Equality.
Equality has four syllables. We begin with as in sit, so it's not equality, but to make this sound, you want to drop your jaw a bit. The tongue rolls forward and the lips are relaxed. The second syllable is a k sound, then a W, a W sound, and the ah as in father. The next syllable is an L sound and a schwa. It's a reduced vowel. The L is a little heavy, so it's not. It's not just the tip of the tongue touching the upper palate. You also engage the muscles here, but you don't want to make it too dark. That's a dark L, and we don't want to have it before vowels. In the middle of the word L, L. And then the last syllable is T. But when the T sound appears between two vowels, it becomes a flap T, and it sounds like a D. We ended up with a high E. Equality.

By the way, when the relaxed sound, as in sit, appears in a secondary stressed position, meaning we hear an sound, but it's not the primary stress. We often drop it to a schwa, or we can drop it to a schwa.
Equality. Equality.
That's also okay, but the proper pronunciation is ick, ick.
Equality.
When you say the word equal, the primary stress falls on the e, and that's a high E. Equal. But the word equality is a little different, where the stress shifts to qua and the tense e becomes equality. Equal.
Equality.
We need more equality in the world.
