God uses difficulty and delay as tools for growth, not signs of punishment or abandonment. Scripture shows this pattern from Genesis through Revelation. The speaker urges believers to stop resenting seasons of pressure and obscurity, and instead receive them as intentional spiritual formation.

Hear me, there's a dangerous misunderstanding in the church today concerning difficulty. Many believers assume that when life becomes hard, God must be absent. When progress slows, something must be wrong. When pressure increases, failure must be near. But scripture teaches the exact opposite of what many of us think. Scripture teaches from Genesis to Revelation. Hear me, from Genesis to Revelation, God consistently uses seasons of pressure and obscurity. Hear me, deacons. Hear me, body of Christ. God uses pressure, obscurity, resistance. And delay. You that are watching me out there, listen to this message because believe me, it's going to touch you and it's going to change your life. God uses pressure, obscurity, resistance, and delay not to embarrass his people, but to form them. Oh, this is beautiful. The problem is not that believers suffer The problem is that believers often misinterpret why they go through what they go through. When suffering is misunderstood, the seasons that we deal with, the God-designed seasons, are abandoned many times prematurely. When suffering is misunderstood, you will abandon the season that God is trying to mature you in and form you in and shape you for his purpose and for his calling. Preparation is resented instead of received. So hear me, body of Christ, those that are listening in on the West Coast and those that are listening in the UK and those that are watching us in Pakistan and those that are watching us in Africa, South Africa, the African continent, listen to me. So today we are not dealing in motivational statements or inspirational soundbites.
