Take a tour of this garden that’s never had a deer inside it🦌😅#garden #plants #gardentour #spring
In this video, Nicole Johnsey Burke walks viewers through a meticulously designed garden that has never been visited by deer, thanks to an 8‑foot cedar fence. She highlights the use of native and pollinator‑friendly plants directly in the ground, and explains the stair‑step arrangement of raised beds that increase in height toward the back of the space. The first set of 4 × 4 beds feature central obelisk trellises, the next 4 × 8 beds are linked by a custom “Nicole Arch” trellis, and the rear L‑shaped beds hug the fence with paneled trellises for vigorous vines. The garden is stocked with a diverse mix of herbs, greens, root crops, vines, and abundant flowers, creating a garden‑getaway vibe. Nicole invites viewers to explore 40 additional similar gardens before they start building their own, as noted in the caption.
