I'm going to give you one very simple tip to help you let go. Let me use this example for you, okay? If you're at the store and your kid grabs something that they genuinely want and you want them to let it go without forcing it out of their hands, what do you have to do? Try offering them something better. Hey, if we leave this, you will get this instead and they will willingly want to let that go. If the desire for what they're going to is bigger, the same thing goes for letting go. The reason why you haven't let go yet is because you still feel like that thing is so great. So create a life that you love so much that is so much better than the life you had so that you willingly let it go.
