I did not know it at the time, but this was a genius idea. It was 2016. I had just started my garden consulting business and I noticed that my kids school garden was overrun and unproductive. So I volunteered to take care of it in exchange for putting my business's sign right outside the school garden. This was a win on so many levels. One, I got to hang out with my kids and their classmates in the garden and make it beautiful. Two, I got to advertise my business for free which with parents of all these kids. Three, I got to write off all of the products I bought for the school garden as a charitable donation. And four, I grew my business. In fact, I can trace almost all of my business to that school garden. If you want to start a garden business this year but you feel like you need to be a genius to do it, you don't. All you got to do is join me for the Garden Coach Business Kickstart. It's a comic kickstart right below this video. I'll see you there.
