This is all so unnecessary, because all you need is 10 square feet and a packet of seeds, and you can grow your own spinach at least six months out of the year, no matter where you live. You can harvest bowl after bowl of spinach from just one package of seeds, enough to eat some every day and tons to freeze for later. It's time for you to start eating more spinach, and you're going to finally want to when you taste how good homegrown spinach actually is.
