At the beginning of my business, I felt quite lonely sometimes I still do. And I'm guessing that some of you can relate to this as well. You have a visionary project, you have a mission for the world, and you're wondering, where's the support? Where are my kindred spirits? How can I find people who are going to support and uplift me, connect with that vision that I have, that mission that I have? Well, I want to encourage you that your kindred spirits are definitely out there or they're around here somewhere. And, well, in fact, you can feel free to comment below if you want to share with us. What is your vision for the world? What's your mission? What kinds of kindred spirits you want to connect with? This could be a space to find some of them. But I want to just give you briefly some guidance that I'm really recording this for my past self and maybe for my future self when I do also sometimes feel that loneliness. So first, regardless whether you're seeing any human support at this time, I believe that there is always divine support. Now, whether you believe that literally to be true as God or, you know, spirit or not, or whether you just believe that there's higher consciousness, that there's a benevolent universe, it is always, of course, around you. You are made of it. It's coming through you. And I think that many of us neglect to sincerely ask for support. So that's my encouragement to you today, is if you haven't done that in a while, sincerely ask whatever you consider to be divine source for support for your vision, for your mission. And then step two to get out into the world and take even a small step to honor the ask that you just made, maybe it's commenting on this video. Okay, step three is another way of taking a step which is to give to other humans. I know it might sound counterintuitive. I need help right now. I need support. I feel lonely. And interestingly, one of the most powerful antidotes to that is to be of support to somebody else. So look at your social media, see who else who is asking for support. Look at your even your phone address book or your email and reconnect with somebody you haven't in a while that you genuinely have some heart for that you feel some heart connection to, and listen deeply and see what kind of support they're needing at this time and what whether you can offer that to them, whether it's something you know how to do or how to give, or if it's simply a listening ear and genuine heartfelt encouragement to them them, it makes a difference. So that's step three is to give even while you need give. And step four is to re is to kind of bring that back around and reconnect with your divine Source again and again and again throughout the day. Do you have a practice like that? I do. It's called the Energy Reboot. If you don't know what that is for me, you can go Google it. Energy Reboot George Kao. And you'll find my practice, this is something I do throughout the day, multiple times a day. It really helps me to be aware of that support. And so if you take these four steps, ask Divine support. Ask for divine support sincerely. Take small action in the world to honor that ask, give to another human being and then reconnect with your divine again and again throughout the day. Trust the process. I believe you're going to find that support you're looking for sooner than you might think. Be patient, take these actions, trust the process and be aware of the support coming to you. I hope this is helpful. Thanks for being part of this journey with me.
