I Rebuilt Viral Ads With AI - Here's The Full Workflow (VEED Tutorial)

In this tutorial Helena Liu walks through the process of deconstructing three wildly successful short‑form advertisements and then recreating them using AI tools. She first identifies the core attention‑grabbing hooks—curiosity reveals, dramatic confrontation, and an absurd AirTag‑in‑a‑chicken premise—explaining why each video went viral. She then demonstrates how to generate precise video prompts with Claude, leveraging its new ability to ingest video clips directly. The prompts are fed into VEED’s Fabric model (an all‑in‑one image/video generator and editor) to produce the visual assets. Helena shows how to fine‑tune model choice, orientation, length, and credit usage, and compares results across VEED, Klang, and Seedance. She further connects VEED to Claude via a Managed Connector Platform (MCP) URL, enabling Claude to list avatars, select voices from a library of 500+, and orchestrate multi‑step video assembly (raw footage, animation, talking‑head). Throughout, she highlights practical workflow tricks—using reference images, adjusting prompts, stitching clips with Claude, adding subtitles, music, and AI‑driven audio cleanup. The tutorial culminates in a three‑part ad that combines a chicken‑drumstick hook, a travel animation, and a realistic talking‑head, illustrating how AI can replace manual prompt engineering and basic video editing for rapid ad production.

Oh, shit. Hey, it's pumpkin spice season.
Come to our ride.
A girl hid an AirTag inside a piece of chicken and threw it into the ocean. She immediately started tracking it on her phone, and to her surprise, chicken traveled 5,000 miles all the way to this beautiful 3-bed 3-bathroom home in Kitchener, Ontario.
At first glance, the 3 videos that you saw may look like they have nothing in common, but there's one thing in common from all 3 of those videos, and that is that they all went viral and they all have millions of views. And so in, in this tutorial, we're going to analyze what makes some posts go viral, how you can apply this to your own content and ad strategies, and how you can now recreate these viral posts in a matter of minutes using AI. Now let's rewatch the first post again and analyze it. So the first post here— now, first of all, like, the green paper being cut is piquing my curiosity because I want to know what's under it. Okay, let's keep watching here. Okay, so the hands come out, so it's piquing my curiosity some more. And then the big reveal— oh, it's an advertisement for a studio. Very clever, right? So if you have a business or product that you want to advertise, this is a great ad style that can can do that. So now when we want to recreate this with AI, to me this is really like one continuous shot. So we want the AI to create a paper in the front, and then it's zipped open, the hands come out, and then finally we have the video coming out. So, um, first I'm going to use Claude to help me write a prompt for that. And the great thing about Claude right now is that it can actually watch videos Before we had to like take screenshot after screenshot after screenshot of the entire clip in order for Claude to be able to see what the video is. But now it's actually all built in. So I'm in Claude right now and I just told it to watch the first 6 seconds or so, which is the clip that we just saw, and write a prompt that we can put into something like Klang, Seedance, or Veo and recreate an ad like that using an AI video ad generator. This is such a hack because now you don't have to spend the time trying to come up with the best prompt to recreate videos just like this. So we're just going to wait a moment until we get our prompt. Okay, here is the prompt that Claude has written for us. I'm going to go ahead and copy that. And now to create this video, I'm going to use VEED. And the reason I use VEED is because it's a complete image video generator as well as video editor as well. So it kind of does everything. And they also just came out with their own model, which is called Fabric, which allows you to link it right into Claude and create different characters that can say anything you want. So we're going to see that in just a second though. So I'm in the Generate Video tab right here. And at the bottom here, you can choose your model and you can choose the orientation. We want the portrait 9:16, which is the default. And then at the bottom here, we can choose the length. Of these videos. So for Klling, the maximum it does is 5 seconds. But if we do Seedance, we can get all the way up to 15. And I think the newer model of Seedance can actually let you do as much as 30 seconds as well. I'm going to keep it to the default. And I'm going to press Generate. So this video is going to cost me 40 credits to generate. And if you're not happy with the generations, what you can do is modify the prompt, maybe add more details to it so that the AI has more information. You can also modify the model being used as well. Use a more premium model which can give you a better generation. So we'll be right back once this video finishes generating. I'll show you what it looks like. Okay, so it's been about 30 minutes later and I tried many different versions, different prompts to try to recreate the ad that we just saw. Some were unsuccessful, as you can see here. This is with Klang, and what I realized was that Klang was just really not good at generating text. Like, this was a different version that it was doing. So if you need to generate anything with text, the current version of Klang is just not going to do it for you. And I also realized when I upload a reference image, the resulting video was more accurate in terms of what I was looking for. So I would recommend dance reveal over cling. And then so this is the final version that I liked the best. I'll play it here for you. So you can see the paper ripping and the hands come out and then finally reveals my course. And this is also a free plug that I'm going to say here. If you're looking to build your own team of AI agents, join my free course. The link is going to be below as well. And you can see that VEED is not just an AI you know, image and video generator. It's not just reusing other people's models. It's actually a full-on video editor, and it is quite good as well. So there's all sorts of AI tools included in here. It can clean up your audio, remove filler words, fix your eye contact, and there's a lot of different AI functions that you can do here. Some of my favorites are adding in the subtitles. So whenever you watch like Instagram Reels or TikTok, you can see the captions moving as you're talking. So VEED actually does that automatically for us. And if we just want to add a little bit of music into the video, we can listen to the ones that we want. And then all we need to do is drag and drop this clip on top of it. And now we have music to go on top of the video. Now let's go on to the second type of viral clip that we want to create. Let's take a look at it first and then let's try to recreate it. Okay, so you can see what's getting Our attention is that this guy looks angry, right? And then we're like, okay, what kind of confrontation is there? So again, like, you can see what makes a lot of these videos go viral is that it's piquing our attention. Like, there's a curiosity hook at the beginning. Okay. Oh, he's smashing coffee in front of this guy's car. Okay, that's not good. We're really wondering, like, what's going on? Comes over, there's more confrontation. Psychologically, I think we're all wired for drama. So, and then— Hey, it's pumpkin spice! It actually ended up being an ad for a coffee. Isn't that genius, guys? Okay, so now we're going to use the ad that we just saw as inspiration and recreate our own. So this is what I put in as my prompt here, and of course we use the same method of using Claude to help us come up with the prompt. And This is what Klang came back with. Klang actually did a pretty good job here with this video. It's almost spot on. I didn't want it to recreate the exact same guy, actually. I want to put my own spin on this ad style, but I did like the way that he was able to capture attention here. And I'm going to turn back into Claude here. And the next thing we're going to do is connect VEED right into Claude. Yes, VEED does have an MCP, which means that you can start using VEED right inside of Claude. So what I'm going to do is expand the left navigation here and go into Customize, and then you can see that you have these tabs across the top. The one that we want is Connectors. And so this really enhances the capability of what you can do in Claude because there's already thousands of different connectors that you can connect to, which allows Claude to take actions on your behalf right inside of Claude because you can see here it's connected to my Gmail. So now it can read my emails and it can reply to emails for me as well. So we want to actually add a new connector, which is a VEED one. And you can see I actually have it connected here. So I'm going to disconnect it just to show you how to connect it. So we're going to go to Connectors. We're going to go to Add. I'm going to call this connector VEED. And here is the MCP URL that you would put in for VEED. So it's veed.io/api/v1/mcp. I will put it in the description as well in case you want to just copy and paste it. And after this, I'm just going to press continue. And what it's going to ask you is allow authorization. You just log into your VEED account as normal and then it will be connected. So this is what the authorization form is going to look like. I'm going to press allow access. And, and you will see connected here across the top, which tells us it's now been connected. Okay, so I'm going to do next is use VEED and pull up all the characters so that we can see which avatars we can work with and what we can get them to say. Right? So I'm putting my own spin on the ad and using what we just saw as inspiration. So we can see all of these different characters we can use. This one kind of stands out to me. He looks like he would be a good fit for the shot. So once we select the character, we can tell it the script that we wanted to use, and then we can also select the voice as well. So we can say, give me a list of voices in VEED, and then it will show me the voices that I can choose from. So you can see we have a whole list of over 500 different voices in VEED, and you can see we can pull this up right inside of Claude. And if I want to listen to any of these voices, there's a play button. The quick brown fox jumps over— Right? And here is the final video generation confirmation that Claude asks me to confirm. So we're going to choose him, and this is the transcript that he's going to say. And then we're going to go ahead and create this video, and I will show you what it looks like once it's done. The great thing is that all of this is ready right within Claude, but I can also go back to my VEED account and go to my assets, and I'll be able to see everything that I've generated in my account 4 as well. So let me play for you what this guy sounds like now.
So this guy attacked my car at a crosswalk in Brooklyn yesterday. I got the whole thing on my dashcam. Watch this.
Okay.
All right.
So what we're gonna do actually is get this downloaded here. Okay, so I have the talking head video that we just generated as well as the road rage video here. And I'm just going to put in my prompt here. So insert the dashcam video after he says, watch this. And then in the last 5 seconds, create an animation video for the burger shop. Okay, I'm just gonna enter this and then wait a few minutes for Claude to finish editing this video, and I'll show you what the final result looks like. Okay, Claude has finished editing our video. Yes, it was just as simple as that to do basic video editing now with Claude. So like using the 80/20 rule, 80% of the video editing you need to do— so if it's just like inserting things into a particular spot, creating an animation in the end, smoothing things out. Claude can do all of the basics now. It's only when you need something a bit more advanced that you even need to reach for a tool. So anyway, now let's open this up and I will show you what this video completed looks like.
So this guy attacked my car at a crosswalk in Brooklyn yesterday. I got the whole thing on my dashcam.
Yeah, you can see this guy attacking him. I mean, that guy looks so real. It's hard to tell. I mean, is it just me, or does this guy look just so real? It basically doesn't even look AI to me. Pretty crazy what AI-generated content can do. All right, let's keep watching.
Turns out he wasn't mad. He runs the burger spot on that corner. Honestly, best burger in Brooklyn. This is Hank's on 5th.
That's really cool, right? And yes, the end animation Was all done by Claude just with that one prompt. Mind-blowing, right? Like you don't even have to be like a super good prompt engineer anymore to get really good results with AI. So super duper cool. All right. Now let's move on to the third type of ad that we want to recreate. Let's watch it again. Right.
A girl, the hair thing inside a piece of chicken.
Okay, so girls putting a Air tag in a piece of chicken. So you're like, this is weird, right? Something that like stops the scroll, right? Like because who would put an air tag inside of a piece of chicken drumstick, right? So this is getting my attention right away.
Threw it into the ocean. She immediately.
All right. So she's she's tracking the chicken.
Tracking it on her phone, and to her surprise, chicken traveled five thousand miles.
And by the way, this video got eleven million views. Can I point that out?
Louis did this beautiful 3-bedroom.
I love this. So it ended up being an ad for a realtor, um, but I mean, that was probably the best hook I've seen in a long time.
3-bathroom home in Kitchener, Ontario.
All right, so that was the ad, and then he goes into, um, more features about the house, but you can see how a video like that can get your Attention, right? So we're going to use VEED again to recreate the video like that. But what I want you to take away is like the post that's really getting a lot of attention right now has a strong curiosity hook that makes you stop the scroll. Like there's so much noise now on the internet, like there's so many things trying to get your attention. You really want to stand out and being something different helps you stand out, helps like draw people into what it is that you have to say, right? So ads these days are getting more and more creative. So Same methodology as before. We're going to go to generate video, and I'm going to use clean again for this one. And here is the prompt that I'm going to put in here. Basically, I want it to give me a video of like, you know, someone holding a raw chicken drumstick and they're sticking an AirTag into that drumstick. All right, so it's been about 30 minutes. I did a few generations of this. I mean, I'll show you a couple of them. Couple times, like it just completely messed up. I tried to do VO as well, and VO—I mean, I like the sound effect of the ocean, but no, the move—I mean, that does not look natural, right? Then I tried sea dance, and then let's take a look here. It's kind of ripping open that drumstick and putting it—I mean, it's not bad, but. Not exactly what I was thinking of. That's not— that's actually not too bad anyway. So let's take a look at this version here. The, you know, you can see that when you're using AI to generate great videos, it doesn't always follow your instructions exactly. My favorite one ended up being this, this one right here. Right. It's covering up and it's throwing it into the ocean. Okay, so that's the version I'm going to use out of all of them and testing different prompts and different models. And this ended up being my favorite one. All right. So the first portion of our ad recreation is done here. Now, the second portion, if you remember back to the original, I'll just show it real quick here. You can see that it has this portion here where the chicken is traveling. Now, I'm actually going to use Claude to recreate this. This is a prompt I'm going to use. Basically, I'm going to tell it the look and feel, and Claude can actually create like not just, you know, images anymore, but it can have the images move. It doesn't create like AI-generated videos, but it can create what you just saw where it's like animation of, you know, an emoji moving or something like that. It actually does a pretty good job at that as well. Okay, so I waited a couple minutes and here was the final result. And it's actually pretty good. So if I was a realtor, I would definitely use, use this style of ad to try to get some more attention. And then it lands into a random street. All right. So that's the second portion of our recreation from our inspiration. Okay. And then the third part, we want to get an avatar to start speaking about the house that we are at. Right. So I'm going to pull up the list of characters from VEED again. And then choose a talking head, get a script ready, and combine everything together. Okay. All right. So basically exact same idea as before. I'm going to tell it to list all the characters on VEED and voices. And then again, I'm just going to pick the character and voice I want and the script, and I'm going to combine the first video Second video and third video together. I think I like him, so I'm going to select him, select the voice I want to use, and I'll be right back to assemble everything together. All right, now I have all 3 videos. The first one is the chicken drumstick one, and then this one is the one that VEED just generated of our talking head. And of course, we have the chicken mockup. So now I'm gonna use Claude to assemble all 3 pieces together. Here, here is the prompt that I used. Basically, I wanted to combine the chicken Drumstick video that will come first, and then it will do the chicken mockup that we just got Claude to create for us. And then the third one is the talking head video. I'll just go over to my playground here and actually just play you this video. It's this one here, and I'll just play it for you here.
If you found this video, our chicken made it to your feed. I'm Danny from Saltbridge Realty. We hid a tracker in a drumstick and mailed it across the country to prove we can find any home. Anywhere.
What I like about VEED is like the characters look extremely realistic and they're in natural poses. So I'll show you the final result when all 3 of the videos are combined together. All right. So it's been about 10 minutes or so. And you can see here we used Claude to combine the 3 videos that we made together. The first one was the one generated from playing with a raw drumstick with the AirTag inside. And then the second one was the video that actually Claude made, and the third one was the talking head generated by VEED. And then I got Claude using just this prompt right here to stitch all 3 videos together. And now let's have a watch at the final result. All right, so it's putting the drumstick in, throw in the ocean, and we can see that now the chicken's traveling. Down the road, all the way to the street.
If you found this video, our chicken made it to your feed. Pretty cool. I'm Dave from Summit Ridge Realty. We hid a tracker in a drumstick and mailed it across the country to prove we can find it anywhere. Comment track and I'll send you our free homebuyer checklist.
Yeah, there you go. So my point of recreating these 3 different types of viral videos is to just to show you what's now possible with AI and AI video generation and just get creative. If you see a viral video that you really like, put your own spin on it and you don't need a big production budget anymore to recreate these videos by using Claude, by using VEED, by combining different AI video generators together like Klang or Seedance, Veo. You can create like infinite amount of possibilities and you don't need to rent out like studio space or hire actors anymore. This is a very cheap and inexpensive way for you to test new ideas for your social post or for your advertisement. I hope you enjoyed this video. If you did learn something new, please give this a like and a thumbs up. And if you really like this tutorial, I would really appreciate if you can subscribe as well. I also got a free course on Agentic AI that you can join. The link is going to be below as well. Lastly, thank you VEED for sponsoring this video. And until next time, thanks guys.
