Try offering them something better. Hey, if we leave this, you will get this instead and they will willingly want to let that go if the desire for what they're going to it is bigger. The same thing goes for letting go. The reason why you haven't let go yet is because you still feel like that thing is so great. So create a life that you love so much that is so much better than the life you had so that you willingly let it go.
