, can you not see it? Why is God obsessed with us being able to see prosperity, being able to see something new? Why is God so obsessed with that? It's a question we got to ask ourselves. Because when he gave the promise to Abraham, he said, as far as your eye can see is land that I've given to you. It's kind of like the movie Lion King. As far as your eye can see. As far as your eye can see. Whatever your eye can see is land that I am giving to you. If you cannot see it, you cannot possess it. This is why the Bible also says that if the people that do not have vision perish. Seeing is so important. It is extremely important. So. So let's go. Keep going down, down the scripture then. Those that trust in man and rely on mankind making weak, faulty human flesh his strength and whose mind and heart Turn away from the Lord, for he shall be like a shrub in parched. In a. In the parched desert, and shall not see prosperity when it comes, but shall live in the rocky places of the wilderness in an uninhabitable salt land. This is how I see that those that trust in human wisdom, those that trust on human flesh, those that trust on the. On. On human systems end up being salty because you can't live anywhere. But this is where it starts getting good. Verse 7 blessed. Verse 7 blessed. There's the turnaround. How do you know things are turning around because you get blessed. Blessed with spiritual security is the man who believes and trusts in and relies on the Lord and whose hope and confident expectation is the Lord is the Lord. I want you to catch this. It doesn't say and whose hope and confident expectation is the promises of the Lord. It's who's confident and as whose hope and confident expectation is the Lord. When you get caught up on the promises more than you get caught up with the Promise Keeper, you begin to get shaky. Because what happens if I'm not experiencing the promise? Maybe there's something that I'm not doing right. And discontentment enters our life. But when we focus on the Promise Keeper, when, when, when our security is the Lord, when our hope and our confident expectation is the Lord, it's him. Then guess what? You don't experience uncertainty. Why? Because your hope and your confidence is in somebody who is faithful. It is in somebody who loves you unconditionally. It is in somebody who will not change, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. It is in someone who doesn't know how to lose Yahweh, God Almighty, the Lord of Lords, the King of Kings. It is important to keep our hope and our expectation on him. Now watch what it says this. For he will flourish like a tree planted by the waters that spreads out its roots by the river and will not fear the heat when it comes. But its leaves will be green and moist and it will not be anxious. Praise God. How many of you guys don't want to be anxious? And it will not be anxious and concerned in a year of drought nor stop bearing fruit when you stop making human wisdom your strength. When you stop relying on human strategy and you begin to be spirit led and you begin to rely on what God is speaking and you begin to rely on His Word. And you begin to genuinely trust and hope and put your confident expectation on the Lord. Look at how amazing that is. It doesn't say that it's not going that There was. Isn't going to be a drought. But it says that in the middle of the drought, you won't be concerned and your leaves will be green and moist and. And that you will not be anxious. That is a promise that comes from God to those that are spirit led to those that are. Are led by the spirit, not by human faulty flesh, not by mankind. There's another story I want to share with you guys. I didn't prep this one, but I feel like I need to. Hey, can you give me the story? Just the scripture reference. I believe it's in first or second Kings of the man who was sent by God. And God told him not to eat in Judah until he left. And then there was another man of God who told him, hey, no, it's. It's totally cool. I'm a man of God too. You can eat. And then the man ate, and then a lion killed him before he got out.
You're thinking of the story in First Kings, chapter 13. In that chapter, a man.
What. What verse? What verse? Chapter 13. What verse?
The story runs through most of First Kings, chapter 13. It begins at verse 1, where the man of God delivers a prophecy. The key part you're referring to, where he's deceived by the old prophet and later judged is roughly from verses 11 to 32. If you want the moment where he perfectly.
Thank you so much. 11:30. 11 through 32. 13. 11:32. Okay, this. This is. This is so interesting here, y'. All. This is. This is really good. This is going to help you. Okay? You've got to have discernment. Me and my best friend Guy Jones were talking the other day and we were just being honest with each other because we can be. Because we know that we're brothers and we know that we'll never leave or forsake the other one, right? And so we were just saying. And I told him, I was like, bro, at the end of the day, both of us know that if God asks him to do something, and I think he shouldn't do it, he's gonna do it anyway. Why? Because he obeys God his. He's not relying on mankind's wisdom. He's not relying on just the brotherhood. Now, the Bible says that a multitude of counsel right to have that. And of course, but the decision always has to be yours. That's why in. In Romans. In Romans 8:14, what was the specific wording that it says? Right? Romans 8:14. For all who are allowing themselves to be led by the Spirit of God or sons of God. It doesn't mean that you shouldn't take in all this wisdom. It means that at the end of the day, you've got to make the choice because you know the convictions that are in heart. You know what's. What. God is speaking to your spirit. The Bible says this in Matthew. It says that man should not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the Father. When it says every word, it's talking about a rhema word. A rhema word. It's a word that God in spirit drops into your spirit. It's not something that somebody gives you. It's. It's when the words from scripture jump out at you. It's when you're driving, not even thinking about the circumstance, and all of a sudden your spirit realizes what you're supposed to do. It's a rhema word. So let's. Let's look at this story, right? This is what it says in. In First Kings, chapter 13, verse 11. It says, now there was an old prophet living in Bethel. And his sons came and told him everything that the man of God had done that day in Bethel. They also told their father the words which he had spoken to the king. Their father asked him, which way did he go? For his sons had seen which way the man of God who came from Judah had gone. He said to his sons, saddle the donkey for me. So they saddled the donkey for him, and he rode away on it and went after the man of God. And he found him sitting under an oak tree and said to him, are you the man of God who came from Judah? And he said, I am. And he said to him, come home with me and eat bread. This is key. This is key. Then he said to him, come home and eat with. Eat bread with me. And he said, I cannot return with you, nor go in with you, nor will I eat bread or drink water with you in this place. For I was told by the word of the Lord, you shall not eat bread, nor drink water there, nor shall you return by going way that you came. And watch what happens here. Watch what happened. He's saying, I cannot eat because God spoke to me. God spoke to me and gave me a direct command, and I need to be led by the Spirit. And then look at what happens here. He answered him, I too am a prophet as you are. In other words, bro, I listen from God too. I'm. I don't want anything bad to happen to you. I'm a brother in Christ. I don't want anything bad to happen to you. You can trust me. I listen to the Lord too. That's what's going on here. I, too, am a prophet, as you are. And the angel spoke to me. Watch this. And the angel spoke to me by the word of the Lord, saying, bring him back with you to your house so that he may eat bread and drink water. How did God send an angel to give him the complete opposite word when God spoke directly to the prophet? God speaks directly to you. It's time to listen to the convictions that God's putting in you. What's the action plan that needs to happen? What are the things that God's asking you to do that you've ran to other brothers and now they've kind of talked you out of it, and you know deep down in your gut what you're supposed to do, what you're supposed to do. I want. I want you to see what happens here, right? He ends up eating. So here's what it says. And he cried out to the man of God who had come from Judah, Thus says the Lord, because you have disobeyed the word of the Lord and have not kept the commandment which the Lord your God commanded you, but have come back and have eaten bread and drunk water in the place which the Lord said to you, you shall not eat bread nor drink water. Your body shall not come to the tomb of your fathers. After the prophet of the house had eaten bread, and after he had drunk, he saddled the donkey for the prophet, whom he had brought back. Now, when he had gone, and a lion met him by the road and killed him. And his body was thrown in the road and the. With the donkey standing beside it, the lion was also standing beside the body. And there were men passing by, and they saw the body thrown in the road and the lion standing beside the body. So they came and told about it in the city of Bethel, where the old prophet lived. Dude, I'm just saying, first of all, that sucks, man. Because you disobeyed God, you got devoured by a lion. Romans 8, 14. For as many as allow themselves to be led by the Spirit are the sons of God. Then Jeremiah, we read it in Jeremiah 17, blessed with spiritual security is the man who believes and trusts in and relies on the Lord and whose hope and confident expectation is the Lord is the Lord. 2026. You want to win in 2026? Do I want to win in 2026? What is it going to require? Listening to God and obeying. Listening to God and obeying fully. Here's what we need to take out from this story is that when God speaks something to you, he doesn't change his mind and speak a different instruction to somebody else. So if you know how you have a word from the Lord, you need to move on it so He.
