What is this thing? Have you seen this before? This is actually the key to my evening routine. And I found that evening routines are so much more important than morning routines because evening routines are what allow you to get high quality sleep, and that's what allow you to be productive the next day. So this is actually an outlet timer. And I plug my WI fi router into this and it shuts off automatically at 11pm so if I'm scrolling or I'm watching Netflix, it just reminds me to get into bed because the thing shuts down. I can't watch it anymore. This is my gratitude journal. I like to write down my wins every night. And it kind of keeps you motivated, right? If you never acknowledge what's going well, you're always in problem solving mode. This is the fiction book I'm reading right now. I read the Alchemist every year. But any fiction book you're excited to read, Sci fi, young Adult, it really doesn't matter as long as it's not nonfiction. Because business books, personal development, those will keep you up. Those will get you excited and get you thinking. So choose one of these things. The outlet timer, gratitude journal, or fiction book. Give it a shot. Try it in your evening routine and see how it goes.
