In this inaugural sermon of the Grace Nation broadcast, Pastor Harry L. Pitts of 514 Grace Church delivers a multi‑layered teaching titled “Framed in the Invisible: The Hidden Architecture of Sexual Sin.” He opens with a spoken‑word intro that affirms the church’s identity, then moves into a systematic exposition that (1) asserts that all visible sin, especially sexual sin, originates in the invisible realm of thought—“framing” a desire before it becomes action; (2) supports this claim with biblical examples (David’s gaze on Bathsheba) and neuroscience (repeated sexual fantasy strengthens neural pathways, creates dopamine tolerance, and drives escalation); (3) defines the biblical covenant of marriage as a sacred, exclusive, God‑ordained binding that makes sexual intimacy a seal of that covenant, contrasting it with cultural notions of sex as mere biology or recreation; (4) describes the enemy’s strategy as a “tactician” who frames images, plants repeated agreements, and builds an internal architecture that leads to idolatry and functional worship; (5) critiques modern media algorithms that amplify sexualized content, noting how novelty fuels dopamine and erodes spiritual stillness; (6) offers hope through Christ’s redemptive work, neuroplasticity, sanctification, and practical steps—confession, accountability, daily renewal, and community support; and (7) repeatedly calls viewers to subscribe, share, and engage with 514 Grace Church’s online platforms. The sermon blends theological exposition, scientific illustration, cultural critique, and pastoral exhortation, aiming to equip believers to recognize and dismantle the invisible structures that enable sexual sin.

Teaching on a subject that is very powerful and potent. Oftentimes we are bombarded with commercials on sex, sex, and more sex because sex sells according to many of the marketers. Today I want to teach on a subject that is going to garner attention, but I want to ask every single one of you before we get started, I want to ask for your support. I want you to subscribe. I want you to view this. I want you to like this, but most importantly, share this with a friend. Tell them to go and watch this video because what is happening when you speak on this type of truth. The algorithm, because it is not popular, will throttle the video to try to bury it underneath because it is not popular. And because truth does not necessarily sell, they want to shut it down. So the algorithm is programmed to point out certain videos that don't fit the status quo. So let's get started. I want to title this first episode, episode number 1, Framed in the Invisible: The Hidden Architecture of Sexual Sin. The perversion— God calls it perversion. Before anything is ever seen, it is framed just like a picture. The Bible says in Hebrews chapter 11, verse 3, it says that the universe was formed At God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible. Before light shone across the void, it existed in the mind and word of God. Before mountains rose, before oceans swelled, before stars burned, creation was conceived. In the invisible. God frames before he manifests anything. Young, young believer, my special brother and sister, hear me. You probably say, well, Pastor, I know that you're teaching on this subject, but you're married. I know that, but also please remember, at one point in my life, I was single. So yes, I dealt with those same struggles, those same pressures that you're experiencing even now in life. But I've got to share this truth because the enemy is bombarding people, humanity, with the tool of perversion because he knows that sex has A purpose, and we're going to teach on that as we go through this episode. But remember, the visible is always downstream from the invisible. And if that is true in creation, it is true in corruption. Sexual sin does not begin in the bed, contrary to what many people believe. It begins in the invisible realm. James tells us that desire conceives, and when it is conceived internally, it gives birth to something we all are familiar with— sin. Conception happens inside, internally, before it ever becomes an action outwardly. Proverbs says it like this. It says, a man thinks in his heart. When you think in your heart, so is he. Whatever you think in your heart, so is he. If you believe that you're a weakling, if you think this in your heart, you conceive it and it manifests. You think that you're weakling, you can do nothing, you are void of strength, helpless. But I want to give you a very vivid picture of King David. David did not begin with Bathsheba's bedroom. He began with a gaze where he looked at Bathsheba bathing. He was on his stoop watching her. He had a lingering look As he watched Bathsheba. So guess what that lingering look is? It is a framed imagination. One framed thought became a lifetime of consequences. Adultery, deception, murder, fractured family, generational instability. If you've ever said, how did I get here? I need you to hear me. You were framed before you fell. And before we go further, hear this carefully. If you carry wounds, your choices, someone else's betrayal, abuse, shame, this material, this teaching is not to condemn you, beloved. The Bible says in Psalms 147, he says he heals The brokenhearted. Isaiah says, he says it like this, he says, a bruised reed he will not break. We're not exposing to shame. That is not my intention at all. I'm your brother. I love you. But as a minister, as a pastor, as a leader in the Lord's church, we are exposing to rebuild, not to tear down. Now let's go deeper. The Bible says in Romans chapter 12, verse 2, it tells us to be transformed, yes, by the renewing of the mind.
Why?
Because the mind frames the life. Now I'm going to get a little bit scientific with you. Neuroscience now confirms what scripture declared long ago. What you rehearse repeatedly Strengthens neural pathways. Repetition wires desire. Imagination conditions behavior. When sexual fantasy is repeated, dopamine floods the brain. It floods the brain's reward circuits. The first exposure feels intense. The second exposure feels powerful.
Hmm.
The 10th exposure feels normal. Eventually, it feels dull. This is called tolerance. You need more intensity, more novelty, more stimulation to feel the same rush. That is how pornography escalates. That is how promiscuity escalates. That is how covenant begins to feel flat. Novelty means craving something new because the old no longer excites you. The brain adapts to stimulation, and when the brain is trained to crave new bodies, more women, more men, new images, new fantasies. Stability begins to feel restrictive. Your brain does not distinguish covenant from convenience. When I say covenant, I'm talking about the covenant of God. It recognizes repetition. Your brain does. It recognizes Repetition. Are you hearing me? It recognizes repetition and reward. Oxytocin bonds. Dopamine rewards. Attachment activates. So your body does not register casual. It registers bonding. So when culture says it's just physical. It's just biology. You're just attracted to this person. No, hear me. Biology says no. It is structural. Now let's define what culture has forgotten. Covenant is not emotion. Covenant is binding, is a binding agreement before God. Covenant is exclusive loyalty. Covenant is permanent. Covenant is mutual surrender under divine authority where you surrender to God. You give God your life. You commit your life to him. You surrender and say, Lord, I am yours. We are in covenant together. Covenant is mutual, mutual surrender under divine authority. God Is divine. So if covenant is mutual surrender, and the husband and the wife surrender each other in covenant, in the covenant of marriage, under God's divine authority, then sex was designed as the physical seal of a spiritual covenant, not some random act that someone just does. Genesis says the 2 become one. Jesus repeats it. He says something so powerful and potent. He talks about humanity and being made one in Christ. We are one new man. Jesus repeats it. What God joins, also what God joins, let no man separate. So we're one in covenant agreement, and Jesus makes it clear, let no man separate. Sex is not recreational energy. It's not recreational. It's not some type of sport. It is a covenant Sealing power. And this is where the weight of God increases, where we have to be responsible and understand what God is talking about. He's talking about covenant marriage, not premarital sex, intercourse before marriage. No, God wants you to understand the weight and the burden that comes with being in covenant. Because God takes covenant serious. So your body is not merely biological tissue. Paul says your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. So when you say the word temple, what do you mean, Pastor? Temple language changes the gravity of the subject. Why? Because sexual sin is not merely self-indulgence. It is temple desecration. Your body is the temple of God. When you join yourself sexually outside of covenant, you are bringing foreign allegiance into a sacred space that is dedicated only to God. Now we must talk about the enemy because he is in fact real. Ephesians chapter 6 says our struggle Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. The enemy does not force anything, but he is a tactician. He frames, he creates imagery, just like he did with David. When David was standing there watching Bathsheba bathe, he became lustful as the enemy began to frame this image of him lying with her. The enemy does not force, he frames. Genesis 3 shows the pattern. Did God really say? Listen at what the enemy says. Hmm. He asked a question, which means he suggests he wants to reframe. Demonic influence does not begin with possession. It begins with suggestion. It works through amplified desire, normalized distortion, repetition until numbness, cultural saturation, until there is utter confusion in your mind. Paul says, give no foothold to the devil. Footholds are not dramatic. They are repeated agreements. Over and over again, repeated agreements. When thought is not taken captive, it builds structures that elevate the enemy above the truth of God in your life. It builds this architecture. When architecture stands long enough, behavior follows. The enemy knows sex Bonds bonding creates allegiance. Allegiance shapes worship. When pleasure becomes primary attachment, it becomes functional.
Hmm.
Comes functional worship. And what you what do you call functional worship? In simple in simplistic terms, I call functional worship idolatry. It's idolatry. Scripture consistently pairs sexual immorality with idolatry because both are misdirected attachment. Across ancient cultures, sex was never trivialized. It was ritualized. Fertility rites, sacred unions, Yeah, sacred unions, transcendence, rituals. They all understood that sex alters reality. They may have misdirected it, but they did not trivialize it. Modern culture trivializes what ancient cultures ritualize. So now the algorithms amplify it. I was looking at the commercials on television most recently, and the algorithms amplified sex, perversion, all of these things. Algorithms reward engagement. Engagement spikes with stimulation. Sexualized content stimulates. Whether you believe it or not, it does. Sexualized content stimulates. Holiness does not trend. Truth does not trend. This is why I ask for your support in spreading this video so that people will be made free, set free from the gospel, the truth that is spoken. Because we know it. Holiness, it doesn't trend. Restraint does not flood. Restraint does not flood dopamine. Did you get that? Restraint does not flood dopamine. So novelty dominates. Overstimulation numbs. Stillness feels dull. Prayer feels Slow. Worship feels flat. Not because God moved, because attachment shifted. Your focus is someplace else. Picture the young man who says, just one look, just one. That look frames imagination. Imagination wires craving. Craving reshapes satisfaction. And you know what covenant feels— the covenant of God feels restrictive. Picture the married couple drifting. Private comparison, private scrolling, invisible framing. By the time betrayal manifests, architecture was already built. So you look at this oversexualized material, you look at porn, and you start to measure each other's performance based off of perversion. You look at how they narrate this, and the enemy is a tactician because he's slowly seduces and coerces. Why can't you do it like this? Not understanding that you have now opened the door to an enemy who has one purpose and one purpose alone, and it is to steal, kill, and to destroy your marriage. Exodus speaks of iniquity visiting generations. Not mystical doom. Not mystical doom, but modeled structure. Children inherit patterns. Homes transmit attachment styles. If novelty is normalized, commitment feels confining. If covenant is honored. Security feels natural and safe. But here is hope. Galatians says Christ redeems from the curse. Jesus breaks chains. And here's where the cross must be central. Where Adam agreed wrongly, Christ obeyed rightly. Where David gazed wrongly, Christ resisted temptation. Where we failed invisibly, Christ obeyed invisibly. He was tempted in every way, yet— oh my goodness, what a wonderful word— yet without sin. Your victory is not self-discipline alone. It is union with the obedient obedient Son of God, our Savior, our Deliverer, Jesus Christ, the Word of God made flesh. Romans 6 says you died to sin. You are no longer slaves. Neuroplasticity proves the brain can rewire Sanctification proves the soul can renew. Confess and sever these ties. Renew your life daily. Study the Word of God. The Bible says, give us this day our daily bread. Don't sit there and allow the enemy to speak words that frame architecture in your mind and create these desires these unhealthy, these unrighteous desires that seek to draw your attention away from God. And I'm not being dramatic. I'm stating the truth. We have to build accountability and we have to rest in union with Christ. You are not your temptation. You are not your past. You are not your worst decision. You are a temple of God. And the enemy knows this. This is why he wants to defile the temple. You are a covenant carrier. You are a son or daughter of God. I just feel in my heart that there is a minister that is struggling with this.
You've—
you're teaching the word, but your life privately is contradictory. Ask God to deliver you. Sever the ties that erect the altars in your temple. Burn the videos. Stop purchasing the vulgarity, because if you don't, you'll fall publicly because you lost privately. And there are some of you, before you failed publicly, you framed it privately. Before authority weakened, alignment shifted. The enemy did not overpower you. He influenced your framing. The same invisible realm where bondage began is where freedom begins. What are you framing right now? Every thought votes. Every agreement builds. It erects something in your life. Every agreement— is it building the image of God, or is it building restrictive behavior that eventually will be embarrassing to both Hear me. Repent. Renew. Reattach to Christ. The Master Builder restores broken architecture, and what is framed in righteousness will manifest in freedom. My name is Pastor Harry L. Pitts, and I'm the senior pastor of 514 Grace Church. This is the first episode, so right now we're laying the foundation because sexual perversion is real, and the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they're mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds. Comment, like, share this video with someone, share with a friend, with a neighbor. My wife Tracy and I, we are praying for you. I'm just cognizant of the fact that the body of Christ is under spiritual assault, and he's trying to tear down any imagery of Jesus Christ and twist and smear the lines between what is righteous and what is unrighteous. This redefining of what truth is. Be careful. The Word of God says that we are living in the last hour. 1 John chapter 2, verse 18. We're living in the last hour. Those that name the name of Christ that are speaking contrary to what's written in that word, they're not Christians. Now I know that was a hard truth that I said. The Bible says that you will know a tree by the fruit that it bears. Follow Christ. Sell out. Renew. Follow righteousness because Jesus loves you and the grace of God is available to all men. God bless you in Jesus' name.
