Real Dr Explains CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin - The CLASSIC Peptide Stack

CJC-1295 and ipamorelin, the classiest classic peptide stack. You see it everywhere. Today I'm giving you a simple but potent breakdown of what exactly this stack does, why people use it, and what a lot of people misunderstand. And a quick disclaimer, because I am a licensed physician, I can't tell you what to take or how to dose it, or even right now where to get it from, but I can walk you through the biology and the data and the real-world physiology. And just remember, absolutely none of this is medical advice. I may be a doctor, but I can't be your doctor. By the end of this video, you'll understand the real differences between CJC-1295 with and without a DAC and ipamorelin, why they make sense to pair together, and the timelines and red flags you should know. See, most people hear about these peptides through Reddit, clinics trying to sell you something, or gym bros on the internet. And I'm not saying that that's bad. I love me a gym bro. They They look amazing. I'm just here to give an additional perspective and offer some clarity. Now, it's important to know that these 2 peptides do different things and have the ability to change different outcomes. So let's break this down. We'll start with CJC-1295. CJC-1295 is not growth hormone. It's a growth hormone-releasing hormone analog. Basically, it's a peptide that can act like growth hormone-releasing hormone, a hormone that tells your pituitary to release growth hormone. And why is this important? Well, growth hormone released at the right times can influence not only growth of muscles, but recovery, sleep, insulin and fat metabolism. It's a beautiful hormone when pulsed at the right times. It's just that we don't pulse it out as much the older and more stressed out we get. Now I really like analogies. So imagine your pituitary as a sponge soaking in water. Naturally, you give the sponge little squeezes throughout the day. And a lot more as you fall asleep, and a little water comes out. But using the peptide CJC-1295 allows you to squeeze a little harder to get more water out of the sponge. And some people wonder, does a higher dose squeeze the sponge even more? Well, yes, but there is a point where all of the water has come out of the sponge and continuing to squeeze it does nothing more. And also, if you continue to squeeze from this point without letting the sponge fill back up, You still get nothing, which is why it's important to not use CJC-1295 every day or in high doses that don't make sense. Now, that's not exactly the way it works, but I think you get the analogy. High doses can actually backfire on people and just waste money. If you try to force the pituitary to release more than it's ready for, 2 things happen that ruin your progress. One, receptor desensitization. The pituitary receptors are like ears. If you scream at them with massive doses of growth hormone-releasing hormone, they eventually put on earplugs, meaning they downregulate receptors for the hormone. You'll find that after a few weeks, the same dose that used to give you a head rush now does absolutely nothing. Maybe a clue to dial it back or take a break. The second thing that can happen is something called the somatostatin snapback. Your body loves homeostasis. If you spike growth hormone too high, your brain panics and floods the system with a hormone called somatostatin, which is a brake on growth hormone release. And remember that because that's where ipamorelin will come in handy later. Now, CJC-1295 comes in 2 forms, with and without a drug affinity complex. The difference is that the drug affinity complex binds to albumin in the blood and sticks around for 6 to 8 days in the body. This can cause a growth hormone bleed, but be careful because of that somatostatin hormone that will put the brakes on. CJC-1295 without a DAC lasts about 30 to 60 minutes in the body, and using it will give a sharp, natural pulse of growth hormone. And you do get a lower risk of receptor desensitization and too much somatostatin coming back in to block it all. Now be careful with CJC with the drug affinity complex. The more growth hormone you do squeeze out, the more risk of higher blood sugar because there's a unique relationship between growth hormone release and putting a pause on insulin release from your pancreas. See, growth hormone and insulin do not play well together when they're high at the same time. If your insulin's high, your growth hormone pulses will get blunted. A simple rule that a lot of people use is to not eat before bed if they're using CJC-1295. Who might CJC-1295 help the most? Probably people in their mid-30s and up who are experiencing some sort of menopause and recovery is just not the same anymore, or people who are really active and need to prioritize recovery, though it is banned by WADA if you're a competitive athlete. Some people use it trying to improve visceral fat levels and preserve lean mass. An important point to know is that using CJC-1295 alone can be like pushing the gas with the parking brake still on. Wouldn't it be cool if you could just release that brake? Well, that's exactly what ipamorelin does. Ipamorelin is a ghrelin receptor agonist. Ghrelin is a hunger hormone. Its primary purpose is to signal the brain that the body is in a fasted state and needs energy, but it also acts as a direct trigger for the pituitary to release growth hormone. Ipamorelin, as a ghrelin mimetic, tricks your brain into thinking that you're in a perfect fasted state for growth hormone release, giving you the fat-burning benefits of a deep fast Without the actual hunger pangs. And that's part of why it's famous, not for what it does, but also what it doesn't do compared to other ghrelin mimetics such as hexarelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6, and MK-677, which is in Apeptide. See, ipamorelin selectively hits a receptor on the pituitary called GHS-R1 alpha. The other ghrelin mimetics that I just mentioned are a little less careful with the receptors they hit and can cause a lot of hunger, cortisol and prolactin release. So this is why ipamorelin became the favored peptide of the bunch because it doesn't do those other things. The other more important thing ipamorelin can do is tell somatostatin, the growth hormone blocking hormone, to go home and allow growth hormone release to be more potent. And this is why the CJC-1295 plus ipamorelin stack tends to be very common and popular. You can argue that utilizing sermorelin, tesamorelin, and other versions of the GHRH peptides along with ipamorelin ipamorelin are also very synergistic in this way. CJC-1295 and these other peptides can walk up to the front door of the pituitary telling it to open up and release more growth hormone, and ipamorelin walks up to the garage door and cuts the lock and disables the alarm system. Now, just for completeness, let's talk about what the science says, not just the peptide forums. We have some animal studies showing both CJC-like peptides and ipamorelin increasing bone mineral content, which makes sense because growth hormone and IGF-1 the downstream effect of growth hormone, are deeply involved in bone remodeling. And in humans, there was a phase 2 trial done in about 100 people after bowel resection surgeries to see if ipamorelin could help wake up the gut faster, meaning will the patients be able to poop sooner after having surgery. And they found that it actually did help. But something greater that came from that study is that there were no real safety concerns using the peptide. There are also studies in humans where researchers found that giving a growth hormone-releasing hormone peptide resulted in a modest growth hormone increase, and another where giving a peptide like ipamorelin alone also increased growth hormone pulses. But studied together, the effect was not only A plus B but dramatically amplified growth hormone results. And the people in the studies still secreted growth hormone in their natural rhythms, especially during sleep. All of these studies were small and short, so they do have limitations, but the data is awesome. They show that if people use these peptides, they aren't brute forcing their endocrine system. Rather, they're amplifying it for better outcomes, which is pretty cool. Some side effects that have been noted by people with CJC-1295: people almost always get a quick head rush feeling or flushing in the face. It's from vasodilation. It lasts anywhere from seconds to several minutes, and it is dose dependent. I've seen many people accidentally overdose themselves because they just said YOLO and mixed it up without being careful enough. I didn't tell them to do that, but I don't recommend it. Now, with either peptide, apart from injection site irritation or redness, you could get water retention or tingling in the hands from water retention, and this could be from extra cortisol and aldosterone secretion. And again, because growth hormone can dampen insulin sensitivity, you might get a transient insulin Resistance, which is probably not dangerous, but it's definitely something to respect. I've seen more than one person trial a growth hormone-releasing hormone peptide and break out in hives. Never continue something that does that to you. The scariest thing we have to worry about is, of course, the C-word, cancer. Long story short, there's no data or even real-world evidence suggesting that these peptides cause cancer, but do know that excessive growth hormone and IGF-1 can feed tumors. And so if you have a tumor or are really prone to having them, let's not be playing around with growth hormone pathways. Cancer cells do not need encouragement. And remember, someone could do everything right with CJC-1295 and ipamorelin and still get wrecked by bad sourcing, meaning buying research-use chemicals from sites that really want you to. So be careful, my friends. It's becoming more obvious that these 2 peptides will be prescribable in the near future, so that will at least lower the barrier and allow people like me to prescribe the peptides And then it's on the compound pharmacies to determine the pricing on these things, which will be a whole thing. Also, if you are taking these and getting really puffy instead of lean, or things just aren't working, something might just be going on in your liver related to high estrogen.
