Chapters
Level up, we gonna make this sleek. From HubSpot Unbound to the tests we run, strategy updates under one bright sun. With Casey and Chris and George on the way, we break it all down so you're ready to play. Your latest updates, every change that shapes your days. Your latest updates, new features, new plays, new ways. Your latest updates, stay sharp while the world rotates. Your latest updates.
Mm, I love that music. I love it. I love it. How are you doing today, Casey and Chris?
I am doing well. I'm doing well.
Good, good. Chris, how are you doing, my friend?
Feeling good. Feeling good.
Good. Good guys. Have you ever opened up HubSpot product updates and feel like you just got hit with a wall of noise? You're like, oh, never, never. Well, this week, this week, I will say that, uh, that is me this week because when I open up to get ready for this week's show, uh, 34 updates in 7 days. And you know what? I stopped and I thought most humans at that point are probably gonna stop. They're gonna scroll, they're gonna skim, uh, and they might miss the moment, the moment that could change the way they use HubSpot. Um, but this show, because we do it once a week now, is not about the 34 updates. Um, this I think is about the 4 signals that when you look across the 34 updates, you kind of see where HubSpot Business and Modern Growth is heading. And AI is becoming the operator, data is becoming the fuel, user experience is becoming frictionless, and revenue systems are becoming connected. So this, uh, is not a product update show. This is a perspective shift for hopefully people who are watching or tuning in, because while most humans Chris and Casey are looking at features. Uh, we're gonna talk about the features, but also strategy. And, um, I think the strategy is how you win. So there's 4 major buckets in these updates over the last week. So number 1 bucket is AI agents and automation. And so I'm curious, when you think about things like Breeze Agent and G2 Intent Signals, Prospecting agent daily digest, customer agent improvements and multi-brand support, marketing studio with AI recommendations, data agent CRM data sources, writing guidelines for AI-generated quotes. Like, are there any of those that pop out to you of like, wow, that's amazing, and we should probably talk about that? And while you're saying that, I'm gonna share my screen so we actually can look at some of these updates that we're going to talk about?
Selfishly, I would like to talk about the customer agent enhancements. I know, George, you have set up customer agent a few times now. I am in the process. I've talked about it some, but I don't actually have any clients who are activated on customer agent. So selfishly, I want to hear more about like the improvements that are being made there.
Yeah, definitely. So, uh, customer agent now supports multiple brands. We talked about that, I think, potentially last week. Um, I will tell you that when we think about across the board there, if we just do, um, I'll do customer agent and we'll talk about the few that have happened, uh, lately. So customer agent now supports multiple brands. Conversation volume estimation for customer agent. Customer agent now handles all your front office conversations, uh, with, um, what is that? Agent goals and lead qualifications, transferring calls. Uh, there has been a ton. I don't know if we've ever really, really dove into this one potentially. Um, but we can talk about, uh, this one if that's where we want to go with customer agent now supports multiple brands. Chris, what is it?
Would you like a customer agent specialized in each of your unique brands? This is for you. Multi-brand support enables organizations to create and manage a distinct agent per brand within a single portal, each with its own identity, brand voice, knowledge, and other configurations. Instead of forcing all brands to use a single agent, companies can now deploy dedicated agents that truly represent each brand's unique voice and expertise.
And Casey, why does this matter to people?
Because Customer Agent currently assumes every company can operate with a single agent. For multi-brand organizations, this creates serious challenges, including tone leakage, knowledge leakage, or context leakage. But customers need multi-brand companies, or I guess multi-brand companies require complete separation between brands. Each brand needs its own identity and personality, knowledge base, rules and behavior, routing logic, and performance reporting.
Yeah, and I'll just say, if you haven't had the opportunity to dig into the actual customer agent. Uh, it is definitely something that people need to start thinking about. It has gotten so good and so easy to set up things like the identity or to come in here and give it permissions to properties or build a knowledge base based on the knowledge base landing pages, imported URLs, whatever you're trying to do, even creating short answers for things when it can't answer. You've got actions that you can use, third-party guidelines which can be rich and robust for the way that you want it to interact. Talk about human handoffs, and you have deploy and analyze in here as well. When I talk about deploy, one of the things that is super exciting to me is the fact that it can be in phone, in email, in chat. And so, Casey, it is time for anybody who has been sleeping on customer agent to figure out how does it play a role inside of their organization. All right.
Yeah, I wanna—
yeah, go ahead.
I'm really interested in that next one though, like the, uh, the agent, like the conversation volume estimation, because there's lots of talk about observability, how much are you spending. I am super interested in how this even Like words.
Yep. So Chris, what the heck is it then?
Uh, you now have access to conversation volume estimation when setting up customer agent on email or live chat channels. This feature predicts how many conversations the agent will handle based on your configuration so you can better understand its expected impact before going live.
Mm, nice. Casey, why does this matter to most HubSpot users who are using the Customer Agent?
Before this, you had to deploy Customer Agent without a clear sense of how much volume it would take on or how configuration changes would affect performance. This created uncertainty and slowed adoption. Now you can see estimated conversation volume in real time as you configure the agent. This helps you make more confident deployment decisions, understand expected coverage and workload upfront, reduce risk when rolling out new or existing channels and optimize configuration before going live.
Mm-hmm.
How?
I do think the—
Chris is like, how? I don't know how the magic works behind the scenes, but they do have a how does it work. Go to customer agent/channels, choose to edit an existing channel or create a new one, connect help desk or inbox channel, configure working hours. Conversation coverage and view conversation volume estimates, which update dynamically as you adjust settings. For existing channels, estimates are based on historical activity. There you go, Chris. For new channels, estimates are based on similar channel patterns because they know all the data and all the patterns from all the portals to be able to do some magic inside of yours. That's how I would say the, the how is of this.
So So at its simplest, probably something like you're about to put customer agent on this webpage and it gets this much traffic usually. So expect maybe this many conversations to happen based on that data at the simplest level.
At the simplest level. Yes, I would agree. That's what it is. Okay. So tracking and moving along, by the way, you should be paying attention to customer agent. You should be paying attention to AI inside of HubSpot. It has gotten really good. Uh, earlier today I literally built a testimonial slash case study finder Breeze assistant for a client, uh, with custom instructions and a pack of instructions to go along with it. Uh, you gotta open your mind to what's possible, but let's go ahead in bucket number 2. Uh, I feel like this is the Chris bucket, by the way, CRM data, logic, and infrastructure. And so when we think about that bucket and paying attention to it, um, you know, cleaner data, smarter logic, better visibility, like these are things that all, uh, HubSpot users might want to look into. And so let's go ahead and look at kind of those things that you might be looking at. So I went ahead and went the date-wise here, and by the way, that gives us 4 pages to potentially look at. So we've got enhanced Activity details on board view. We've got customer portal experience update. Uh, we've got real-time table updates on index pages. Any of these around the bucket that is CRM data logic and infrastructure grab your fancy before I head to page 2, 3, and 4 for this bucket?
Audit logs for conditional properties.
Yeah, let's do that. So Chris, what is audit logs for conditional property logic rules?
The audit log will now show updates to conditional property logic rules, including conditional property logic and conditional property options.
And Casey, why does this matter for folks?
Audit logs for conditional logic give HubSpot admins full visibility into changes made to conditional property configurations. Every time a user creates, edits, or deletes conditional options or con— additional logic rules, that action is now captured in HubSpot's account audit log, recording who made the change, what changed, and when.
So when you see this update, Chris and Casey, where does your brain go?
This is one of our nerdier updates.
It is a nerdier update for sure. Do you pay attention to audit logs a lot or get your clients to look into audit logs a lot, or is it just a it's nice to have when a oopsie and you need it?
I think it's usually the oopsie moment. I do have a client right now who's been working on their renewal and has been kind of looking through the audit log to see what features they're using, which was an interesting use of the audit log in my opinion. So most recently, but anything with the conditional Property Logic. The reason I called it out is I just think Conditional Property Logic is a really cool feature.
Yeah, yeah, it's dope.
I like setting it up.
So, Chris, anything in the CRM Data Logic and Infrastructure on this first page, or should we flip to the second page and look and see what's there?
I think, uh, we can, we can keep going.
Okay, so we've got, uh, let's see, Data Custom Refunds. That's not necessarily that. Create Calculation Property properties using Breeze. Uh, customer agent now supports multiple brands. We talked about that. Enhanced, uh, oh, gauge chart control in— I don't even know what that— Sorb and CRB.
Data agent builder, single object report builder.
There we go.
Look at you.
Okay, data agent's been hanging out with some product managers.
He has, he has. Data agent CRM data source. All right. So any on this page in the bucket of CRM data logic and infrastructure that we've just got to talk about?
I think we need to be keeping an eye on anything that says tasks in it right now. So refresh. Uh, what, what does that mean? Um, it looks like the tasks app now functions the same way that other CRM objects do. This new experience unlocks powerful, familiar features you already expect across the CRM, like multiple views, richer filtering, and more flexible ways to organize and manage your work, all in a dedicated Tasks app.
Yep. Casey, why does this matter to folks? And then I have a reason why I think it matters too.
Tasks are core to how teams stay organized and move work forward, but historically tasks behave differently from the rest of the CRM. Tasks now are more flexible to view and organize, more consistent with other CRM objects like contacts and deals, easier to adapt to different workflows and working styles. The result is a more powerful, more predictable tasks experience that scales with how your team works in HubSpot.
Yeah, if you didn't tune into last week's show, you should definitely go check out last week's show because we talked a lot about some task updates last week. I even alluded to that I would be losing a weekend, which I probably lost more than a weekend, um, because again, this section is about logic and infrastructure and CRM data and tasks, uh, is part of the logic that you could potentially be using, especially if you're using tasks in the projects object, um, to which, by the way, when you have a fun and healthy conversation with your AI assistant, and you feed all of the task updates and the information around projects and ask a question that some organizations may be ready to ask, um, yes, it will tell you that it could be a replacement for your current task management delivery system, not to be named on this podcast, but if you know, you know. And I have also been able to build out a beta version, alpha version that the team has looked at for what that might look like moving forward with helping clients and delivery and different things like that. And so yes, don't sleep on this. I want to dive into— because when I think about logic and infrastructure, I think about reporting. I want to dive into two of these. Let's hit this enhanced gauge chart for single object reports. Builder and Custom Report Builder. Uh, what is it, Chris?
Uh, well, HubSpot has released 3 major updates to gauge charts within the Single Object Report Builder and Custom Report Builder. These new settings provide greater flexibility in how you visualize progress against goals, allowing for more intuitive data storytelling without extra manual calculations. The 3 options include percent mode visualization, fill mode for color emphasis, and progress mode labels.
This— Casey, why does it matter?
Previously, visualizing a percentage of a goal often required creating custom calculated properties. These updates allow you to transform raw numbers into meaningful progress visuals like percent of quota met or ticket resolved first goal instantly within the reporting interface. This is very cool. I have been building those custom, um, properties for at least a couple months to get to this. Um, so I'm feel— this solves a problem. I just always felt like a superhero when I was able to create the custom properties. So I'm feeling a little There's nothing wrong with feeling like a superhero.
I love it.
And well, now it's built in.
It is, right?
And it sounds like if you're an admin, um, and you're wondering like when to dive into new updates, especially like the, uh, what we're gonna talk about next in terms of like user experience and productivity, like if you've ever had to create a custom property or calculated property to make a report look better, uh, maybe those are the points where you go and like, maybe that functionality is built in now.
Yeah, yeah, you definitely need to keep up on the updates is why we keep doing, uh, shows like this as well as Max and Kyle on Mondays, the show that they do, because updates matter. and, uh, you can get all of the education you need. Let's do Data Agent CRM data sources. Uh, Chris, what is it?
The Data Agent can now research across your entire CRM with a single data source selection, finding information without requiring you to specify individual properties or activities.
And Casey, why does it matter?
When you select CRM as a data source, Data Agent automatically searches across all relevant properties, activities, and events to give you the most complete answer using full context from your CRM.
Yeah. When, how does it work when setting up new prompts? Select CRM as the data source. By the way, who gets it? Um, a whole paragraph, uh, a fourth of a page of people get it. Chris, it sounded like you were gonna start to say something there. Where's your brain going?
I mean, I, I, uh, can I still select some of the, the objects and properties and activities, or do I have to let, uh, the Data Edge agent do that on my behalf?
I don't know. You have to go play with this new public beta, uh, as of April 21st, last update, and, and let us know. I'm not sure if it's, uh Both and/or are, yeah.
This does remind me of a experience I had yesterday. Uh, it's the first time in a bit that I had been in Breeze Assistant. And, um, I think it's a good policy, like if you're used to using AI outside of HubSpot and you know what it's like inside of HubSpot, like whenever you see changes in, in Claude or OpenAI, like in the way that the way that the chats operate, sometimes you can expect those changes to come over here too. And I asked for, like, I said, look at all the tickets. And there's like 5,000 in the portal. Uh, and tell me the top 10 issues that we have to do with, like, so Breeze Assistant, no customization anywhere. And he was doing things that I had not seen him do before where it's like, okay, we've got this many tickets. That number was dead on. And then let me pull 500.
Yep.
And look at those. Oh, just to be sure, let me pull an additional 500, look at those. And so this moment of actually seeing all the data, because I think that's the concern that many have is terms of as soon as you get to like the scale of lots and lots of records, that's where like, I want to believe you, Data Agent. I want to believe that you're going to look at every damn record and every damn property in the CRM, but there's some trust to be built there a little bit.
Yeah, you've got to build up trust. But I'll tell you, uh, Breeze has definitely been building trust with me lately. Um, it is getting really good. And again, part of it is customizing it to some of your needs, but also just realizing the out-of-the-box version, especially if you start to connect things like, um, Gong and G2 and your Drive. Like, there's things that you've been able to connect it to, and now there's new things as of recently you have been able to connect it to. And so, uh, just dive in there, dig in there. Let's hit one more on the CRM data logic and infrastructure, and let's do allow selective mirroring of data across accounts. Chris, what in the heck is this?
Well, super admins can now mark individual or multiple contacts and companies to exclude from mirroring, allowing selective sharing of CRM data across accounts in multi-account management.
And Casey, why does this matter to folks?
Customers with multiple accounts need granular control over which CRM data is shared to maintain confidentiality, adhere to compliance, and align with internal data governance, enabling more customers could to confidently use MAM for cross-account collaboration.
Okay.
Management is my guess.
Yeah. Mirror across. I don't know. Okay. How does it work? Like you can read that. Who gets it again? A lot of folks. Um, and so again, the bucket of data and all that good stuff, but hey, we've only got a limited amount of time for the show. So let's move on to user experience and productivity. So we're going to work our way backwards. It's easy. We've got 4 here. Do you see any that you'd want to talk about on tab 4 of user experience and productivity?
Update report quick edit.
Okay, well, let's hit on this. And what is updated report quick edits and filtering interface on dashboards, Chris?
The report quick edit and filter interface. On dashboards has been updated for a cleaner, more consistent experience that matches the rest of HubSpot.
This one matters because a streamlined editing and filtering experience means you can get to your answers faster and surface insights without extra clicks or confusion.
Mm, everybody likes less confusion and less clicks. Also, all hubs all tiers. Uh, so let's go ahead. User experience and productivity. Uh, user experience throttle marketing email. Oh, uh, that's definitely user experience right there. Let's talk about that. Uh, what is, Chris, throttle marketing email?
Well, customers can set a custom email send rate for campaigns to control how quickly messages are delivered and what's changed recently. The feature now supports rates as low as 1 email per minute with a 10-day sending window, giving you much more flexibility in how the system calculates your minimum rate.
Casey, why does it matter?
Lowering your send rate can help protect your systems and teams by spreading activity over time and reducing the risk of traffic spikes to your website or support channels. It can also strengthen deliverability by creating a more consistent sending pattern that builds trust with the receiving servers, which is especially valuable for re-engagement campaigns.
Now, if you're sitting here, you're wondering, throttling marketing email, I don't know if I have access to that. Well, if you are Marketing Hub Pro, And Marketing Hub Enterprise, you do. And there is a nice knowledge article that you should click on and go check out more around that. Okay. User experience and productivity. Uh, any other ones that either of you would want to hit inside of this one?
When you think of user experience and productivity, does Breeze Assistant in Slack count there?
I think it counts. It's my eyes were kind of twinkling when I saw that. So Chris, Uh, Breeze Assistant in Slack. What the heck is this?
Breeze Assistant is now available directly in Slack using a simple @mention. You can ask questions about your CRM data, summarize conversations, prepare for upcoming meetings, and create tasks or notes in HubSpot, all without leaving Slack. This update expands the existing Slack app for HubSpot with AI-powered capabilities. Bringing Breeze into the conversations where your work is already happening.
Chris totally gave me the inflection of, and I'm quitting right there for one second, but I guess not. I'm, I'm not sure why this is not a major update. I'm just like, holy crap. But Casey, why does it matter?
The Slack app for HubSpot already unifies data across your conversations and CRM. This new update now brings HubSpot's AI into Slack so you can ask questions about your customer context in plain language, get instant summaries, and take action without having to know exactly where to look or how to find it. This helps teams stay in flow by accessing HubSpot Insights without leaving Slack, make faster decisions with instant CRM summaries and meeting context, capture important updates such as notes and tasks without navigating back to HubSpot and bring AI-powered assistance into the collaboration tool teams use every day.
I will say, how does it work? You need to kind of go in here because there are some screenshots and there are some, well, just general areas of information in all hubs and all tiers. Again, before we move into another tab, anything else on this tab 3 screen screaming to anybody around user experience or productivity? I'll take that as a no. We'll go to number 2. And again, uh, user experience and productivity. Uh, talk to me if you see anything on this screen that you think we should be talking about.
Um, activity timeline visual updates.
Okay. Activity timeline visual updates. Chris, what the heck is it?
The activity timeline on CRM records now includes updated visuals and new filter options to help you find relevant activity faster.
This, this one matters.
Why does this matter?
This one matters because the activity timeline is one of the most frequently used surfaces in the CRM. New visual indicators for pinned and overdue activities make it easier to spot what needs your attention, and expanded filters let you narrow the timeline by direction, ownership, timeframe, and more, so you spend less time Searching and more time acting.
Very nice.
This has been kind of in the update cycle for a little while, but it is nice. My favorite part is the, um, the color of the pinned activities.
Yep, yep. Chris, I'm kind of shocked, by the way, that you didn't just jump out immediately and scream something on this, uh this screen that we're showing for user experience and productivity. Um, password protection on quotes did not like get you excited.
This is why I don't do well with formatted shows. Like, that's bucket number 4. Like, it's got quotes in bucket number 4, commerce.
All right, well, we'll wait for it. We'll wait for it. I'm just— I'm surprised that you didn't just go right to the front of the line. I wanted to. There we go.
Okay, okay, we'll get this. Trying to follow this.
He's trying to follow the thing. I'm, I'm trying to throw him off here. Okay, one, uh, let's pick one out of here because, uh, we got to get to bucket number 4 so we can let Chris be all excited. Um, do anybody on this screen see user experience or productivity that they want to talk about?
I think that first one, like enhanced activity details on board view cards, it leads to the bigger conversation around the index views, it's themselves. But what is this one? Board view cards now display more details about a record's previous and upcoming activities. When no upcoming activity is planned, the card visually alerts you and suggests contextual next steps like scheduling a meeting or creating a task.
Kasey, why does this matter?
Assessing which records need attention often means opening each one individually. Previously, board cards showed only the next and previous activity with no additional details, making it difficult to prioritize without doing extra clicks to open the card. Now you can see recent and upcoming activity details at a glance directly from board views, quickly identifying records with no upcoming activities planned and take action right from the card.
Love it. Love it. Love it. All right, Chris, you've probably been waiting for this, like maybe the whole show. Commerce communication and customer experience. Let me just go back to tab number 2.
Wait, wait, wait. Oh, oh, oh. We'll get there.
Okay.
Customer portal experience update.
Yeah.
Gotta hit that.
Like all the portals are showing up. You sure?
Casey, should we let him talk about this one?
Yeah, we should, we should.
Customer portal.
We should, we should. Chris, what is customer portal experience update?
We are, HubSpot is introducing an updated customer portal experience with a refreshed design and several usability improvements. As part of this update, the portal is now powered by HubSpot CMS, which lays the foundation for improved theming and branding flexibility over time.
Oh my.
In the first release, you'll see enhancements like improved search, sorting, and filtering, and full conversation visibility, making it easier for customers to find and manage their information. What's new? Portals activated for the first time on or after February 2nd, 2026 will automatically have this new experience enabled. No migration required. And opting into the beta will not result in any visible changes.
Mm, Casey, why does this matter to people who might like the, uh, customer portal experience?
This update improves the customer portal experience today with a more modern, usable interface and foundational enhancements. By moving the portal onto HubSpot CMS, we're also establishing a more scalable foundation that will support greater customization and branding flexibility. Accessibility over time. This shift lays the groundwork for future self-service experiences across HubSpot, expanding beyond ticket management to support additional customer use cases in more unified ways.
Nice. Thoughts around that, Chris? Are you excited? I think, I think I'm excited about that, to be honest with you.
Yeah, and it's in line with like the customer success, uh, rooms. Um, and like when we start talking about quotes and stuff, like in having talked to that team, the concept of self-service portals across the whole journey and not just tickets anymore.
Yeah.
Right.
Because I don't think anybody ever wanted just tickets. There's always some extra ask that would take us into building into the CMS.
Yep.
Right. And now they're trying to serve us through the portal app itself, which is awesome.
Yeah, without a doubt, without a doubt. Okay, keeping it moving, um, on this second tab we're gonna get to the one that I tried to trick Chris to do early, but he like, hey, I'm gonna stay with the structure of the show that you've created, George. And Chris, password protection on quotes, what is it, my friend?
Well, sellers can require buyers to enter a password before viewing a quote. Now, this gives admin and reps control over who can access sensitive quote information. Admins can enforce this across the entire portal or leave it optional, allowing reps to decide on a quote-by-quote basis.
Why does it matter, Casey?
Quotes often include sensitive information, pricing terms, and company details that should only reach the right people. Until now, anyone with the link could view a quote, with no way to control or verify access.
Oopsie.
For regulated industries or high-stakes deals, that's a real risk. Password protection fixes this. Sellers can share quotes with confidence. Buyers get clear professional experience that reinforces trust, and admins can enforce consistent security standards across every rep and every quote.
Yeah, again, I feel like this is pretty dang major. There is a watch a demo here link that you can check out. Uh, there's a how it works that you should probably dive into. There are a couple of important notes, by the way. PDF downloads are not password protected. Authentic— authentication is by password only, and passwords are not inherited across quote types. Who gets it? Commerce Hub Professional and Commerce Hub Enterprise. Is there another one on this tab too around commerce communication and customer experience that you want to talk about, or should we head to tab 3 and see what we've got there?
Let's hit on custom refund reasons.
I was wondering if you'd go there. Like, the good thing is it's a shorty. So Chris, custom refund reasons, uh, talk us through what it is.
So you can now create custom refund reasons, giving you valuable data to understand what is causing refunds.
Casey, why does this matter? I mean, I think people know, but let's, let's let them know.
The ability to assign custom reasons to refunds helps reduce revenue loss by allowing you to identify and address the root cause of refunds.
Yeah, which, by the way, punchline: reporting and export. Refund reasons are visible in payment details. History can be displayed as column in the payment index and are included in payment exports. All hubs, all tiers, by the way. Let's go ahead and jump to tab 3. And again, Commerce Communications and Customer Experience. Where does your brain go here? I see one for sure. Guidelines. Yeah, I was like, I'm like waiting, like, that's, that's for sure. So add writing guidelines to quotes templates for better AI-generated content. Chris, what the heck is this?
Well, admins can now add section-level writing instructions to quote templates, so Breeze generates on-brand content every time.
Nice. Casey, why does it matter?
Teams can build guidance directly into quote templates, so every rep starts with consistent on-brand content while still tailoring each quote. This cuts editing time, keeps quotes clear and compliant, and helps customers get polished, easy-to-understand quotes faster. Is this the first time we're seeing— I might— this might not be, um, but is this the first time we're seeing like AI guidelines specific to like quotes, for example? Like, I don't think we have AI guidelines specifics to like landing pages versus blogs, or do we?
I don't know if we have guidelines because there's a difference between like put in your prompt, um, versus like having guidelines that are sitting in the back area for this. I don't know if we've seen this in too many, if any, uh, customer agent obviously has guidelines, but, um, this feels very new to a direction that the team might be heading, to be honest with you.
Yeah, can you click on that screenshot real quick?
I can, Chris, but only because you ask so nicely.
Thank you. Like, just this, this in-app, like, so the Quotes app, but I mean, when I say in-app, like this experience where, um, like you can empower the team actually creating the quotes without having them like send it off to another team. Because they've got to make sure it's correct. And then your sales team gets it and like, man, this is not going to— I don't know about this. Like, can I change it? And then they export it and then change the PDF and then they send it out. Right. We're trying to avoid situations like that while also enabling them to have those guidelines in place. And the fact that we can do this at the app level, I think, is, is a precedent. Outside of like customer agent and then like the brand voice settings have been like, do you want to apply them to all blogs, some blogs, right? But in here at this level, um, uh, I know the team has been working on this for a while and, uh, it's, it's very exciting to see.
Yep, I can't wait to see where we go. I love this, uh, paying attention to granularity. Uh, let's look at one more tab just to see if there's anything here that is commerce-related, uh, doesn't necessarily look like it is. So, um, a lot of updates this week, 34 of them. Uh, sometimes when you look at that many updates, it might feel like it's random. I don't necessarily know if it is. But before we close this episode out, Casey and Chris, anything that's just kind of hitting your brains after these conversations or things that we've looked at today?
Intent, like, I don't know which bucket it's supposed to go in, so I'm having challenges.
But, uh, Chris is struggling with structure.
Can you search? And I'm hoping you have it, I'm not sure you will, but can you search like Signal in there? Um, uh, yeah, you don't have it on your side, so can I just share my screen real quick? Um, because this is the like all of the stuff we're talking about, there's new data coming into HubSpot, and if you don't know it's there, you're not gonna get like, like this update. 3 new company signals: attends event, product development, and client signing.
