"20 Dimensions of Faith (Part 1) @514GraceChurchWestGA Powerful Biblical Keys to Strengthen Faith

Pastor Harry Pitts introduces four dimensions of faith: radical faith like Abraham's, audacious faith like Peter walking on water, unshakable faith rooted in God's promises, and relentless faith through persistent prayer. Each dimension is grounded in Scripture and illustrated with contemporary examples.

Hey, family. Welcome. Today we're diving into something that will set your spirit on fire. And we're teaching on the subject of faith, not just any type of faith. We're talking about bold, daring, God-sized faith. I need you to stay with me because this is going to be powerful. Over the next few videos, we'll explore 20 unique dimensions of faith, one at a time. Using God's word through The Passion Translation, the King James Version, and The Message Bible. Each scripture gives us a vivid picture of how faith shows up in real life. So let's jump into the first one. Number 1, radical faith. Can you say that with me? Radical faith. Radical faith. Radical faith is bold and uncompromising trust in God beyond reason or circumstance. The Bible says in Romans chapter 4, verse 18 through 21, in The Passion Translation, it says this: Against all odds, when it looked hopeless, Abraham believed the promise and expected God to fulfill it. He took God at his word, and as a result, he became the father of many nations. His faith was so strong it could not be undermined By the fact that he and Sarah were incapable of conceiving children. Now, this is what I call radical faith. It looks like Abraham, 100 years old, no child in sight, still believing God. It's saying, I trust God's word even when the doctor says no or the bank account says zero. That's what I call Radical faith. Number 2, audacious faith. Audacious faith is fearless, daring belief that defies impossible. Matthew 14:28-31 in The Passion Translation once again. Peter shouted out, Lord, if it's really you, then have me join you on the water. Come and join me, Jesus replied. But when he saw how high the waves were, He became frightened and started to sink. Now, when we look at audacious faith, this is a beautiful picture of who Peter is. Audacious faith is Peter stepping out of the boat. That's not safe. That's not normal. But he trusted Jesus more than he feared the storm. And that's what we're called to do, saints of God, to step out even when it doesn't make sense. It doesn't make sense, but it does make faith. Number 3, unshakable faith. Unshakable faith is immovable confidence in God's promises, no matter the trial or the situation. The Bible says in Hebrews chapter 12, verses 28 through 29, in The Message translation, Do you see what we've got? An unshakable kingdom. And do you see how thankful we must be? Not only thankful, but brimming with worship, deeply reverent before God. Now, when you look at this, unshakable faith is standing in the middle of a storm and not moving. Everyone else may crumble, but you're rooted like a tree because you know and I know God's Word will never fail. It's like Job, when Job said, though he slay me, yet will I trust him. That's Job 13:15. Number 4, relentless faith. Relentless faith is that type of faith that perseveres with unstoppable determination. In Luke 18:1-8, in The Passion Translation, I love this passage of scripture because it talks about the persistent widow. A widow in that city kept pleading with him, saying, give me justice. For a while, the judge ignored her, but he finally said, this widow keeps annoying me. I'll give her what she wants so she'll leave me alone. Relentless faith doesn't pray once and give up. This faith doesn't know how to quit. It doesn't throw in the towel. It takes that same towel and wipe his forehead and ask the enemy, do you want some more? It's like a mother praying for a lost son every night for years until he finally walks through the door of the church. This is what I'm talking about. This is relentless faith.
