Biblical declaration means speaking what God has already said, not your wishes. The speaker urges believers to declare Scripture verbatim: "The Lord is my shepherd," "There is now no condemnation for those in Christ," "I am redeemed by the blood of Jesus." Repeat God's truth because the Word grants you constitutional rights as a citizen of the Kingdom.

Prayer is not you becoming a sovereign. Prayer is you living as a child before your Father. Now let us talk about declaration. A declaration in the healthiest biblical sense, listen to me, is when you proclaim what God has already said. Now that matters because declaration is not the same as imagination. Declaration is not coming up with your own wish list and putting Jesus' name on the end of it. Declaration is not turning desire into doctrine. Declaration is proclaiming truth. So when you say, the Lord is my shepherd, that is a declaration. When you say, there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, That is declaration. When you say, I am redeemed by the blood of Jesus, that is declaration. When you say, God hath not given us the spirit of fear, that is a declaration. Why? Because you're not creating truth. You are repeating truth. You are not inventing reality. You are agreeing with reality. You are not making heaven write something new. You are saying back what heaven has already stated. or what heaven has already said. That is biblical declaration. And believers should do that. Believers should declare the truth of God's word because God's word is our constitution. Therefore, you need to know your constitutional rights as a citizen of the kingdom of heaven. Believers should speak hope. Believers should speak truth. Believers should confess Christ. Believers should testify about what God has done. Believers should agree with the gospel. Believers should speak what is written. That is healthy. That is biblical. That is powerful.
