The video records a worship service at 514 Grace Church led by Pastor Keith and co‑host Harry Pitts. The central sermon, titled “Legacy Builders: The Power of a Present, Prayerful Father,” calls fathers to be consistently present, spiritually engaged, and prayerful in their families. The speakers open with extensive prayers for deliverance, protection of youth, and restoration of families. They diagnose modern cultural threats—cyber‑bullying, mental‑health crises, pandemic‑induced anxiety, and media‑driven relativism—that endanger children’s faith and well‑being. Citing recent Barna, Pew, and UNICEF research, they argue that involved fathers dramatically improve children’s spiritual outcomes, health, and future fatherhood. Practical recommendations include the “15‑minute rule,” putting phones away during family time, praying together, teaching emotional regulation, modeling integrity, and loving mothers publicly. The sermon frames these actions as spiritual warfare, invoking Ephesians 6, 2 Corinthians 10, and the “armor of God” as prayer weapons against cultural lies. Throughout, personal anecdotes illustrate the pressures fathers face. The service culminates in an altar call inviting listeners to accept Jesus, followed by a clear invitation to join 514 Grace Church in‑person or online, with contact information and social‑media links. The overall tone is pastoral, persuasive, and hopeful, urging immediate, tangible steps toward building a lasting, faith‑filled legacy.
Chapters
Lord God, for your power flowing in this room right now. God, touch lives in this area. Father God, renew marriages, restore families, bring the church back forward. Let's go! Deliver, Lord God, and break the strongholds of the enemy. God, today we thank you for deliverance. God, in the name of Jesus, for your power flowing.
God, we President Trump, God, the wisdom of heaven. Lord God, in Jesus' name, Lord God, I thank you, Lord God, that you have sent the voice, Lord God, of the Lamb of God through your saints. God, let your kingdom reign on earth, God, in this heart, Lord God. Holy Spirit, I thank you for every ear of the willing. Let our lives change. God, let your manifested word, God, in the name In the name of Jesus, bring truth and life, freedom for our bones, for our minds.
And deliverance, Lord God, in every area of our lives. God, we pray for youth all over the United States. God, that you protect our babies, keep them, God, from all hurt, harm, and danger. I thank you, God, for fathers and mothers this morning. God, I thank you, Lord God, that you will cover parents this morning. Give them love in their heart for their children. And God, give them the wisdom on what to say to them to protect them from evil and danger, things seen and unseen. And we thank you, Lord Jesus. You reign and rule in 514 Grace Church. Holy Spirit, have your way.
Amen.
Spirit of God, speak through my vocal cords, think through my mind, all of you and none of me. And it's in the name of Jesus that we pray. And everyone said amen.
Give God a hand clap of praise this morning.
We want to be consistent.
Uh, in the messages that we've been teaching, we've been sharing and teaching on fatherhood and the importance of fathers being in the house. And we're not done. We're going to teach on this because the enemy has done, uh, a job, or if you would allow me to say, a number on families. And as ministers and as preachers of the gospel, we cannot turn a blind eye to what the devil is doing in households. We have young people that are dealing with anxiety.
We have young people that are dealing with suicide, depression, and now A pandemic that has come across the airwaves, a pandemic that has come across the airwaves and knocked on the doors of homes all across the United States of America. And it is now pervasive. It is very pervasive. And now our young children Pastor Keith. They're dealing with cyberbullying, and it is now pervasive, and it is drawing out of control. And families are losing their children because of bullying— not just bullying, but cyberbullying— because young children are now exposed to social media and the internet. And they have these devices called cell phones, which are miniature computers, and the technology that is available to them at the swipe of a finger. And cyberbullies are what I call keyboard champions. They want to bully you through the keyboard, and some children don't have the mental tenacity or the intestinal fortitude on how to deal with this.
Amen.
So therefore, parents, mothers and fathers— and let me say this, I want to add an addendum to what I said last week— mothers are vital in households because If you look at the statistics, mothers here in the United States are parenting single-parent households.
Amen.
And we pray for our mothers because they are precious. And our children need their mothers. They also need their fathers, but mothers are playing 2 roles. They're wearing 2 hats. They have to work, bring home the bacon, and then they have to parent their children. But what is not being spoken in this— these United States of America is that mothers are dying at a higher rate because of the stress that they are dealing with on a daily basis.
That's right.
So we need fathers to step up and be men and to raise, to train, to teach, to love unconditionally our children.
Amen.
Now we can sit up and pretend like everything is fine when we know in the house that it's not fine.
And fathers, I need you to hear me today.
This is not a guilt trip at all. We're not trying to guilt anyone, but I want to say good morning, and then we'll get into the message.
We'll get into the Lord's business.
The sermon title this morning is Legacy Builders: The Power Of a present, prayerful father. A father's consistent presence and spiritual leadership rooted in the grace of God doesn't just shape his children today. It builds a legacy of faith, resilience, and love that echoes for generations. I want you to take a moment and picture this with me. A dad sitting on the edge of his child's bed after a long day. Phone.
You hear this phone. You hear this ring.
Hello?
You hear this bell, you hear this music, and then you look at your child's phone and you see that your child—
the mood changes.
Then you question what's going on.
But Father, before we get to that part, I need you, when you're sitting on the edge of your child's bed, to put your phone away.
Amen.
Put your phone away.
And as you put your phone away, listen to the fears of what your child is doing. Learn how to read body language. And as you sit there, when you see their mood change, pray over them. Saying this, I'm here, God's here, we've got this together.
Say that to your children.
That simple moment is not flashy, it's not perfect, but research from barna.com and Pew and global studies like the State of the World's Fathers So it's one of the most powerful things a father can do with his child, is to share that moment and tell them, I'm praying for you. I'm here. In essence, I'm present. You're not going through this alone. And because of this, you're not going through it alone. We're not going through it alone. You know why? Because God is here and we've got this. Statistics don't lie. This is one of the most powerful moments in the life of a father and the life of a child if a father is present. Dads, I want you to know that God sees you and he hears you.
Amen.
Many of you are working hard, carrying responsibilities, Navigating a world that pulls you in every direction. Work demands, digital distractions, cultural pressures. Many of you feel the weight of wanting to provide well for all of your children and your families. You wanna provide, you wanna give them everything they need and still be present.
Amen.
Mothers, moms, grandparents, and young people, you feel it too. You long for fathers who show up with heart and commitment and desire, even while under the stress of life. Children long for a father that will be present every single day.
Amen. Amen.
I'm gonna share a little bit about speaking with one of my relatives.
I'm not going to give a name because I want to protect his privacy, but we were sharing— or he was sharing with us yesterday, and he's a very successful young man. He retired from the military at a very young age with the rank of a colonel. He is now presently leading a very successful coaching career at a prominent university.
Amen.
But he has 2 teenage boys that are growing up, and you have to realize that he has a very wonderful salary. He's making money that only people can dream of. But his wife talked to him and said, the pressure is becoming too enormous. It is too much for me now.
Your boys are growing up and I'm having to pay other people to take them to their games, to their events. She asked him a question. She said, Do you want your boys talking to another man about the pressures they're going through, and you come home and you get the leftovers or the remains of what they have to say when they're ready to go to bed?
Right.
And he said he thought about this, and his oldest boy's been offered scholarships to go to some of the prominent high schools because he's a very good athlete. One of the schools is looking for a head coach, and he was talking to his wife. He said he listened to them, and this is a major pay cut if he takes this position. But he looked at all of us in our eyes and said, you know what, I got to make a decision. And his wife said to him, how much more money do you need to make? And he said, I can't afford to lose my boys. So he took the job and his pay is cut in half. What am I saying?
I'm saying, how much money do you need, fathers, at the expense of losing your child?
Amen.
Is the money important or is your children important? When cyberbullies bully our children online.
That's right.
Fathers, how much money do you need? And I'm not trying to guilt anyone. I'm saying that we've got to understand that this is a warfare that is uncommon to many of us, that our children are being bullied online.
That's right.
We're here because fatherhood is one of God's greatest invitations. Minister Tracy, Minister Ophelia, fatherhood is one of God's greatest invitations to reflect his own heart and to show every father how we need to father our own sons children. God emulates this. God, our Heavenly Father, models this publicly to all of us.
But family, hear me. 514 Grace Church, the good news is this: you don't have to be perfect. You just have to be present and prayerful fathers.
Recent data is sobering yet hopeful. Fathers who, listen to this, fathers who are actively involved spiritually have children far more likely to follow Christ into adulthood. Those fathers that are active in the lives of their children, your children are far, far more likely to follow Jesus into adulthood. Barna 2025 says boys who grow up with Positive, present dads become more satisfied, engaged fathers themselves when they have children. UNICEF says this— UNICEF Equamundo says this: globally involved fathers improve child health, emotional well-being, and even break cycles of poverty and disconnection. Fathers who are involved automatically improve their children's health, emotional health, and break cycles of poverty in the lives of their children. The Bible says in Psalms 145:4, it calls us to this. Hear what the Word of God says: One generation commends your work to another; they tell of your mighty acts. Psalms 145, verse 4 says, One generation commends your works to another. In other words, one generation speaks to another, and this generation commends or transfers. or exalts or comment positively or righteously of your mighty acts.
In essence, it's that conversation you said, man, I remember when my mother did this.
Right.
You're commending that previous generation for the things that they done, which made a difference in all of our lives. Now, I know some people dealt with situations that were not normal.
dysfunctional families.
It happens.
But I'm asking fathers to step up to stop the dysfunction. But let's be honest, we live in a time when powerful forces are actively working to pull children from faith, disrupt family bonds, and redefine truth apart from God's word. Cultural norms through media, education, peer pressure, and even shifting societal values are pushing ideas that contradict biblical truth. Ideas such as relativism over absolute truth, self-fulfillment over sacrifice, instant gratification over perseverance, and individualism over family unity. These aren't just trends, Body of Christ. They are part of a spiritual battle for hearts and minds. This is part of a spiritual assault by the enemy on the lives of every single one of our children and our families.
Yes.
This is why the government now is fighting for children because the displaced values are trying to contradict what absolute truth is. God is clear in his word.
Take it, take it.
You can take it however you want to take it, but we've got to start speaking to our children, praying with our children, loving our children, embracing our children.
Yes, amen.
Today we're talking about legacy builders, fathers who show up physically, emotionally, and spiritually standing guard against these influences so our families can thrive in Christ. This is the type of dad your family will remember, the one whose faith echoes long after he's dead and gone.
Amen.
That was my introduction. Let's pray. Heavenly Father, thank you for every man that's here and present today in this church, that's here who carries the sacred calling of fatherhood. Meet us in our strengths and our struggles, God.
Help us feel seen, valued, and equipped to build legacies of grace while standing firm against what seeks to divide and destroy. Speak through your word today, in Jesus' name, amen.
Amen. Last week we were teaching on grace-filled fathering or parenting, and I need to talk about this point right here. Point number 1, the presence that speaks louder than words.
The world measures fathers by provision.
God measures— hear me, fathers—
God measures fathers by presence. Barna's latest research shows that men who had warm, engaged relationships with their own dads are significantly more satisfied fathers today. Your presence now is investing in your children's future and their future fatherhood as fathers, or their future motherhood. Imagine your son or daughter years from now saying, my dad was There for the games, the tough talks, the ordinary Tuesdays, the terrific Thursdays, and the fabulous Fridays. My dad was there.
Amen.
That's legacy that will stand even in the midst of any trial your son or daughter may deal with. Because my dad was there.
Amen.
Fathers, you've got to protect unhurried time. What do I mean? Put the phone away. Put the phone in another room during dinner or bedtime. One dad I know calls it the 15-minute rule. 15 minutes of full attention every evening Changes everything in the life of your families. 15 minutes, just 15 minutes will change everything, Minister Ophelia. 15 minutes is all you've gotta do. The numbers don't lie. But Pastor Keith, you gotta use the love framework, man of God.
You gotta use the grace framework.
Yes.
We talked about that last week.
You gotta learn how to laugh together.
Be open with your stories.
Tell your children what you dealt with as a young teenager.
Value their opinions.
Value the opinions of your children.
Encourage their dreams. It's simple.
It is simple. It is grace in action. Here's another vitally important one. Be emotionally available.
When they mess up, don't just fix it.
Right.
When they make a mistake, just don't fix it. Sit in it with them. While they learn. Teach them how to govern their emotions, how to handle fear, how to handle anxiety. Teach them how to deal with people that are negative speaking over their lives. Show them how to operate in the wisdom of God and how to speak words that oppose the truths that they say about them.
Oh, you, you're not smart. Uh, well, maybe you're not talking to me. I know you're not talking to me because I, I know I am. Give them that confidence that they need, that godly confidence in Christ Jesus, and tell them, I've been there. I dealt with some of the same things you dealt with.
But what I want you to know is let's walk through this together because you don't have to walk through this alone. Dads, when you mess up, and we all do, we know it, model vulnerability. Say, I was wrong, will you forgive me? This isn't weakness, it's strength that teaches your kids God's grace is real according to Psalms 103:12. And it says this, as far as the east is from the west, So far has he removed our transgressions from us. Youth, when your dad shows up like this, he's reflecting the Father who never leaves you. Adults, this is presence. This presence counters the isolation. So many families deal with this type of isolation. So many of them. So many of these families deal with this type of isolation, and they feel this every single day of their lives, especially when culture promotes self-reliance over family connection.
Yes.
Presence, the presence of God is the foundation. Having Jesus in the household is the foundation, but it comes alive. How does it come alive? It comes alive through families praying together. And it's essential in the battle that we deal with, in the battle that we face every single day.
Amen.
Fathers, pray with your families. Pray with your children. Pray over them before they leave and go to school. Pray over them that God protects them.
Amen.
Just this week, many of you, I know that you're watching us from different countries, different continents, different cities. Los Angeles. Some of you are watching us in the UK. Some of you are watching us in Canada. Just this week, and it touched my heart, I'm, I'm a little bit emotional. We had a shooting where a mother was running for her life and she was murdered right in front of an elementary school. And young babies, young elementary kids saw this. They witnessed this. Pray over your families, fathers. Pray over your wives. Pray over your sons. Pray over your daughters. One of the most un— let me say it like this, one of the most underused superpowers of fatherhood is prayer. Studies show dads who pray regularly with their kids have families where faith sticks across multiple perpetual generations. Joel chapter 1, verse 3 says, tell your children about it and let your children tell their children and their children till the next generation. It is a recycling of the message of grace to every generation, to show every generation that God is with you and with this family.
Amen.
Picture this dad. Picture this father, a dad kneeling with his teenager after a hard day at school or a hard day at baseball practice or back basketball practice or cheerleading practice, a hard day, not preaching to them, but praying with them and being honest about the prayer. Lord, we're struggling here. Picture this. Lord, we're struggling here. Show us your way. Can you imagine what would happen if your teenager heard those words? Lord, we're struggling here, but show us your way, Jesus. That moment plants seeds in their hearts, and those seeds will last a lifetime.
Yes, sir.
Fathers, I wanna give you some techniques to grow in prayer for leadership. Pray specifically and together. Ask, how can I pray for you this week?
Ask your teenager this.
Not only just ask, but then do it. Do it out loud. Do it publicly because the enemy that they face is not a private enemy. He's not quiet. He is aggressive. He is assertive. He is attacking and he is not afraid.
That's right.
Pray with them out loud. Pray with them at the table when you're eating dinner. Pray with them in the car When you're taking them to school, pray with them every single day. Pray over them daily.
Somebody shout daily. Daily.
Even a short blessing. Lord, protect their heart, grow their faith. Let them know they are loved. Just pray something simple and short like that. Don't just stop right there. Pray for their future.
Yes, sir.
Pray for your grandbabies. Pray for every single one of them. Pray for their spouse.
Pray that God sends them a godly woman or a godly man that will love them and nurture them and care for them unconditionally and not abuse them verbally or abuse them mentally, abuse them psychologically.
Yes. Yes.
Pray over their calling. Pray over their battles. Pray before them face to face.
Many dads feel unprepared spiritually. That's okay. Follow this whole series. I believe that there are tools that are going to teach you and train you how to To strengthen your family, how to prepare you for fatherhood. There are new dads that have babies, infant babies. They're going to grow up someday, and you need to know what to say to them, how to pray for them. Many dads feel they're unprepared spiritually. That's okay, 514 Grace Church. God is with us. God's got us. I have 3 adult male boys, sons. They're men now. They're still my babies.
Amen.
I have a grandson and I have a godson. They're young, very young, and I love them to life. And God knows that I'm not gonna let the enemy do what he wants to do. Not on my watch. And the middle boy, Boy, he was, uh, he was a handful growing up as a teenager. And we were just laughing just last week about how I used to discipline him. And some of the things I totally forgot about.
He didn't.
He didn't.
And he'll tell you if he was here right now standing beside me, he'll say, Dad, it saved my life. And this boy This young man, they still my babies, so if I call them boy, just forgive me. I love them. And, uh, he, he, his son, he's a junior, and he loves that boy to no end, and he will die for him because I modeled Christ in front of him. Fathers, I know you feel unprepared, But that's, that's okay.
We're gonna start small.
God honors the heart that shows up.
That's right.
We're gonna start small. God just wants you to show up. Your prayers are covering your family in ways you may never see this, but God sees it from heaven. But prayer isn't passive, it's active spiritual warfare.
Ephesians chapter 6, verse 12 reminds us, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. The enemy isn't your child, your spouse, or even the culture directly. It is the spiritual forces using those channels to sow doubt, division, and deception. Fathers, you are called to stand guard when culture whispers lies to our children. Truth is whatever you feel, or family is optional, or pursue your own happiness above your family.
Amen.
Prayer equips you to speak truth.
Yes.
You should cover your home and dismantle strongholds according to 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. Pray the armor of God over your family daily. Pray the belt of truth against the lies of the enemy, the breastplate of righteousness against guilt, the shield of faith against the fiery darts of fear and temptation. Your prayers aren't just words. They're weapons that protect and reclaim your family for the kingdom of God.
Amen.
We gotta model faith that our kids can follow. Children don't just hear what we say. They watch how we live privately and publicly.
Amen.
1 Thessalonians 2:11-12, reminds us, for you know that we dealt with each of you as fathers deal with his own children, encouraging, comforting, and urging you to live lives worthy of God who called you into his kingdom and glory. The best training is caught, not just taught.
Amen. That's good.
The practical ways to model this before your children.
Love their mom privately and publicly.
Love their mom well. Your marriage is one of the loudest sermons, fathers, you can give your kids. And it is the loudest sermon that your kids will ever hear when they see you love their mother publicly and privately.
Yes.
Especially when culture normalizes disposable relationships out loud.
Amen.
Fathers, live with integrity. Let them see you confess sin, seek God's word, serve others, and keep promises, countering the norm of hidden hypocrisy that the world tries to teach, that it's okay to have multiple women. That's a lie. Be faithful to their mother, love their mother. Don't believe that relationships are disposable. We have got to get rid of this hidden hypocrisy that it's okay to just sin and think God is gonna be okay with it. No.
Amen.
Give space while walking alongside them. Give them that space to grow.
Amen.
Honor their growing independence, but stay close. Check in with them periodically. Celebrate the wins in their lives. Walk with them through failures, resisting the cultural push toward unchecked autonomy that leads to isolation. The enemy is trying to isolate our children.
Amen.
Dads, you are the first picture of God your children will see in their lives. Some of the first words that come out of their mouth when they're infant, they say, da da, da da. You are the first image of God that your children will see when they're born. They learn to form the words daddy.
That's right.
When you lead with grace, the grace of God, and you lead with courage and humility, you're showing them the heart of the father who runs to the prodigal son, who carries the weariness of praying for a boy that is distracted and who has walked away from his destiny. A father who rejoices over them with singing.
Amen.
In a world that glorifies self over sacrifice, self over family, self over your dad, self over your mother, you're teaching them the exact opposite of what the world is trying to get them to model. But your modeling confronts those false ideas and it draws your kids toward eternal truth that is only found in God's word.
Amen.
We've gotta build multi-generational legacy. Legacy isn't about perfection. It's about faithfulness passed down from one generation to the next generation, even amid the opposition of the world. Psalms 103:17 says—
is—
this is perfectly— this is perfect for families. And this is for my family, for your family, for those that are watching online. This is for your family as well.
Psalms 103:17 says, but from everlasting to everlasting, the Lord's love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children. God wants to use you to speak that hope into every generation, the next generation and the generation after that generation, despite the pressures that seek to erode the love, that tries to tear apart your families, to tear apart the relationship of a father with his son, or to try to erode the relationship of a father with his daughter.
Amen.
Tell your story. Share how God has been faithful in your life. The highs, the lows, the grace that carried you, arming your kids against despair. That's right.
Amen.
Connect your children to community. Link them with mentors, youth groups, godly peers. Your primary influence should be and lead them to always ground them to Jesus Christ, who multiplies their peace even in the midst of an assault against who they are.
Amen.
The world is trying to cause an identity crisis.
I love what Hebrews 10:24-25 says, especially when culture tries to isolate them.
Go back and read that. Bless them intentionally.
Speak words of identity over your children.
Say to them, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. God has a purpose for your life. Confront, confront lies of worthlessness with truth.
Amen.
When their peers try to tear them down, Yes, yes.
Tell them to confront it with truth. Every time you show up, every single time you show up, pray with your children, fathers.
Model Christ. You're building something eternal, pushing back against forces that disrupt families and destroy legacies.
Amen, amen.
And I've gotta deal with this cyberbullying. Many of our children are online. And the pressures of life are trying to shape them and mold them into their image.
That's right.
And these people that hide behind these computers are— some of them are perverted. Some of them will seek to harm our children and to try to deal with them emotionally and psychologically, to try to condition them.
And many of them are predators. These are predators that are trying to prey on our children and bully them through the internet, social media, video games. They try to bully our children, but families, fathers and mothers have got to start protecting our children. Some of these predators try to play games like their children or they're their peer.
That's right.
To try to get them, to lure them away from their home. And many of the children you see today have been attacked and assaulted through keyboard bullies, and it is shaping their mind and it's dealing with their confidence. And many of them are becoming suicidal. But fathers, you've got to protect your children against these cyber bullies. And many children have been lured away and, and lured into sex trafficking. We've got to protect our children. In Jesus' name, we've got to protect our children.
Teach!
Teach, Pastor!
How long are you gonna sit back and work all this overtime while you lose your children? When are you gonna sacrifice? They need you like never before. Times are different. It's not like when I grew up as a child.
That's right.
Times are different.
That's right.
Church family, here's the beautiful truth. You don't have to have had a perfect father to become one.
That's right.
God's grace redeems every story.
Yes. The enemy wants to disrupt, divide, and destroy, but he's already defeated.
Your role as a legacy builder is to stand firm, present in love, and to be present in love, and to give every presentation with the grace of God, the patience of God, the love of God, and be prayerful in battle, modeling truth against lies and contradictions and passing on faith that withstands cultural storms. Faith that will tell your children that they can live above the storms or the traps of the enemy and all the lies that their peers will try to say about them.
Tell your children that they are trailblazers. That they're leaders, that they set the curve and people should follow them. Paul said, follow me as I follow Christ. Teach your children that they should have others to follow them as they follow Christ. Call it what you wanna call it. I call it holy boldness, 'cause the enemy is not playing.
Imagine this, your children and your grandchildren one day saying, my dad or granddad showed up.
That's right.
He prayed. He pointed us to Jesus amid the noise. He stood guard when everything else pulled away. That changed everything in my life growing up. And because of my dad and my granddad, I am the man, I am the woman I am. I am the mother I am today because he was present. and available and loved me unconditionally.
Amen.
Even with the attitude, even with the negative attitude, even with the anger.
Yes.
And the moments I talked back, he still loved me.
Amen. He loved me through it.
A dad that is present and loves unconditionally, that sounds like our Heavenly Father, a Father that is full of grace, and mercy. This type of legacy is possible.
It's possible. It can start today.
Amen.
Let me give you some gentle invitations, fathers. Dads, pick one thing this week. 15 minutes of presence, one honest prayer together, including the armor of God prayers, or a word blessing that confronts a cultural lie. that your children are facing. Young people, your dad's efforts matter more than you know. He loves you. Your dad is willing to die for you.
Honor him. Pray with your father. Open your heart to his love and stern— and stand firm in the truth that you guys pray together.
Believe in your father. Amen.
think he knows, but he knows. He understands. Your dad loves you.
Amen.
And for all of us, let's be a church, 514. Let's be a church that cheers on fathers, that supports families, that prays against spiritual attacks. Let's be a church that builds legacy together, 514.
church. And those that are watching us in the West Metropolitan, Atlanta, Georgia area, the West Georgia area, come join us.
Amen.
Let's build a church in this area that will make God proud, that will elevate families, that will sustain and help build marriages and tear down the strongholds that say that marriages are disposable.
The Bible says in 1 Thessalonians 5:24, and this is for every dad here, the one who calls you is faithful and he will do it. God is at work in every single one of us. Trust him with the rest of our lives because he can show us.
Amen.
Let's bow our heads in prayer. Heavenly Father, thank you for calling men to this high and holy calling calling, this role as a father. Strengthen every father here with fresh courage, deeper presence, and bolder prayers. Equip us to stand in the full armor against the schemes that seek to draw our children away and disrupt our homes.
Heal what needs healing.
Multiply what is small. Protect our families from spiritual forces that oppose Your truth. Let our homes shine as testimonies of your grace. Raise up a generation of legacy builders for your glory today. In the strong name of Jesus, we pray. In Jesus' name, amen.
Amen.
Pastor Keith, I want to ask you to come quickly as we close out the service. We want to— we will never leave this church, we'll never leave this building without offering people the opportunity to get to know Jesus as our personal Lord and Savior.
Amen.
If you're present today, just stand on your feet. We're not doing this to embarrass you. We're not doing this to shame you. But if you don't know Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior, if you want to become a better father, if you wanna know how to lead your family, it starts right here and now, accepting Jesus into your heart and getting to know him personally. If you're watching me online, pray this prayer with me, fathers. Not just fathers, teenagers. If you want to be a better son or a better daughter to your father and your mother, you know that you've not lived right privately or publicly, even at school. Your life is a contradiction to the church that you attend. Pray this prayer with me. Father, in the name of Jesus, come into my life. Come into my heart.
Jesus, save me.
I ask you to forgive me of all my sins. I've done things that have not been pleasing to you. Jesus, I believe that you died and rose on the third day, that you are— that you first descended, then ascended, and you're seated on the right hand of the Father. Jesus, come into my life.
Save me.
Forgive me.
Redeem me.
Cover me by the blood. I thank you for the grace of God that is able to change my mind, to renew my heart.
And God, I dedicate my life to you today. Jesus, I give you my life. Forgive me of all of my sins, all of my wrongs. Save me, Jesus. Save me, Jesus. I denounce any attack of the enemy over my life.
And I denounce the devil himself.
Jesus, you are my Lord, you are my Savior. I pray this prayer believing and declaring that the blood of Jesus has washed away my past as far as the east is from the west. Jesus, I accept you as my personal Lord and Savior this day.
In Jesus' name I pray, and everyone shout amen. If you prayed that prayer, you are now born again, and welcome to the family of God.
Amen.
