At the end of this video, I'm going to try to sell you something. I'm just going to be real with you. Usually how I would do it is I would convince you that there's some big secret that you're missing. Getting clients and growing your coaching business is actually easy if you know this one secret. But I'm not going to do that because you and I both know that would be a lie. It's not easy to get clients. Now there are some things that work, there are some things that are a waste of time. But this idea that there's some magic bullet in marketing, this is the thing that keeps us going from one course, one coaching program to the next, and, and maybe getting some clients, maybe feeling motivated. But once that course is over and a few months pass, you end up looking for the next secret. I call this course hopping. And it's tiring, it's exhausting, it's demoralizing, but it's not your fault. It actually has to do with the expectations that you have. And let's just look at this logically, right? You're not gonna read a book on strength training and instantly be benching £500, right? So the same thing's true in your business. You're not going to take a course on marketing and instantly you have a predictable flow of, and you have a wait list and you have a seven figure business. That's just not how it works. The real way that you make progress in life is consistency. And it's hard to be consistent when you're jumping from one strategy to the next. The only real shortcut is to stop looking for shortcuts and actually do the work day after day, week after week for years. And ironically, this actually is a secret. It's like the last remaining secret. Nobody wants to talk about it because it's boring and it doesn't sell courses. But I'll just put it really simply. The best way to get clients is the one that you'll stick with. It's just like working out. The person who's always in shape, that person, you know, who's always fit, they probably actually enjoy working out. They found a way to do it that's fun for them, or they have a community around them, or they have accountability. So it's not a chore for them, it's something they actually look forward to. Same thing with marketing. When you stop looking for the best way to get clients, you can actually find your way. So, for example, I learned really early on that I hated using social media to get clients. I still used it though, because everyone said that you had to, so. So I posted every day. I made those annoying little canva graphics. I reached out to people on DMs and I pretended to care how their day was, but really I just wanted to get them as a client. It's kind of embarrassing, but that's what I did. And it kind of worked for a while, but it wasn't sustainable. So at the same time as doing social media, I was writing these weekly articles for my blog. They were really in depth, really meaty, and even though writing is hard, it was satisfying. Colleagues started to read my articles and they would reach out to me and invite me on their podcasts or I could do a workshop for their community. And clients started coming to me. Instead of me trying to find clients in 2020, I went off of social media completely and I actually made my assistant delete my accounts because I was too scared to do it myself. But over the following three years, my revenue actually increased by 49%. So I'm not saying you need to quit social media. I'm not saying blogging is the best way to get clients. What I'm saying is you need to figure out what works for you. Fortunately, you don't need to figure it out alone. I've created the resource that I wish I had had. And it's not a one off course. It's not an expensive coaching program. It's an affordable, ongoing membership community. My goal? Help you master one or two strategies for getting clients to let go of thinking that you need to be on every platform and just to focus. That's how you start to enjoy marketing as much as you enjoy coaching. And I know that sounds crazy, I know that's hard to believe, but it is possible. When you find a way of marketing that you enjoy and you get to wake up each day, you know exactly what to focus on, you're not spinning your wheels. And most importantly, that's when other coaches start coming to you and asking, hey, how are you getting so many clients? And here's what you're going to tell them. You're going to say, I joined Client Gym. Client Gym is like a gym membership, but for your coaching business, marketing is just like working out. If you want to see consistent results, you have to take consistent action. Client Gym gives you the training, the community, and the accountability that you need to build a wait list of coaching clients, even if you don't want to use social media. And there's three pillars to Client Gym. So the first pillar is training. And as soon as you join the course, you're going to get access to 5 of my marketing courses. These in total are worth over $2,500. Cause I know that. Cause that's what I've sold them for in the past. And these help you focus your time and energy on revenue generating activities. But then we're also gonna have live trainings each month with me and with guest experts so that you can figure out what type of marketing is gonna work best for you. Pillar number two is community. So you're gonna get to work alongside other ambitious, driven coaches and you can bounce ideas off of them, you can share your content, get feedback, you can even exchange referrals and create partnerships that way. And this is all gonna be on a distract so not Facebook. And the third pillar is accountability. So it's hard to be productive when it's just you in your home office alone. We're gonna have monthly challenges, we're gonna have monthly coworking so that you can cross marketing off your list. You can just shut your laptop for the day and go live your life. And last thing, this is for pro level members only. So there's gonna be two different tiers of the membership. And if you choose pro level, you're gonna get a quarterly call with me one on one each month. During this call, we're gonna do three things. So we're gonna check in on how things are going for you, what's working, what's not. I'm gonna highest leverage area of focus right now. The number one thing that over the next 90 days, if you're able to figure it out, your business is really going to grow. And then the third thing is we're going to develop a game plan for how to tackle that thing over the next 90 days. And there's nothing like having someone else's outside perspective, someone who's worked with a lot of coaches to validate your thinking and also challenge your thinking so that it's not just you in an echo chamber trying to figure it out alone. My private clients pay $15,000 just to get on my roster. So this is a way for you to get access to my brain for a lot less, a fraction of the cost. I'll link to all the pricing and details below. But remember that coaching is only available for one of the tiers, the pro level tier, and it's limited to 15 spots as well. So I can't do this for an infinite number of people. There's only one of me. Here's what three of my recent clients have achieved. My client Pam got 14 clients for her new group program. My client Ashi made her marketing and income more predictable. She got off of that revenue roller coaster. And my client Tom grew his revenue by 155% after I helped him niche down. Obviously, I don't have testimonials from Client Gym itself because this is a brand new program. I'm looking for the first cohort of people and I'm calling them founding members. So this group is going to pay the least. They're going to get the most personal attention from me. And you're also going to get to shape the future of Client Gym because we're going to try a bunch of stuff. We're going to see what you want the most and that's what we're going to go with. So you're going to get a voice in the creation. Okay, so I'll link you to the pricing, all the details below. We have a 14 day guarantee. I just want you to assess. Is this something that you think could help you even get one or two extra clients in your business? And if so, it's going to pay for itself. So go check out that pricing and if it's a fit for you, I'd love to see you on the inside.
