how to get over your divorce WITHOUT THERAPY.

YouTube training by Francisco (Frank) Javier Ortega, a divorce recovery coach, teaching a non-therapy approach to recovering from divorce. He presents a central “human model” showing how neutral life circumstances lead to immediate thoughts and meaning-making, which create feelings, drive actions, and produce results. Ortega emphasizes processing emotions first, choosing/rewriting the meaning attached to events, and deliberately shifting thoughts to change feelings and outcomes. The video includes client examples, spiritual/theological framing, and a CTA inviting viewers to a paid private coaching community (noted price mention: “49amonth”).

I was in that place where I was so frustrated of trying everything that they told me to. I was so frustrated with just going and praying about it. I was so frustrated with just reading My Word. I was so frustrated with just going to therapy and doing the gym and hanging out with people and coming back home and realizing that those same crippling thoughts and feelings would meet me as soon as I hit my head on that pillow. And I needed something that had a lasting change. And so that's what we're going to cover today. Today on this video. This video right here is specifically for anybody who's worked with a therapist, counselor, or even gone to church groups. And you've been doing it for months at a time, and you just feel like you're not getting any progress.
Hey.
Welcome back to the channel. My name is Frank Ortega. I am a divorce recovery coach. And I'm making this specific video because research shows that it actually takes 15 to 25 different therapy sessions before you even start to feel, feel, or noticed any difference whatsoever. And so I want to show you what they're not showing you. I want to teach you how you can actually figure out what's creating your suffering and you can start attacking it at the comfort of your own home so you can actually start feeling better today. And so if that's something that you're interested in, I want you to tune into this full video and I want you to wait until the end, because I have something that I want to offer you that is an absolutely no brainer brainer whatsoever. But before we get to that, I want to make sure that you get the tools that you need right now. Because I was in that place where I was so frustrated of trying everything that they told me to. And so that's what we're going to cover today on this video. This is specifically taken out of the Divorce Recovery Academy. And it's one of the teachings that I actually walk all of my clients through. And it's the foundational piece, which is why I want to get it into your hands for free. So make sure that you're ready to take some notes and apply this to your life, because I promise you, it's going to change anything, everything.
I'll see you inside of the teaching. Hey Conquer, welcome back to the academy. Hopefully you've been processing your emotions. Hopefully you've been doing that exercise. I'm telling you, if you continue to do that exercise whenever you start feeling off, it's really, really going to help you eliminate that brain fog. And here's the thing, today we're going to jump into something that's very important. You're finally going to get a deep understanding of what's creating so much of your pain and how we can let it stay stop controlling you and how we can start taking control. But before we do that, we've got to understand what's really creating all this stuff, right? And this is why that processing emotion exercise is so important. Because if you are in a negative state, in a negative emotion emotional state, it's going to be really hard for you to do any of this work. This, this is why when you're in a bad spot, somebody can tell you, bro, you're awesome, you're incredible, you're worthy, you're this, you're all that. And you just don't believe it. Why? Because you're in such a negative state that you can't even receive that. Your, your head and your heart is so muddled with all of this terrible motion that just needs to come out that you're not even able to receive anything good and you're not even to able to think logically. This is what we call being in like the survival mind, right? And so in order to get you out of the survival mind and get you start to start thinking with your head, with your front whatever part of the brain, right. I don't know all the scientific terms for it. I just know this stuff works, is we gotta get you to process all that stuff and get down to a place where now you just feel neutral. You either feel good or you feel okay, but you don't feel terrible. And so that's why that practice is so important. And so today we're gonna jump into something incredibly powerful. This is a tool that I use with my clients and this is how we're able to work through a lot of different situations. I'm gonna share my screen here with you. And I do have to say before I do though that I did not invent people. This, this is an extremely powerful tool that is beyond effective. This, this human model. It does not matter if you are a man or a woman, it doesn't matter what religion you are. It doesn't matter what culture you're from, every single person operates out of this, this model. And I'm going to show you exactly how it works and demonstrate to you why you're experiencing what you're experiencing and why. If you felt like you've been stuck for years, and this is probably why you're getting the same result if you feel like, man, I've been divorced now for eight to 10 years, which I have seen this before, and I still can't find anybody good. I just keep attracting toxic relationships, right? We get that a lot. We hear that a lot. I'm going to show you why you're creating the results that you're creating in your life, and we're going to start learning how we can start turning that around. And this is going to be a foundational piece for the rest of the academy. So make sure that you take a lot of notes and make sure that you really, really soak this in. Okay? So this right here is the human model. First off, we've got to address our circumstances, okay? Every single human on Earth goes through circumstances. Our circumstances are things that happen in life that we have zero control of. Maybe your ex cheated on you, maybe your parents did something, said something, maybe you got let go from a job. It really doesn't matter. It's just life happening is really what circumstances is. And the first thing that we got to understand is that these right here, all of our circumstances are 100% neutral, which means that they are not good or bad, they're just neutral. Now, you don't have to feel neutral about the circumstance in this instance to see it as neutral, but you do have to try and see it as neutral. Because if it's neutral, then that means that it can go either way. That means that you now have the choice on, okay, I want this to be a good thing, or I'm going to allow it to be a bad thing. It's 100%, completely up to you, okay? And here's how we know that these situations are neutral, that our circumstances are neutral. I want you to imagine that it's like the entire world or a mass amount of the population would have to agree that this is good or this is bad. So for most people that go through a divorce, most people think this is the worst thing that could ever happen to me. But if you talk to somebody like me and I talk to you for a little bit and I find out some information, I might say this is probably the best thing that could have ever happened to you. And if you're going through it, more than likely, it is probably the best thing that could happen to you. And so if we're not going to agree like that, you could also talk to the rest of my coaching clients. They'll probably tell you the exact same thing. Hey, man, I know it sucks right now, so. But this is the best thing that could happen to you. So if not everybody can get on the same page, then we can't say that this is necessarily bad in nature. It might actually be good. And this is why we have to see it as neutral. Because now what happens is you take the power back and you say, no, I'm not going to allow this to ruin my life or continue to ruin my life. I'm going to choose to see this as it is, not worse than it is. But then we're going to train ourselves to see it better than it is. Okay? So that's our circumstances. And if you're a, if you're a Christian here, just like I am, I want to give this verse to you. I don't know the exact verse, but it does say that God will work all things for the good of those who love him and are called according to his purpose. God said all things and any other translation, it says all things or it says everything. If God wanted us to know that this is, that whatever you go through is either good or either bad, and there's nothing you can do about it, he wouldn't have said all things. He would have said, for I will work all good things and all bad things for your good. But I think God wants us to have a deeper understanding that things in life that happen sometimes they're just neutral and they are what we choose to make out of them. Because how many people know that if you take something that was quote unquote bad and you put it in God's hands and you let him take control of it and him guide you and him lead you, then it's going to turn into a good thing. This is why we see so many stories in the Bible of quote unquote bad people that God then turned around, turned them around and made them good. It was neutral people becoming good. And then he takes bad situations, quote, unquote, that would be to the world bad, and he turns it for good. For example, Jesus on the cross, most people would say that is a bad thing that happened. They killed a great man for absolutely no reason. A lot of other people would say that is a great thing that happened because it brought one of the greatest miracles we've ever Experienced, which was him rising from the dead and then bringing salvation to people. Right? Now, if you're in, if you have a different religion, you can probably apply the same type of theology into your religion, right? If you, if you believe in the universe, it's the same thing. There's probably been situations in your life that at one point you felt were bad and, and now you're realizing in hindsight that, wow, that was actually really good for me and it actually did a lot for me. And we're going to cover later on in this academy how we can begin to fortify that for you mindset where we can genuinely believe with everything in us that regardless of what we go through in life, it's actually working out for our good and it's not just happening to us. And so that's going to be our circumstances. Okay? Circumstances are neutral. They are neither good, normal, nor bad. Okay? So whatever you're going through right now, I want you to choose to just see it as neutral. It is not good and it is not bad. Yet I'm going to, I'm going to be the master of what it turns into. Okay? But what we got to understand is that it doesn't matter if you let, get let go from a job, if somebody divorces you, or if somebody cuts you off on the highway. The first thing that's going to happen when you experience a circumstance is it's going to start creating thoughts in our mind immediately without even thinking twice about it. Somebody cuts you off and you, you lash off as angry because you got your family in the car. More than likely the initial thought is, this idiot could hurt my family. And so then you lash out. Your response is anger, right? But the initial thoughts is, what is this guy thinking? I got my kids back here. We got to get somewhere. So immediately there's thoughts that start happening now. Thoughts. This is where it gets really, really good, okay? This is where we start to create our story about who we are and our future. And this is also where we start to attach meaning to our circumstances. It all happens in our thoughts and it starts happening like that. And you've probably noticed this, that as you went through what you went through, when somebody chose to leave you, you probably started having a story immediately get written in your head about how you're not good enough and how now you the future is going to suck. Or maybe you had another story that's now been on repeat. If you've been divorced or broken up with for a while where now you're starting to believe the narrative that all men are the same and all women are the same, and that I don't want to give myself over to love again because no one's ever going to treasure it and appreciate it. This is all what starts happening in our head. And the worst part is, is that we make it all about us. We add the meaning that it has to. It has to do something with me. It's probably my worth, it's probably my value. It's probably how I didn't show up. And we start creating all of this suffering simply by entertaining a story and by attaching meaning to a neutral circumstance. And this is where we've got to start deciding if we are going to live life by default. Just what happens, happens, and I'll take it as it is or by design what happens. I will take that and I will create it into what I want it to mean. If I want this to be the greatest comeback in my life, I'm in charge, and I can make that happen. That's living life by design. If you get let go. One of my cousins came over the other day, and he had just gotten let go from his job. About 30% of the of the company got completely, completely let go. And he walks in here, he wants me to teach him how to do some things right. And so I was like, dang, man, that sucks. He was like, no, bro, it's. It's actually not that bad. He was like, I'm just realizing that maybe this is my opportunity to finally start something on my own. So I'm seeing it as a new beginning. In other words, this is what he did. He 100% took his circumstance and the meaning that he attached to it was, this is good an opportunity. And when he decided to see it as an opportunity, it made him experience the getting let go of that job in a completely different way. For some of us, when we, like, when we get let go, we make it mean that now I'm going to struggle now. See, because of my low job performance. Who else is going to want to hire me? And then what ends up happening is those thoughts. And that story does the following. It starts to create feelings. Feelings. Okay? Now, this is a very easy way that I want you to remember this. I want you to remember that meaning equals feelings. If it is a. If it is a negative meaning, I don't know why I just said negative like that. If it is a negative meaning, it's going to be a negative feeling. That's just it. If your ex cheated on you and you made it mean that you weren't good enough in bed. You made it mean that you're not attractive enough. You're ma. You're making it mean that you didn't do enough. You're naturally going to have terrible feelings about it. But if you get to a place where you genuinely start to believe that this didn't mean that I wasn't good enough, it might have just meant that they don't know how to appreciate something good. Then now, all of a sudden, you don't feel so crippled by that other person's actions. I'm telling you, this is how you start taking your power back. And this is happening on autopilot. And here's the thing. I don't want you to feel guilty or ashamed of this because you didn't know this, because nobody teaches us this. They don't teach us this in college. They don't teach us this in high school. Our parents don't even. They're not even aware of this. Most therapists and counselors have no idea what this even is. And they're just doing their best to try and help the best way that they can. So I don't want you to feel guilty or ashamed because you didn't know about it. The good thing is that you know about it now that you're learning about how we function as humans now. And now, instead of letting your brain control you, you can start taking control of your brain and creating the experience that you want to experience. So back to feelings. Okay, now, our thoughts, our story, and the meaning that we attach to the circumstance will create the feeling. Now remember, meaning equals feeling. If you're feeling very negative about this divorce, then more than likely it means you have a bad story and you've attached a bad meaning to it. If you feel bad when you think about your future because of what you went through, then it means that you are saying that my future might not be good enough. If you feel really terrible about yourself about that relationship, you might be, again, attaching a meaning that, wow, I wasted all of that time. That was just a waste. It was just fake. They didn't even love me. And that's not going to serve you, because that's just going to make you feel like you're some sort of idiot. And then that's going to break the trust within yourself. So then why would you even trust yourself moving forward? You won't. You won't. And then you're gonna have to relearn how to trust yourself, which is probably part of the process that you're going through right now and part of the process that we're going to end up covering. So don't worry, I got you covered. Okay, so then our feelings, our circumstances are neutral, but then they create thoughts, story and meaning, and based off of the story and the meaning that we attach to the circumstance, it's going to create our feelings. Now I got a quick. A quick story for you. Okay. I had two clients. I don't think they'll be watching this, but if they are. Hey, Jesse. Hey, Trinidad. That worked with me last year and I was working with them on one, on one basis at the same time. And they were also in the group program as well. And so what ended up happening was really interesting to see this play out. Both of them got the same news in about a week and a half to two weeks difference, where they found out that their ex husband had actually been cheating on them throughout the marriage. And maybe this has happened to you too, so this is going to be really good if you've gone through that too. Well, Jesse gets on the phone with me and she's completely distraught. I mean, completely destroyed. I mean, she is a mess. We've made progress for like three weeks and she felt like she was just backsliding all the way back. And it is because of what she just found out. She got very triggered by it. Right now. Most people right now, maybe you're watching. You're like, man, dude, that's terrible. I would be destroyed too. Well, then you got Trinidad. Story's not over. Well, then you got Trinidad. Went through the same thing, got the. Got the same news. And then I'm like, man, Triniso, how are you doing? She's like, actually, Coach, I feel a lot of peace and clarity now. It's like, interesting why she was like, well, well, this. This just means that I made the right choice in finally choosing to let that person go and choosing to move on. Want you to notice something. Both of them had the same circumstance. Remember, it's not good or bad, it's neutral. But when they got the news, both of them attached a different meaning. Jesse made it mean very bad things about herself and about her past and about potentially her future and about men in general. And Trinidad attached such a genuinely good meaning to it. She said, see, I knew that I had to let that go. And I was struggling to let it go. I kept wanting to hold on, and this just gave me all the evidence that I needed to be able to let go freely. Everything. Everything is in the story. Everything is in the meaning. Your meaning that you attach to any situation is going to dictate the feeling that you experience. Now here's where it gets really good. Your feelings will create your actions. Or if you're feeling depressed, insecure, uncertain, anxious, it will actually create inaction where we don't do anything. Maybe this is where you're at right now. Maybe you're in a state of inaction right now because you're feeling the way that you're feeling. This is really, really good. Why? Because I don't want you to think that you are broken and I don't want you to think that you are not. Good. Because you feel so stuck right now. No, no, no, no. The reason why you're stuck is because you have not monitored the meaning that you've attached to this. And therefore that's creating a feeling, a negative emotion. And that negative emotion is keeping you in inaction. It's not that you don't want to go to the gym and get healthy. It's that you're crippled by your emotional state is not that you don't want to be present with your kids. It's that you're constantly in a state of anxiety so you can't be present. It's the way that we're wired, right? And so then what is. What's going to end up happening is these actions are going to create your results. That's just how it goes. 100%. 100%. If you want to know where you're going to end up, run it through this model. I promise you that's where you're going to end up. If you. If you have. Let. Let me make this like, really, really simple for us, okay? If you have a negative thought or meaning, then what's going to end up happening is you're going to create a negative result. It's guaranteed. It's what's going to happen. Even if you have a negative thought, but you take a positive action, you're going to get a negative result. Why? Because the feeling that this thought is creating is going to be negative. I see this happen all the time. All the time. With boundaries. Specifically boundaries is a really good action to take. But if you're trying to implement a boundary out of a negative emotion, you're not going to get a good result. It's going to backfire massively. Because then they're going to get pissed, and then you're already not in a good place. So then as soon as they get pissed, you're gonna be like, why are you pissed? You're the one that, this and that. And now guess what, you're violating your own boundary because you're in a negative state. And so if you want to get good results, we've got to be able to attach a good meaning so that we get to a place where we feel good and. And then we can take a good action to get a good result. But if you keep holding on to a negative story, a negative meaning, it's going to biochemically create negative emotions in your body. What you entertain in your head, you're going to experience in your body whether it's real or whether it's not real. This is where it gets really crazy, man. Your thoughts, the story, the op, the. The meaning that you're attaching to everything you're experiencing right now. It's 100% optional. This means that it could be true, it could not be true. Doesn't matter. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter because whether it's real or not real, it's going to affect you. Optional thoughts and stories create real feelings. Let me dive into this really quickly. Maybe you've heard me share this before. Have we? Have you ever had this moment? And I know you have, because every person I've asked this to has said yes, because we're all human. Where you're watching a movie, and in that movie, or maybe the news, you start hearing about something terrible happening. Maybe the actor, the main character, something bad happened to that character. Or maybe you're watching the news and there's a kidnapping or a murder somewhere, or something insane happens, and then for some reason your mind goes to man, I can't imagine how I would feel if that happened to somebody that I love. And for some reason we keep. We keep entertaining that optional thought in that moment. How do you feel? Feels like it's really happening, doesn't it? But it's not. It's not happening and it's not real. But it's creating a real emotion. This is what our brain does to us. It takes whatever you put in here, and it makes it real to you. This is why so many people have their own reality. This is why to you, your divorce might be the end of the earth, but to somebody else, it might be the beginning of an incredible chapter. It might be the beginning of an incredible new journey. It's all because of what we're entertaining in our head. Let me give you this example. If you are driving down the road and you are staring at the ditch, but the road is this way, but you're staring at the ditch. Where are you gonna end up? You're gonna end up in the ditch. Even if you stare at the ditch and you're like, I don't want to go in there.
I don't want to go in there.
I don't want to go in there, you're still going to start going it to the ditch. You're gonna still. You're still going to start going to the terrible story that you're creating about yourself and your future, about your worth and. And your value, because that's where your focus is at. I'm going to cover how powerful our focus is later on in this academy, so make sure you stay tuned for that. Okay? So what we need to do is we need to put our focus where we want to go, not what we don't want it to mean. I know what you don't want it to mean, but what do you want it to mean? In an ideal world where you have full control, which you do, what would you want it to mean? Because if you can change the meaning, you'll change the feeling that you experience. Doesn't matter if the story is real or not. Right now, most people don't like it because my wording is whatever. Right now you're living in a delusion, but it's a terrible delusion. You're literally choosing to believe that because some person did not appreciate you, because some person did not know how to reciprocate love and loyalty to the degree that you did. You're literally making that mean that you're a terrible person, that you're not good enough, that your future is going to suck. What if this just means that you're going to have a greater future? Because now you're not with somebody that can't reciprocate? And maybe God knew that you wouldn't willingly let them go, so he allowed them to leave. What if it meant that? Well, I don't know. You're being delusional. You're being delusional by believing that you're not good enough because of another human's actions. By believing that your life is over because of a chapter in your life that is delusion. So if we're going to be chasing delusion, let's at least chase a good one. That's going to make us feel good. Not just to feel good, but so that we can show up good and so that we can get good results in our life. This is the human model. This is what controls everything in our lives. Now, tell you this. I'm going to show this to you right here. Because I want you to be very aware of where we could be headed if we choose not to make a change, if we choose to remain ignorant to what's. What's happening within ourselves right now. Okay? So let's just say, for example, that you actually have a desire to get married. I know right now you're in a bad place. So you're like, I could never see myself doing that. Even though deep in your heart, you're like, man, I would love to have a companion, somebody that loves me, somebody that appreciates me, somebody that could serve. And they reciprocate it. But right now, because of pain, you're. You're. I'll. I'll give it to you. You're saying, no, never again. All men are the same. Women aren't worth anything. I get it. Trust me, I get it. We've. We've all been there, okay? But we're not going to stay there. So let's just say that your circumstance was your divorce or, you know, someone cheated on you. That was a circumstance, okay? Now, the new story that you're creating is that. And that you're entertaining. The new delusion is I'm not good enough. Or let's just say this. Dating these days is dead, which is what a lot of people believe. So you're entertain. You're entertaining this. Now, remember, it doesn't even have to be real, but it'll create a real emotion. If you are constantly entertaining the fact that you're not good enough, how do you think that's going to make you feel? More than likely just a little insecure, More than likely just a little uncertain because the dating scene is dead. And I can't really trust you because you might just do me dirty like the other man did or the other woman did. So it's creating this insecurity in this uncertainty, and it's creating these feelings of unworthiness, okay? It's just. What's happening, okay? This is not anything crazy. It's just literally how it happens. And I know right now you're probably like, dude, what the heck? This dude's reading my mind. Well, it's because this is literally a proven process, okay? That's why I really want you to trust. Trust this, process, those feelings. How do you think you're going to show up in your actions? Let's just. Let's just say for imagination's sake that a great man or a great woman does come into your life, but you're still entertaining the fact that I'M not good enough that dating these days are dead. Do you think you're going to show up willing to be open and connect and vulnerable, or do you think you're going to show up just a little bit more guarded, a little bit more protective? Probably a little bit more guarded. And then on top of that, you're probably going to need a lot more validation. So you're going to be a little bit more needy. Not because you're a needy person, but because you're entertaining a false narrative in your head. So it's creating emotions of insecurity, uncertainty, and unworthiness. So now you're showing up needy. You need validation. You're probably showing up real clingy, right? You're probably like, hey, so are you. Are you gonna call me back? Like, please call me back. Don't stand me up. Right? Or men, don't ever do this. But you're on a date, and before the date even ends, you're already trying to lock in a second date because you're so afraid that she's not going to call you back. You see what I'm saying? So now let's just put this back on your table. If you were with a person that could not open up emotionally, could not connect emotionally, was super needy, constantly needed validation, and was super clingy, would you stay with that person? No, you wouldn't. So then the result is they end up leaving. And then what happens is the result that you created by living a terrible delusion in your own head literally reaffirms it. And now you're like, see, I knew it. Dating these days is dead. See, I knew it. I wasn't good enough for them. So obviously I wasn't good enough for them, so why would I be good enough for the next person? And what ends up happening now is you show up from relationship to relationship or from date to date with the same story, playing with the same feelings of uncertainty, insecurity, and probably a little bit of anxiety, right? And now you're thinking that for some reason, me showing up that way, I'm actually going to be open to this person and connect with them. No, you're not. You can't protect yourself and connect at the same time. It is literally humanly impossible. We're going to cover more of this later on in the coaching group if you decide to join, where we covered things on dating post divorce as well. But this is what's controlling you, and this is what could happen. The same thing could happen if you're believing that you failed As a parent, because of what you just went through, then that's going to make you feel. How are you feeling right now? Again, not good emotions. Not good emotions. And what's going to end up happening is your actions are going to be. Instead of being present with your kids, you're going to be there, but you're not really going to be there. They're going to be talking to you, but your head is somewhere else and you're not even present in that moment. And so then what's the result going to be in 5 to 10 years? If you keep this up now, your kid is not going to be emotionally connected to you because you were never present. And so now in maybe five to 10 years, you actually create the reality of you failing as a parent because your kids no longer want to open up to you. Not because they don't want to open up to you, but because you show them that you can't open up to me because I'm not here. I'm here, but I'm not here. Everything has to do with the story that you entertain in your head. Everything has to do with the meaning that you entertain in your head. This is why the Bible says to take every thought captive. Take every thought captive. Because it says in the Bible that you will be transformed by the renewing of your mind. It doesn't say that you're going to be transformed just by reading the Bible. It doesn't say that you're going to be transformed by going to a small group. Doesn't say any of that. It says that you will be transformed by the renewing of your mind. This isn't Frank. This is Bible for all the Christians out there, okay? And if you're in a different religion, more than likely there is theology that supports this, this specific topic, right? And scientifically, it's the same thing. Everything starts here. Look up Dr. Joe Dispenza. Everything starts here. You in a great life, you've got to create a great life in here and feel great in your life. And then all of a sudden, you start attracting opportunities. You want to get a great partner, you need to change what kind of partner you are. Up here. The story about your worth, about your value. And then you'll feel different, so you'll show up different. Next thing you know, you got great people in your life.
This is.
This is a foundational piece. I know that it's a lot to take in, so I really want you to rewatch this over and over and over again and really just ask yourself, okay, what's the result that I want. We're going to work backwards on this. What is the result that I want? What kind of actions would I have to take to get that result? How would I have to feel to show up that way? What would I need to believe thoughts about this circumstance, to feel this way so I can show up that way so I can get these results? If you want to move on, you feeling uncertain about yourself, insecure about yourself, disempowered, is not going to help you move on and let go and create a better life. It's not going to happen. It's simple math at this point. So you got to choose. What am I going to choose to believe? And I'm going to teach you how we can start flipping the script on this thing, how we can start changing this. But first, I just want you to be aware of what you're experiencing. So hopefully, hopefully this gave you a ton of clarity. Hopefully this empowered you to show you that, wow, I am and can be the creator of my life, not just the manager of my circumstances, like the great Tony Robbins always says. So hopefully you enjoyed day four and come back for day five of divorce Recovery Academy. And I'm telling you, we're going to lean into some of these things and we're going to start turning this whole situation around. Keep on remembering your why. Why is this so important to it? Why do I have to do this? Keep on creating that self belief by stacking evidence of impossible situations that you then made possible. Why? Because we're going to need you to believe in yourself to get through this. We can't have you doubting yourself. It's like if you went to a fight, right, you can't have a fight, a fighter that is doubting that they might lose or I might win or this dude might be better than me, you can't have that fighter step into the ring and expect him to win. It's not going to happen. It's like when you go to a job interview. If you go to a job interview, not sure if you're going to get it, you know, you don't show up as your best self because you're anxious, you're a little insecure, you're stumbling over your words. But when you show up so certain, when you show up believing in yourself that even if I'm not qualified for this, I will learn it and I will outperform everybody else beside me or everybody else that's applying, you're more than likely going to have a greater chance at getting that Interview. The same thing has to happen here. Remember your why you have to do this. Remember that you can do this. And then thirdly, what we were covering is you got to start processing your emotions. You got to start digging into those things so that you can alleviate that. That mind fog, that brain fog, so that you can process that stuff out and then fill yourself up with good emotion. And then you can start doing the work. Then you can start seeing what is happening on the inside. And then on the next video, we're gonna. On the next couple videos, we're gonna start showing you how you can start turning this thing around so you can freaking start enjoying life again. God bless you. I'll see you on the next video.
Thank you for tuning in to that full training. Here's what I want you to do.
Okay?
If this actually helped you and if you are sick and tired of trying the normal way of trying to heal, and if you're done believing that this has to take a long time and you want to literally speed up your healing process by learning specifically how to do this work in different areas in your life, like how to stop wanting your ex, like how to create closure, like how to handle running into your ex.
Right?
How to. How to navigate the co parenting process. And if you're saying, hey, man, I need some actual guidance and I want to learn how to apply these principles in every one of these areas so that I can get freedom in my life fast, then what I want you to do is I want you to go down below in the description. I have put the link to join my private coaching community. Now, here's the thing. It is an absolute limited time time offer, but here's the thing, Conqueror, I do not want you to go in there unless you're ready to go all in. I do not want you to go in there unless you're ready to do the work. And I do not want you to go in there if you actually don't believe that 49amonth is worth investing into your future and your legacy. Because we just like to keep the quality of people in there extremely high.
All right?
So it's only for a limited amount of people. All the information will be down there below. And if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me at Divorce Recovery Coach on Instagram. But I'm telling you right now, what would your life look like if you didn't just get the tools, but you got the mindset where you just knew that nothing in this life could ever take you out? What would life look like for you? What would the dating scene look like for you? Maybe we would stop showing up so scared in our careers. Maybe we would stop showing up so scared in the dating dating field and we would actually have successful relationships afterwards and experiences because we're no longer scared of getting hurt and we're no longer scared of somebody leaving us. Because we know that God is going to work out everything for our good. And not only that, but we trust ourselves now because we've decided to put in the work and level up ourselves emotionally, spiritually and mentally to where now guess what happens every time you walk into the room. People know who they're getting and they can sense something different about you. You're no longer competing with everybody in this world because you're now operating at a higher level. So if that's you, I want to see you in there where I will have the opportunity to talk to you every single Friday and help you specifically with your situation. If you need hands on help with what it is that you're going through, then that's going to be exactly for you. Thank you so much for tuning into this video. Subscribe if you want some more free help and I'll see you on the next video. God bless you Conqueror.
