The video is a live sermon from 514 Grace Church, led by Pastor Harry Pitts and other speakers, introducing a series titled “The Kingdom of Heaven: God’s Way of Living in Freedom and Victory.” The message opens with a rap‑style proclamation of the church’s identity, then moves into a theological exposition of what the "kingdom of heaven" means. The speakers argue that Jesus’ teaching about the kingdom is a radical departure from the legalistic, tradition‑bound Judaism of the Pharisees. They cite multiple Gospel passages (Matt 4:23, 15:3‑9, 23:23, 5:20, 12:1‑10, Luke 17:20‑21, John 8:3‑11) to illustrate four key characteristics of the kingdom: (1) God’s reign and rule, not a physical location; (2) the kingship manifested in Jesus; (3) a present spiritual reality that transforms lives; (4) a future eschatological fulfillment. Throughout, the sermon contrasts the kingdom’s emphasis on mercy, justice, and the “weightier matters” of the law with the Pharisees’ focus on ritual, tradition, and self‑righteousness. The speakers repeatedly call the congregation to respond with “Hallelujah,” affirm the message, and apply the teaching to modern life, urging believers to live out grace, freedom, and victory rather than legalism. The sermon ends with a benediction and a reminder that the series will continue.

Coming up next on the Grace Nation broadcast.
Good. My love for you. Jesus said, "I came to serve." The Pharisee says, "I came over here so you can shine my shoe." Hallelujah.
Five fourteen. So don't just talk grace.
Look.
Turn our faith on the wheel. Let's go! I came here with the word on me. Whole squad in the church got the dirt of me. From the blocks to the birds to the light in the dark, we spark up the flame, let it burn extra more. Hey, enemies jump when the saints get to stepping. Flav got me slaving like I'm bitch fresh grabbing. Never been soft with the socks to the earth blood, all cross paid, that's his sign of worth. Saints hold on and it can't be stopped. From the east to the west, man, they wearing this black. Every chain fall off when the name get dropped. 514, we stay on top. The only year that can't dip in this life. Saints walk heavy, yeah, we step in Christ.
No cap, we don't fold.
When the drowns get tight, we pray and we cool. That's the king you pray. It's more than the sun, and this is how we grind. We the church in the streets with the truth in the rhymes. Niggas looking for hope, better follow the sign. We got grace in the blood and the blood on the line. Who got saved? We did.
Who got raised?
He did.
Who grace saved? Jesus. Who speak up?
Jesus. This ain't just a song, it's a statement. Grace is our sound, the word is our stage.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
That's how ridiculous Satan is. He'll make you look like a fool if you allow him to use you. Just like those 2 people that was spoken above here. Now they're looking like idiots. I like saying, no, that was your idea. No, that was your idea. I had nothing to do with it. That was all you. That's right, that's right. Both of you look stupid. Praise God. This title of this message is very simple. The message is very simple, but I assure you by the grace of God, from what God has given, that the meaning of this message has powerful impact. It just blows me away more and more, just as Pastor Pitts says sometimes, as well as Minister Ophelia and Minister Tracy. You have all seen it yourselves, how the Lord can literally blow you away, blow your socks off with revelation that he gives you from something that seems so simple that you've been reading for years. And when the Lord just unmasks that thing and you look at it, you say, what? Never did I see that before. The title of this message, part 1 of several messages for this month, The Kingdom of Heaven: God's Way of Living in Freedom and Victory. Part one, the kingdom of heaven: God's way of living in freedom and victory. Part one. There was something that the spirit brought to my attention as I was reading the word several times. Um, over the past few weeks and whatnot. And in the Gospels, in Matthew, in Mark and Luke, they use another phrase, but it's pretty much meaning the same thing when you go to do your background study on it. But Jesus was talking to Matthew several times, the phrase, the kingdom of heaven. the kingdom of heaven.
Amen.
He said, I'm here to preach the good news of the kingdom of heaven, or of the kingdom, he would say in Matthew. And lo and behold, that just stood out so much because when God— and you all know That when God is repeatedly saying something that's different from what's in the rest of the text in the Bible and whatnot, we need to pay attention and see why does he have that distinction of saying the kingdom of heaven and not just preaching the word. There's a tremendous difference, and we're about to go over that. Amen.
Amen.
Through this series of messages this month. Amen. Matthew stated clearly in Matthew chapter 4, verse 23, in the New Living Translation, and it says, Jesus traveled throughout the region of Galilee teaching in the synagogues and announcing the good news. about the kingdom. Lord have mercy. That's specific, that's detailed. It's very simple. The good news. Now you don't have to go to Harvard or Brown University to determine that the 2 words good news means something must be pleasing about it.
That's right.
If someone tells you that they made you a red velvet cake for your birthday, that's good news.
That's right.
When they tell you we're going to have to walk 10 miles a day to work it off, that may be bad news. Hallelujah. But that's good news when you hear something that's going to be good— given good to you. So there must be something good about the kingdom at that time that Jesus was announcing this compared There it goes. This is how we distinguish. We compare what Jesus was saying about the kingdom with what was going on that time, and we can relate it to the 21st century.
Amen.
Amen. Very simple, nothing complicated. We're comparing what Jesus said. Hey, this is what I'm teaching. This is what I'm preaching. You guys have been preaching something wrong in the wrong way. There's distinction. I'm preaching the kingdom of heaven. I don't know what y'all preaching, but I'm preaching the right thing. Amen. Is this making any sense? I'm preaching something different from what y'all are preaching. I'm preaching about the kingdom. Y'all preaching about some foolishness.
Yes.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
The question now that presents itself is, what's so good about the kingdom? Nothing complicated, nothing, uh, nothing off-kilter or whatever. If Jesus said he's preaching the good news throughout Galilee in all the synagogues, announcing the good news, About the kingdom.
About the kingdom.
What's so good about the kingdom?
Amen.
Let's look at the characteristics that make up the kingdom of heaven. These are some fundamental characteristics. Hermeneutically, the kingdom of heaven means the reign, R-E-I-G-N, the reign and rule of God. Not a physical place.
Come on.
Hallelujah. So we can't go to Statesboro, we can't go to Carrollton, we can't go to Athens and say, here's the kingdom of God.
Hallelujah.
This is the reign and rule of God. The second characteristic is God's kingship manifested Through Jesus. God is like saying, hey, this is a new way than what y'all have been preaching, a new way than what y'all been hearing. This is the right way. This is my intended will.
Yes.
For the way the preaching of the word should be preached and understood. Y'all been preaching it from a way of self-righteousness, self-indulgence, through greed, Through hierarchy, you want people when they see you in the marketplace to say Rabbi, to say Master, Teacher. Y'all looking for that acclaim.
Jesus said, "I came to serve." Your crowd come to be served. Amen.
There's a difference. God's kingship manifested through Jesus.
Amen.
Jesus is teaching the right way, the new way. Third point, characteristic about the kingdom of heaven, a present spiritual reality transforming lives.
Amen.
What's one of the best examples that we have of Jesus using this new spiritual reality that transformed lives? The Beatitudes.
Amen.
When he was teaching on the mountain about all the things, the characteristics of the kingdom of heaven.
Amen.
Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. The Pharisees and scribes weren't teaching that.
Oh my, my.
My Lord. Distinction, do you see the difference? Distinction.
Distinction.
Comparison. Jesus was preaching the way that God intended for the word to be understood.
The Pharisees were teaching something that was of tradition, something that made them look great, something that exalted them, something that they would receive the praise. Is this making any sense?
Distinction. Jesus said, "I'm teaching that the way is supposed to be taught—the kingdom of heaven." Praise God!
Praise God!
Fourth characteristic: a future eschatological fulfillment.
Yes.
Eschatological comes from the Greek word "eschatos," meaning last. The Greek word E-S-K-H-A-T-O-S, eschatos, meaning last. Eschatology, the theological study of last things, such as death, judgment, Or the final destiny of humanity. Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
The study of last things, where we want to be in the future. Hallelujah. We're going to highlight some of these characteristics later in the message. Now, in order to appreciate this subject, we must look at what was being taught at the time Jesus was walking with mankind that was not representative. Let me repeat that. That was not representative of God's will for the understanding of the Bible.
Come on.
What the Pharisees and scribes was teaching was—
God is saying, hey, that's not the way I want the Bible, the word, to be taught, to be understood. You're exalting mankind. You're exalting a sect of people. You got classism.
Yes.
You got hierarchy.
Yes.
You got what, what's out there in the pasture.
That's what you got. Hallelujah. That's what God is saying.
Jesus is giving something that's going to be a representative of my will, the way I want people to understand what— the way I want things understood. My love for you. Jesus said, I came to serve. The Pharisee says, I came over here so you can shine my shoe.
Hallelujah!
Is this making any sense?
Yes.
One is for self-indulgence. Jesus said, I'm giving it all away. I'm not giving any self-indulgence. I'm coming unselfishly to serve you, to help you, to sacrifice my life for you.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
My goodness.
The Pharisees weren't about to sacrifice anything.
That's right.
Do you see the difference?
Yes, sir.
Contrast and comparison. Yes, sir.
Very simple.
The kingdom of heaven. The kingdom of heaven. Hallelujah. This is where it comes to what was being taught at that particular time. Judaism was being taught in the land before Jesus arrived. Judaism follows the Torah, the 5 books of Moses, or the law. and rabbinic traditions.
Yes.
And we're about to go over one of those traditions that we're well aware of that can make this make more sense. Judaism limited freedom, equality, it limited equality, and it helped for the common Jewish person was limited.
Yes.
And it undermined the rights of parents. which we are about to see. Let's go to Matthew chapter 15, verse 3 through 9, in the New Living Translation. In the New Living Translation, we see how parental authority was undermined. Matthew chapter 15, starting at verse 3, it says, Jesus replied, And why do you by your—
what? Traditions. Come on.
Hallelujah. I didn't make that up. I didn't sneak in your house last night and write that in your Bible. That was in there. Jesus replied, and why do you by what? Your traditions. Not what God said, but your traditions.
Jesus made it simple. He wasn't playing around. This is something you contrived up, not God.
That's right.
Why do you, by your traditions, violate the direct commandments of God?
A simple question.
I think we can hear pins drop on the grass at that time. I think they're looking at one another dumbfounded, saying, no, no, that was your tradition.
I think that was your suggestion, Zacharias. And why do you by your traditions violate the direct commandments of God? For instance, God says, honor your father and mother, and anyone who speaks disrespectfully of father or mother must be put to death.
Verse 5.
But you say it is all right For people to say to their parents, sorry, I can't help you.
Wow.
My Lord, that would've brought some good reaction from some parents right there, right there. Sorry, I can't help you. I'll just leave your imagination to that one right there, amen. Sorry, I can't help you, for I have vowed to give to God what I would have given to you. Verse six. In this way, you say they don't need to honor their parents, and so you cancel the word of God for the sake of your own tradition. Judaism. Teaching of the Mosaic law and rabbinic tradition, Jewish traditions. They're holding their traditions above what God commanded.
Wow.
Jesus got them right there, their backs against the wall. Why do you, by your traditions—
God didn't tell you to do that.
That's right.
God didn't tell you to have your children, to tell your children to disrespect, tell the children to disrespect their parents.
That's right.
You put that in your tradition. God had nothing to do with that.
That's right.
Verse 7, you hypocrites, my Lord. They dropped the coffee right there, my friend. Hallelujah. You hypocrites, Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you. For he wrote, verse 8, these people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Hallelujah. Verse 9, their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God. God said, I had nothing Nowhere, no input in what you're doing. That's right.
These are man-made ideas.
Wow.
Tell me in a few years how that's working, 'cause my hand of blessing is not on it. That's right.
You left to your own devices.
That's right.
This is Judaism, man's tradition, the Mosaic Law. That's why Jesus had to make a distinction. Jesus said, "Y'all are teaching that stuff. I'm teaching the kingdom of heaven." Is this beginning to make any sense?
Yes, sir.
Yes, sir.
Jesus said, "I'm not having nothing to do with the way y'all interpret the scripture." That's right. The way the scripture is supposed to be taught is what I'm teaching right now—the kingdom of heaven. Is this making any sense? Hallelujah. The kingdom of God is not a physical place on earth. Let's go to Luke 17, verses 20 and 21. Luke 17, verse 20 and 21. Being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God will come, he answered them, the kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed. Nor will they say, "Look, here it is." That's why I said earlier we can't go to Athens and say, "Here's the kingdom of God." Hallelujah! It just says it right there in plain black and white. Look, here it is. You can't say that. Or there, for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.
Hallelujah!
In the heart.
In the heart.
It has to be a real relationship.
Amen.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
Examples of Judaism not showing mercy. Let's go to John chapter 8, verses 3 through 5. Is this making any sense to anyone? Through 5. This is showing how Judaism does not show any mercy, meaning those who are strict with the law, but as Jesus called them hypocrites, they were enforcing things that they themselves won't live up to. Amen.
Amen.
Everyone there? Praise God. The scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman who had been caught in adultery. And placing her in the midst, they said to him, teacher, this woman has been caught in the act of adultery. Now, here it is, this is what they're teaching. This is what they're teaching. And we can bring this to the 21st century 'cause they're doing it right now in the 21st century.
Yes.
Now in the law, there's that distinction. What is the distinction? Jesus said, I came to give the good news of what? The kingdom of heaven. The Pharisees says, we come to give the bad news of the law.
Exactly.
Am I making any sense? Distinction, comparison. Now in the law, the Pharisees are saying that, Jesus didn't say that. Now in the law, Moses commanded us to stone such women. So what do you say? Hallelujah. There's no mercy with the law.
That's right. No mercy.
None.
None. No mercy.
They want to take you out.
Yes.
They don't have no heart.
Amen.
They want to point out the wrong things that you've done. Yes.
That's right.
While we're to be worshiped. What did the 2 people do at the altar who came to the temple and at the altar? The Pharisees Said, I give tithes of all that I get, that I earn. I fast twice in the week. The publican was looking at the Pharisees and beat upon his breast and said, there's no way in the world I can compare to this man, Lord. I steal from people, I'm filthy.
I know I'm wrong.
Please forgive me.
Yes.
Jesus said, which one went home justified? The one that says he knows he needs Jesus. Pharisees said, God, you need me.
Hallelujah!
You need me to spread the gospel.
Hallelujah!
Do you see the distinction? The arrogance, the self-righteousness, the promotion of self.
Is this making any sense? That's why Jesus had to make a distinction.
Yes, yes.
Jesus kept saying, "You preaching what's out there in the pasture." That's right. I'm preaching something that's of the kingdom of God.
Amen.
Amen. The grace of God.
Hallelujah!
The kingdom of heaven. Hallelujah!
Come on, bro.
Praise his holy name.
Come on.
Jesus harshly corrected the Pharisees for obeying part of the law but neglecting the most important parts. Let's turn to Matthew 23, verse 23. Matthew 23, verse 23. Matthew 23, verse 23.
Hallelujah.
What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb, herb, herb gardens, but you ignore the more important aspects of the law. Do you see what Jesus is doing?
Yes.
He's isolating and showing what parts the Pharisees are going with, the things that can give them to brag about.
He said, you tithing the herbs of your garden, but the more weightier things, the things of the heart, of showing compassion, of showing mercy, Assuring justice, the weightier things of the law.
Is this making any sense? For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens, but you ignore the more important aspects of the law: justice, mercy, and faith.
Hallelujah.
Let's go to John 8, verses 7 through 11 again. We're taking our time to explain this, make sure—
amen.
Amen. We can see this distinction between the law, what the Pharisees were teaching, and what God's will for the the interpretation of the scripture to be the kingdom of heaven. 8, verse 7. We're about to go to what the more important things Jesus was talking about— the justice, the righteousness, the mercy.
Amen. Amen.
8, verse 7. They kept demanding an answer, so he stood up again and said— this is the woman caught in adultery— All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone. Jesus didn't say the law wasn't there. No, he did not. But he's pointing out just what we just said in Matthew 23.
That's right.
You're at the point of a part of the law that's not important.
That's right.
The weightier things, the more important part of the mercy, the justice, you're not doing.
No.
That's what I'm doing right now.
I'm saying, yeah, she was caught in sin, but you hypocrites, you grab a stone.
The one without sin, let him cast the first stone. You want to kill this person who's probably sorry for their wrong and whatnot. You don't even give them a chance to repent. You don't give them a chance to say, I'm sorry, God. You want to destroy them now.
Amen.
The law is merciless. It shows no mercy. It continues to have to say, hey, I'm the perfect— I'm the perfect student of the law. Y'all look up to me. You exalt me as being the perfect example. I'm flawless. My shave is good, my wardrobe is good, everything is perfect about me. When I come through the centers, through the marketplace, call me Rabbi and don't be late about it. Hallelujah. Jesus said, you're about the law.
Yes.
You're about self.
That's right.
Self-righteousness, self-exaltation. I'm about the kingdom of heaven. Is this making any sense?
Yes, sir.
All right, but let the one who has never sinned throw the first stone. Then he stood— stooped down again and wrote in the dust. When the accusers heard this, they slipped away one by one. beginning with the oldest until only Jesus was left in the middle of the crowd with the woman. Then Jesus stood up again and said to the woman, where are your accusers? Didn't even one of them condemn you? No, Lord, she said. And Jesus said, neither do I. Go and sin no more. Hallelujah. Do you see what Matthew 23 is talking about? You tired of the herbs of the garden, the tiniest, for show, for self-exaltation.
But Jesus said the weightier things of the law, you ignore them. The mercy, the justice, the righteousness, the weightier That's right.
Jesus said, I got your number. Too late to run now.
Hold Zachariah, get his cloak. He gotta hear this. I got your number, Zach. You mine today, dog.
You know you're wrong.
You want everybody to speak highly of you in the marketplace. You hypocrite! I don't care if you like it or not, you're a hypocrite.
Hallelujah. Matthew chapter 4, verse 23. Hallelujah. Not gonna take up much more of your time, but I'm hoping this is making sense by the grace of God.
Yes, sir.
Hallelujah. Matthew chapter 4, verse 23. Jesus traveled throughout the region of Galilee, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the good news about the kingdom. And he healed every kind of disease and illness. Now, did you hear the Pharisees teaching, uh, about healing every disease and illness?
No, sir.
This goes along with my going back to Matthew 23, the weightier part of the law, the mercy, the justice, the righteousness, the compassion. Jesus said, that's what I'm about, having compassion for the people, having mercy on the people.
Yes.
If a person wants to repent of something, let them repent. Hallelujah. Jesus said, I'm not there to stab them in the back if that person wants to come and be sorry for what they did and, and want to come back to me. You're the opposite Pharisees and scribes. You want to get the biggest stone you can find and kill them. I want to wrap my arms around them and say, it's going to be all right. Is this making any sense?
Yes, it is.
Hallelujah. The Lord is so simple, it's ridiculous. Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. Amen. Wow.
Contrast cold hearts of Pharisees. Matthew chapter 5.
Hallelujah.
Let's go to Matthew 5:20. But I warn you, unless your righteousness is better than the righteousness of the teachers of religious law and the Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. There again, distinction. Jesus said, "What y'all are teaching is out there in the pasture. What I'm teaching is from God, from the heart of God, the kingdom of heaven. I'm teaching the way it's supposed to be taught, so that people can get the understanding that they need to realize they don't have to take the crap that y'all have been teaching." Amen. Hallelujah. There's freedom and victory in my way, the kingdom of heaven. You go through the law, there's not gonna be any mercy. There's not gonna be any caring. You're not worth nothing. You even allow kids to disrespect their parents. With your traditions.
Right.
God said that was man-made.
Man-made, that's right.
I didn't have nothing to do with that.
Right, amen.
Jesus said, I got your number. You big and bad, come speak in my face.
Right.
We can talk. I'm not running nowhere.
Amen.
What's your leg doing shaking, Zach? Stand up like a man. What's that running down your backside? Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
Matthew 12, verse 1. Hallelujah. Matthew chapter 12, starting at verse 1. At about that time, Jesus was walking through a Some grain fields on the Sabbath. His disciples were hungry, so they began breaking off some heads of grain and eating them. But some Pharisees saw them do it and protested, look, your disciples are breaking the law by harvesting grain on the Sabbath. Jesus said to them, haven't you read in the scriptures What David did when he and his companions were hungry. Now I need to— I cannot let this go by, by the grace of God, through what the Spirit has showed me, and it showed y'all as well. When he said, haven't you read the scriptures? Jesus has given a bullet point, uh, nugget of one of the most effective ways To break the backs of the religious prideful, know the word better than them.
Hallelujah!
But know it through the lenses of grace and love and the kingdom of God. They could easily have quoted back to Jesus, but they knew it was a waste of time. Why did they know it? Because they knew that Jesus would come back with scripture, with the right definition, with the right understanding, and they will have no answer for it. That's why it's so important as our pastor keeps compelling us: study the word, study the word. As he said on yesterday when there was a pastor who said he didn't have to study the Bible. The revelation just come naturally to him. All we can do is say, where is that in the scripture?
Please. Exactly.
The Bible says study yourself to prove yourself approved.
Hallelujah.
Meditate in the word day and night. In Joshua 1:8 and in Psalms chapter 1, it says meditate in the word day and night. And we got someone that says, I don't have to study the word.
Something's wrong.
That's right. That's right.
Hallelujah. So that's one of the nuggets for destroying the religious prideful. Study the word and know it from the eyes of grace and love better than they know it from the law. Haven't you read in the scriptures what David did when he and his companions were hungry, he went, he went into the house of God, and he and his companions broke the law by eating the sacred loaves of bread that only the priests are allowed to eat. Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
And haven't you read in the Law of Moses? He's quoting them what they could quote to him, to someone that was ignorant.
He's giving it to them. That's right.
And haven't you read in the Law of Moses that the priests on duty in the temple may work on the 7th? I tell you, there is one here who is even greater than the temple. But you would not have condemned my innocent disciples if you knew the meaning of this scripture.
Wow.
That just proves exactly what we just said. Jesus knew the scripture like the back of his hand more than the thumbnail on that finger. It's like it was a waste of time for them to try to quote scripture to Jesus. It's like Jesus said, boy, do you want to go that way? Bring it. Quote scripture to me. I'll bring it back to you and I will break your absolute back. I will bring it back to you with the right definition, the right understanding, through love, through the kingdom of heaven, the way God intended. And you won't have nothing to do to bring back.
You won't have no comeback for it. Is this making any sense?
Yes, sir.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
But you would not have condemned my innocent disciples if you knew the meaning of this scripture. I want you to show mercy, not offer sacrifices. For the Son of Man is Lord even over the Sabbath. Do you see that theme going back to Matthew 23:23? Yes, that's good.
That same theme. Jesus said the weightier things of the law you're ignoring.
The mercy, the justice, the righteousness.
You don't have a heart. You have a cold heart.
Yes.
Nobody can come to God with a repentant heart because of you. You make people 10 times more child of the devil.
Yes, that's right.
You putting constraints on them that can't cope, that can't carry. You putting weight on them that they can't carry.
Yes.
Matthew chapter 12, let's go down to verse 10. Same, same book, same chapter, starting at verse 10. Where he noticed a man with a deformed hand. The Pharisees asked Jesus, Does the law? There it goes. Distinction again. I didn't make this up, people. I didn't write this. I'm reading the same thing you are. Jesus says the kingdom of heaven, and they keep saying the law. Does the law permit a person to work by healing on a Sabbath? They were hoping he would say yes, so they could bring charges against him. Lord have mercy! Did we just hear that? before the sermon got started.
Exactly, exactly.
My Lord, I—
Jesus, you walk into the prophetic. I can't make this up. Oh man, if God was just talking about that early this morning, hoping to bring charges against the woman of God, innocent of the law. Get rid of this person. Yes.
Hallelujah. I can't make this up. My Lord Jesus. They were hoping he would say yes so they could bring charges against him. And he answered, if you had a sheep That fell into a well on the seventh. Wouldn't you work to pull it out? Why? Because that sheep—you make money from that sheep. That sheep is valuable to you.
That's a part of your income.
Just look at the Pharisees with the mouth wide open. Abba, Abba, Abba!
Of course you would.
Let me answer that question for you. Jesus said, of course you would.
So close your mouth.
Spit just drooling out of your mouth.
No, you can't answer. Let me answer it for you.
Of course you would.
That's right.
Don't even try to lie about it.
That's right.
It's like Jesus, don't even, don't even try it.
Don't attempt it.
Don't even try it.
Don't even come that way. Let me answer it for you to keep you from lying.
Yes, you would.
That's right.
And how much more valuable is a person than a sheep?
Wow.
My Lord. Matthew 23. That's right.
The weightier things of the law.
The weightier things. How much more valuable is a person than the law interpreted the wrong way?
Yes.
Yes, that's good. Concentrating on the tiniest things, the minimal things of the law.
Jesus said, the weightier things you're ignoring.
Yes.
And how much more valuable is a person than a sheep? Yes, the law permits a person to do good on the Sabbath. Then he said to, to the man, hold out your hand. So the man held out his hand and it was restored just like the other one. Then the Pharisees called a meeting to plot how to kill Jesus.
My Lord.
They were speechless and humiliated in front of the crowds of people. There were people usually standing around when Jesus was humiliating these Pharisees, calling them hypocrites. They used to be called Rabbi, not hypocrite. It's like, how dare you, Jesus?
How dare you?
Jesus said, I do dare.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah. It's about time you get dared. Hallelujah. So praise God, that ends the first part of the series of messages concerning the kingdom of heaven. Amen. I hope the Lord add a blessing to the reading and the message. Amen.
5:14.
We don't just talk grace, we live it. Turn that faith all the way up. Let's go.
