In this recorded sermon, Pastor Kelvin Keith (with interjections from Harry Pitts and a responsive worshiper) presents the fourth installment of a series on the benefits of becoming a citizen of the kingdom of heaven. The core message is that entering God’s kingdom requires being born again, followed by a series of practical, scripturally‑grounded blessings that flow from living according to God’s way. Keith outlines seven specific benefits: humility as the first and hardest step; divine favor that comes from seeking good (illustrated with Dolly Parton’s employee scholarship program and Proverbs 11:27); triumph over sin and death through Christ’s grace (Romans 5:17); assurance of standing in righteousness by serving the needy (Matthew 25:31‑40 and James 1:27); generous giving that returns in abundance (Luke 6:38 with a sand‑container analogy); the ability to store up treasure in heaven (Luke 12:33); and the trust required to give even when resources feel scarce. Throughout, he weaves biblical narratives—Jeremiah’s rescue by the Ethiopian official Ebed‑Melech, the transformation of Apostle Paul, and the prophetic warning to the king of Judah—to illustrate faith in action. The sermon repeatedly emphasizes love in action, warns against fear and self‑preservation, and concludes with a call to join 514 Grace Church, inviting viewers to connect via social media and attend in‑person gatherings.

This program is brought to you in part by the friends and partners of 514 Grace Ministries. Coming up next on the Grace Nation, something that the Spirit showed me many years ago.
Who we call Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, who still reigns. Jesus, Jesus, we shout one name. Jesus, Jesus, chains snap when we call that name. We lift one name. Jesus, Jesus, hell backs up when we praise. We shout one name. Jesus, Jesus, walls fall, giants hit the ground. We lift one name. Jesus, Jesus, King of Glory, wear your crown.
Light hit the dark night and For allowing this opportunity to be.
Amen.
...given to be used of the Lord, to be led of the Spirit, to share practical and common things. I mean, something that the Spirit showed me many years ago, that God makes such— makes so much ridiculous sense that it's almost like you have to— your brain has to be ran over by a train To miss it when it's explained, when it's expounded upon, when God gives revelation to show you the absolute sense that the gospel is talking about, that the Spirit of God is talking about to get our attention, to bring us to an expected end. If we will just do the first. And the most difficult step for many of us is to humble ourselves. Humble ourselves, amen. To admit that we need to do it his way and stop doing it our way.
Our way, amen.
Amen.
Amen.
That's the first and unfortunately the hardest step for many people, amen. Praise God, for many of us. Praise God. Um, once again, we're talking about in this series Uh, last month and the first 2 weeks of this month, the benefits of becoming a citizen of the kingdom of heaven. Amen. Part 4, we're going to do just a little recap once again for those who are just tuning in for the first time. Amen. Last week we were talking about some of the benefits Other than becoming a citizen, and you have to become a citizen by being born again. That's your passport in coming into the kingdom of heaven. You must be born again. Um, just because we're talking about the kingdom, that doesn't mean that salvation is not important. Amen?
Amen.
Salvation is a part of the kingdom. Amen? Hallelujah. Jesus said, marvel not when I say unto you, ye must be born again.
Amen.
So let's make sure we make that very clear. We're not going off in some random tangent to say that you've heard about salvation all your life, now, uh, I don't want to be mistaken and I'm going against that call. Amen.
Amen.
Praise God. It's still significant today. Amen. It must be done today. Things go well. The first point that we were talking about last week, when, um, uh, uh, things go well for you when we accept the teachings and the understanding that the kingdom of God wants us to know about. Amen.
Amen.
The things that Jesus wanted to teach us about the kingdom of God, things will go well for you if we do it his way.
Amen.
We use Jeremiah 22:15-16 that says, does it make you a king to have more cedar? This is, um, the man of God is speaking to a king at this particular point. He was comparing him to his father's reign. His father was all about father was a king and his father wanted to be pleasing to God. He was a practical man.
Right.
He wasn't about decorating a palace with just overdoing it, so to speak. Amen?
Amen.
His son was wanting to overdo it, wanted to garnish the things with cedar and fine precious jewelry, I'm sure. But But God said, does it make you a better king because you want to use cedar throughout the palace? He said, no. Did not your father Josiah have food and drink? Talking about his father.
Yes.
He did what was right and just.
Amen.
Talking about this king's father. His father did what was right and just. And so things went well with him because he was doing what was right and just before God. Amen. He wasn't going off on a tangent. He was wanting to be in line and in step with the Father. Amen.
Amen.
Praise God. And because of that, things went well for the— this king. He's just trying to warn his son to look at what his father did. His father was in line and in step with the Father, uh, with the Heavenly Father, and things went well for him. He defended the cause of the poor and the needy.
Yes.
So things went well for him. Amen.
Amen.
So he was concerned about the least of these. Amen.
Amen.
Number 2 that we were talking about last week, favor comes your way. Amen.
Amen.
We use Proverbs 11:27, coming from the New International Version, where it says, whoever seeks good finds favor. And we use for an example that Dolly Parton was using this principle. Amen?
Amen.
When she was giving the opportunity for her employees of Dollywood to have their children have access to scholarships. To go to college. Amen. That was a tremendous blessing for those employees to know that they had a financial burden that was on their back before this announcement. Now that financial burden is off their back because of the kindness of what Dolly Parton was extending to her employees.
Amen.
She's trying to be generous and kind to her employees to show that she appreciates what they have done, the hard work, all the hours, all the effort.
Amen.
That's a good leader right there, amen? Wanted to show that she appreciate. And because of that, the employees were— their children were given access to this college scholarship. So things went well for her. She was able to start a new travel store, so to speak, like Buc-ee's on the side of the interstate as you're going down the road for one destination to the next, you can stop at her store in Nashville, Tennessee, the very first one that she opened, which I know there's going to be probably several more later on this year or next year. I'm sure there's going to be more in different locations in the Southeast. Amen.
Amen.
And that's just adding more streams of revenue to what she already has. Amen. Praise God. From the royalties from her songs that she's getting, From the revenue that she's getting from Dollywood and just other investments that she has, this just adds more, amen? Because of doing good, doing— looking after the needs of her employees. The 3rd point we brought up was to live in triumph over sin and death, amen?
Amen.
And one— we were using the scripture Romans 5:17. coming from the New Living Translation. For the sin of this one man— that one man is Adam— caused death to rule over many.
Yes.
But even greater is God's wonderful grace and his gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one man, Jesus Christ.
Yes.
And a part of that definition for death, one of the things that the characteristics of death is condemnation.
Yes.
It is hard for a human being to try to look forward to doing things better for their future when they're living under condemnation and guilt, that shame.
Amen.
That's a part of what Jesus said, I come to remove. He said, I did not come to what? Condemn the world. But through me you have life. Praise God. He said, I came that you might have life and have it more abundantly. Well, you can't have life more abundantly if you're living in condemnation, because you're driving down the road looking in your rearview mirror. You're going to hit something, you're going to hurt something, and you're going to hurt yourself looking in the rearview mirror when you're going forward. Amen. Be looking at things that you made mistakes in the past and whatnot, and God said, "All right, you did that. You asked for forgiveness. You got forgiveness. You're born again. Look forward. Forget looking in the rearview mirror. Look look down the road. I've got good plans for you. I know the expected end that Jeremiah 29 says. I know what I have for." you, good things.
Yes.
Satan wants you to be bogged down remembering the past.
Yes.
I want you to be bogged down remembering and seeing my promises.
Yes.
My promises is like an armor.
Hallelujah.
That's why we need to get in the Bible, the Word of God, the Constitution.
That's right.
That's a part of this lesson plan that we've talked about, the Constitution.
Constitution.
Once we get in the Constitution, which is the Holy Word of God, the Constitution for the kingdom of heaven, We will see the promises of God, and God said that His promises are like an armor for us. We don't succumb to the arrows that Satan shoots our way; they'll just bounce off our armor. If we don't have that armor, that arrow is going to sink in. It's going to hurt. We're going to be remembering the past and whatnot, being the condemnation, and that condemnation is a bad thing. Amen. So praise God, through the one man Jesus Christ, through the one man Jesus Christ, if we receive— hallelujah— God's wonderful grace and the gift of righteousness. And we use for a perfect example the Apostle Paul. Apostle Paul said in the book of Acts he has wronged no man.
That's right.
Now either he's lying, he knows some revelation that we didn't know.
Hallelujah!
Praise God! You know, you won't take your glasses off when you look at Paul. Say, "Really? You do you want to come over here and around the corner and discuss this with me, Paul? You really didn't harm no man?" Apostle Paul said, "No, I'm in a new life now. I'm living for God now. That old man is gone. Yeah, I used to put people in prison. Yes, I used to persecute Christians and." things of that nature right there. And I was there, you saw it, but that's not my life anymore. I've accepted the wonderful gift of grace and the gift of righteousness through this one Jesus Christ, through this one man. And this one man has transformed my life. We use that for an example for, uh, for mankind all over the world.
Yes.
If this one man, Apostle Paul, who was killing people, who was Was making life real hard for people who wanted to follow God, who wanted to follow Christ, real hard. And he can change, and he can say that he's done no man wrong. Praise God. What does that mean for you?
Yes.
That means the same thing.
Yes.
You got the same deal by accepting the wonderful gift of grace.
Yes.
Thank you, Lord. And the gift of righteousness. That means you just let that past melt off of you. You look towards God and you let that residue just melt away and you look towards Jesus.
Amen.
And say, Jesus, whatever may come, I know you got my best interests at heart.
Amen.
I want to follow you, Lord Jesus. I know that my path with you is going to be better. It's going to be brighter. It's going to be victorious. Hallelujah.
Amen.
And we start that wonderful journey by receiving Jesus Christ in our heart with a born-again experience. Number 4 that we were going over was living a life, um, of fear— of the fear of God attitude places us in a position to receive unexpected deliverance. Amen. And protection. And we use for an example coming out of Jeremiah chapter 38, Verses 2 through 13 from the New Living Translation. It reads, this is what the Lord says, everyone who stays in Jerusalem. This is the prophet Jeremiah giving a prophecy to the residents of Jerusalem. Amen. Because they were in sin, and because of that, God was allowing Babylonia, the Babylonians, to come overtake them.
Amen.
Because of their turning away from God. Amen. You have to reap what you sow. Amen.
That's right.
Praise God. If you want to go against God, there's consequences for that.
Yes, sir.
Everyone who stays in Jerusalem will die from war, famine, or disease, but those who surrender to the Babylonians will live.
Amen.
Their reward will be life. He's, he's saying simply, hey, if you surrender to the Babylonians, you get to keep your life. You don't die. They will live. The Lord also says, the city of Jerusalem will certainly be handed over to the army of the king of Babylon, Babylon, who will capture it. Verse 4, so these officials went to the king and said, sir, this man must die. They're talking about Jeremiah.
Yes.
Saying that he must die because of what he's saying around in the towns and in the community.
Right.
This man must die. That kind of talk will undermine the morale of the few fighting men we have left, as well as that of the people. This man is a traitor. King Zedekiah agreed. All right, he said, do as you like. I can't stop you. So ropes were put around Jeremiah, and he was lowered into a cistern. that was in the courtyard. Amen. It belonged to Melchizedek, a member of the royal family. There was no water in the cistern, but there was a thick layer of mud at the bottom, and Jeremiah sank down into it. But Ebed-Melech— this is a black man—
Yes.
The Ethiopian, an important court official. This was a black man that had authority. He was given an important office. Amen. He was not just some general person begging on the street. This man had rank. He had responsibility. He had— he was educated for that particular time. Amen. This was not no dummy. It said it was an important court official. Now this is what the scripture says. That's not what I'm saying. This is what the scripture says. He was an important court official heard that Jeremiah was in the cistern. At that time, the king was holding court at the Benjamin Gate. Verse 8, so Ebed-Melech rushed from the palace to speak with him. My lord the king, he said, these men have done a very evil thing in putting Jeremiah the prophet into the cistern. He will soon die of hunger, for almost all the bread in his City is gone. Verse 10, so the king told Ebed-Melech, take 30 of my men with you and pull Jeremiah out of the cistern before he dies. So Ebed-Melech took the men with him and went to this room in the palace beneath the treasury where he found some old rags and discarded clothing. He carried these to the cistern and lowered them to Jeremiah on a rope. Ebed-Melech called down to Jeremiah, put these rags under your armpits to protect you from the ropes. Then when Jeremiah was ready, they pulled him out. So Jeremiah was returned to the courtyard of the guard, the palace prison. He was just taken back to the cell where he was— where they brought him from. That was the courtyard where the prison was. Amen?
Amen. Yes.
Where he was— where he remained. Verse number 5 here, you can be assured of standing in righteousness. This is the 5th point about a benefit of becoming a citizen of the kingdom of heaven. And once again, you become a citizen first of all by being born again. But this is the 5th point we want to make for today. You can be assured of standing in righteousness. Sometimes you may want to, or we may wonder, am I doing the right thing? How am I, my walk with the Lord? Am I pleasing to the Lord? Amen. Sometimes you have those questions. Amen. So God is like saying, hey, you can be assured in my Bible I can tell you if you're doing the things that are pleasing to me. And we're getting that from Matthew chapter— we're going to use 2 scriptures. Matthew chapter 25, verses 31 through 40, and another verse later. But out of the King James Version, Matthew 25, starting at verse 31, going to 40, out of the King James says, When the Son of Man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory, and before him shall be gathered all nations. And he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides sheep from the goats. And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on his left. Verse 34. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat. I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink. I was a stranger, and ye took me in. Naked, and ye clothed me. I was sick, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungry, and fed thee? Or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in, or naked and clothed thee? Verse 39, or when saw thee sick or in prison and came unto thee? Verse 40, and the King shall answer and say unto them, verily I say unto you, inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
Amen.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
So God is like saying, this is A righteous standard.
Amen.
That you be in the right standing with God by helping the needy.
Yes.
Now notice he wasn't talking about how often you clean the church or how often that, uh, you may have won a battle on the street, you know, out debating someone. Nah, God says love in action.
That's right.
Amen. You know, God is wanting to see us helping people.
That's right.
Wanting to see us taking in Someone that needs help, the least of these.
Amen.
And we can say that because in many situations, from what Jesus came from, the royalty that he came from in heaven and down here on earth, he can identify with being the least of these. Amen. It's very easy to understand that Jesus was, uh, could relate to being one of the least of these, the way he was treated.
Yes.
Uh, sometimes. Amen.
Yes.
Through cities and towns that he went through, the people that wanted him to be, uh, thrown out of their presence.
Right.
Like the man who was going through the graveyard, cutting and scratching himself. And then the man came to him, the demon came to Jesus and said, suffer us not, uh, Jesus, not to suffer before our time. He said, cast us, uh, into those pigs. They were begging for mercy. Jesus asked him, what is your name? He said, we're Legion, for we're many. He said, don't suffer us to go into another country. Let us go into those pigs right there. Amen. And Jesus cast them out, commanded them to go out, and they left and went into the pigs. They went over the, the edge of the cliff and they drowned and died. But the people that, when they heard about it through the countryside and the city, They came to Jesus telling him to get out of their town. He didn't— they didn't want Jesus in their town. Amen. Praise God. So Jesus know what it feels like to be treated like the least of these, rejected, being misunderstood, not properly respected for the message that he was giving and whatnot. Amen. Here's a man doing a good thing A good thing. And the people of the town are telling him to leave the city. We don't want you here.
That's right.
Amen. So Jesus got under— related to being, uh, one of the least of these. Amen. Praise God. Let's go to, uh, James chapter 1, our second point for this right here concerning, um, this good point that we're going on right now. Amen. To be assured that we're walking in righteousness. That's the point we're going over. We're using James chapter 1, verse 27. Praise God! To be assured that you're walking in righteousness. James chapter 1, verse 27. I'm using an NIV. Says religion that God our Father accepts as pure. pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
Yes.
Once again, let's look at the very subtle thing that Christ is saying right here. As in the above verses that we use in Matthew 25:31-40, And James chapter 1, verse 27, you see there's a common thread of love here in action.
Yes.
Amen. He didn't say how many people did you get to salvation, which is very important. He's saying love in action. Where's the love at? What did Jesus ask Peter at one time? He said, Peter, do you love me? He said what? Go feed my sheep. The love in action. Don't go get me a brand new robe or coat or whatnot. Nah, I got that. It said, feed my sheep. Hallelujah. Feed my sheep. God had a large priority over relationship, doing people right, giving the love, a large priority. And we see that in that common thread in Matthew 25:31-40 and James 1:27.
Yes.
God says, hey, all right, you want the real deal with me, what will please me? He says, go to that widow that's in distress. Go to that orphan that's in distress.
That's right.
They're crying out to me daily. Lord, help me meet my need.
Yes.
The orphan crying out, Lord, I don't have a home. I'm living on the street. Hallelujah! Like those poor children sometimes in Brazil who have no place to go. They're going from place to place in the streets in Brazil. They have no home. They have no parents. God said scriptures like this right here: Help those people. Yeah, that's right. We got people like that here locally, here, amen, where you live at, amen. You don't have to travel 10,000 miles or 7,000 miles. Sometimes it's around the corner. It's a— it's just go downtown and you'll see a, a child living by themselves. That's right.
That's so true.
Broken. Yes, that's right. It's like God is like saying, don't Don't put before me how many scriptures you can quote. Look at that person that's dying out there of hunger.
That's right.
Look at that person who doesn't have any water to drink. He's living underneath a car, uh, just to have shelter from the rain, from the storm at night. God is saying, where's the love at? Love in action.
Amen.
You didn't hear There's not one thing right in those scriptures right there about how many battles that you won or how many people you won to salvation or whatnot.
Amen.
He was saying, go get that widow that's in distress.
Yes.
That orphan that's in distress.
Yes.
That's crying out for me.
Yes.
A young child that hasn't eaten in 2 or 3 days. I remember that was on the news here recently. At our local stations, a young— there were about 3 or 4 kids that was in a house, and one of the kids, the youngest kid, when officers went inside the house to check on the kids, was eating a roach.
Oh, my God.
A little child desperate for food. eating a roach. That's what God is saying in these scriptures right here. What are you going to do about that person that's needing help right here? Don't quote scripture to me.
Yes.
Look at the people that are in need. That's where my heart is. Amen. Praise God. So God is letting us know what pleases him, how we can know that we're in right standing with him.
Amen.
The 6th point, you, uh, you can be certain that your generous gifts or giving will come back to you in abundance. This is another benefit of being a citizen of the kingdom of heaven. You will know beyond a certain doubt when you give generously to God's causes and to God's will Um, in material things, whether that's clothes or money or time or whatnot, giving generously, it's going to be given back to you that same measure. Amen. We look to that in Luke chapter 6, verse 38. Luke chapter 6, verse 38. I'm using the English Standard Version, which says, give and it will be given to you.
Yes.
Good measure, Pressed down, shaken together, running over will be put into your lap. For this— for the— with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.
Yes.
Now let's just use common sense in looking at this container that's given back to the person who gives to God's cause or gives to God's ministries. Amen. Or given to the poor. When you do it generously with Well, praise God, with a good heart.
Amen.
You got inside of a container— just say you were putting dry sand into a container that may have an 8 ounces or whatever, or 16 ounces capacity. Amen?
Amen.
If you're pouring it into that container, that 16-ounce container, well, the way God is, he's going to be giving it back in abundance. He's going to shake that container around so that that sand will settle in the areas where it's not covered at, so that can open up more space and you can put more sand in. Because if you put the sand in without shaking around so it can be settled down more and more to give— to be able to receive more sand, you're not going to get more sand in there. So you shake it first. Get more in there. Shaken together, pressed down. Just imagine God's hand or your hand on the sand, just pressing it down, beating it down, beating it down so you can get more in there. God is like saying, hey, I want to give you more than what you gave. Amen. Pressed down, shaken together. Now it's running over. You got this— the sand continue to come in. You're shaking and whatnot, but it's running over.
Amen.
Lord have mercy. He's getting as much sand, much blessing as he can in that container. It's running over. God is like saying, hey, I love you so much because you gave with a good heart and whatnot. I'm giving to you what much right here, running over in abundance.
Yes.
God said you can be assured that that measure that you gave, it'll be measured back to you, but with more in abundance. Hallelujah. Knowing how to store up treasure in heaven— this is another mark, another thing that gives us a point, our final point right here— for a benefit of being a citizen of the kingdom of heaven, you will know how to store up treasure in heaven for yourself. That's a big mystery. Some people may wonder, how in the world can I store up treasure in heaven? You can't even think about anything you can relate to to see how can I get treasure in heaven. It doesn't make any sense. Amen?
Amen.
But God says, hey, there is a way. And I have it in my Bible.
Yes.
That's why we need to read the Constitution.
That's right.
We will know. We won't be lingering and wondering, how in the world can I get treasure in heaven? Well, God says, hey, it's right here in my word, in the Constitution. Luke chapter 12, verse 33. In the New Living Translation, it says, sell your possessions and give to those in need. This will store up treasure for you in heaven, and the purses of heaven never get old or develop holes. Your treasure will be safe. No thief can steal it. No moth can destroy it. Now praise God! When we go into a homiletical translation of this verse right here, Jesus is not telling you to sell. all of everything that you own. What he's trying to do is to get us to reorient our way of thinking, our relationship with possessions, with money, with material things and whatnot. For we will have— be putting our trust in God. Amen.
Amen.
Praise God. Because sometimes we can, because of fear, be unwilling to give something that God has put on our heart to give to help a needy person, because of fear, said, Lord, I need that. That's my last $10. Son, who do you— do you think I don't know that? I'm God. I see your need. That's why I'm telling you to give, because I'm going to bless you in abundance. See where the trust is?
Yes.
I'm fighting, wondering, saying, God, this is my last $10. I need to go down the street. Uh, and put that $10 in my gas tank and whatnot. God says, I can give you $100 before you get to the station. I can put it on somebody's heart.
That's right.
Go ahead and give that $10 to that man if I put it on his heart. I'm just using examples right here that how God can speak to you.
That's right.
Because I'm trusting what God is telling me to do with that money or with the possession. Like, it could be a suit. It could be a shirt. It could be shoes that someone needs.
Amen.
You may only have 2 pairs of shoes in the closet.
Right.
God is wanting you to give your best to someone who needs it. Amen?
That's right.
The one that you left with may have holes in it.
That's right.
Well, God is like saying, hey, that's where trust is.
Right.
That's the only thing that's dividing and giving the hardship wondering if you're going to do it or not.
Right.
Because you have to have trust God, if I give these shoes, I'm only going to be left with shoes with holes in them.
Wow.
That's one perspective.
Yes.
Wow.
But for the person who's had a relationship with God, who's been walking with God for a while, when God says, go ahead and give your best shoes to this person over here who need it, the person who's been walking with God for a while, the person who's been seeing God give deliverance for a while. They're gonna say, okay, God, right away, I don't have no problem with that. They're going to the closet, get those shoes, and give them to that person who needs it, expecting, knowing that God is not gonna leave them in a deficit. There's that— because of what?
Why did you do that?
Because you trust that God's not gonna leave you destitute, that God is not gonna leave you on the street.
Amen. Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
You may have $100 in a savings account. God wants you to give, uh, 75% of that, uh, $75 to pay somebody's light bill. That's right. Amen. But, and because of trust, because you know in your knower that God told you to do this.
Amen.
All right, God, I see what you're saying. I'm going to do it.
Right.
Amen. Now, the person who doesn't have that trust And God said, God, Satan, I rebuke you in the name of Jesus. Out of your old lying devil. You know that's my last $100. I see you try. I see what you're trying to do. I rebuke you with everything in me. Stay behind me, Satan. And then tell your friend that the next day Satan was trying to talk to me yesterday to give me give seventy-five dollars to. Someone down the street that was having a problem with the light bill. I rebuked that devil in ten seconds. There's no trust there. You see what I'm saying? God is saying, "Hey, I'm trying to reorient your thinking. I'm not here to get you destitute to live on the side of the street." He says, "Why? Because I came that you might have what life." And laugh more abundantly. That will contradict that scripture right there to the fullest. If he wanted you to give so he could break you, yes, that's contradictory. The God doesn't— the word doesn't contradict itself. So what is the situation here? The link? Trust. Oh my God. God says, hey, I want you to give $75 out of that only $100 you got in the savings account. Go pay for Mother Mary Lou's light bill. She's in need. She can't work. She's frail. She's on a walking cane. She has to have a walker and whatnot. And her light is about to be turned off.
Yes.
Go give her the money so she can pay that light bill, so she can keep the refrigerator going, so you can keep the lights going, so she can turn on the heater at nighttime, so in, in the wintertime, whatnot, that electric heater, and stay warm and whatnot. And without you seeing where you're going to be reimbursing and whatnot, because you trust God, you say, God, I'm going to do it. That's right. I trust you. I trust you. So the person that trusts God, they don't have no problem in going ahead and doing it. They have that right relationship with possessions. The possessions don't own them. God owns them. They know God is their supply. Once again, but if I don't have the trust, I'm going to be holding back. I don't know if that was God or not. I think I've been I think I better hold on. I think I ate too much soup there. I got to sue Captain D's here or something. They gave me some bad onions. I'm hallucinating. Let me find me a good lawyer. I know they got to watch those onions that they put on the sandwich. I must have been hallucinating.
Yeah.
Hallelujah. There's no way in the world God could have told me to give my $75 of my money and leave me with a little amount. I need that money to get to next week.
Wow.
The trust is not there. With the trust, there's like, hey, I'm gonna be left with $75 less, but I believe God is going to help me, not going to leave me destitute. Praise God. We're going to leave it right there. Praise God. Hallelujah.
