Let's be real. Things have slowed down. Sales are harder. The model that worked two years ago just flat out is not working anymore. And now you've got a thousand different people screaming at you about all the different things you need to do and need to do now to save your business, to grow your business, to pivot your business, to not have a repeat of the suckiness of this year, next year. And yeah, I'm one of them. So how do you actually put your CEO hat on right now, cut through all of the BS and make the best decision for you and, and your business. And that is what I'm going to talk you through today. Hey, welcome back to the Doing It Online podcast. I'm your host, Kate McKibben from HelloFunnels. Co. Now, over the last few episodes, we've been deep in this conversation about the pivot that needs to happen. Why DIY courses are struggling in their current form and model, and why group programs are the model that's working, the biggest mistakes people are making and the numbers you need to know to be able to make it profitable for fast. And today. I want to help you to figure out if this pivot is actually going to be worth it for you. Because not everyone needs to make this move, but a lot of people do. And if you're one of them, waiting another year could be really costly. Now, just a quick reminder, if you do want help with this, we're kicking off a live four week mini mind this week where you're going to learn how to design, deliver, fill and automate your own self six to seven figure group program. And not just any group program. An evolved, profitable, easy to sell, totally AI proof program that you're just going to love. That's going to be the new era of your business. What we're calling a leveraged live experience. We're doing this inside the pivot project. Doors are open, final spots are available. Hurry, grab the link below and save your seat. All right. Still not sure if it's the right move for you. Well, let's dive in now and figure it out. So first question, and really this is the main question, right? Is do you even need to pivot right now? So for some people it is really clear this last year has been harder. Sales have been down, conversion rates have dropped. What you've been doing just hasn't been working as well as it used to. You're working harder for less results. That's true for a lot of people right now. So don't beat yourself up. Is that, is True for you, but for others, things are still chugging along smoothly. You haven't seen a massive dip yet. In fact, there are some people out there right now who are growing and you're wondering, do I really need to change anything? So here is what I want you to think about if you are one of the lucky ones in column B. So first of all, just because it hasn't hit you yet, doesn't mean that it's not coming. Yes, some niches are being impacted sooner than others because of shifts in the economy, world politics, and of course AI and how quickly their particular target market is adopting that. So if everything feels fine right now for you, I want you just take a second and really think about the longer term impact of AI, not just on your clients directly, but on the people who give money to your clients. When you think about how they make their money, is that AI proof? Because that's where you start to see these longer ripple effects. That's where the biggest slowdowns start. Is their job AI proof? Are their clients budgets shrinking? Are they cutting back on investments like coaching? Because everything else is feeling tighter. You need to be thinking a few steps ahead here. Now, here are the signs that you need to seriously consider doing a pivot. Not just a little tweak, but a real strategic shift. So sign number one, most of your revenue is based on selling knowledge and information. So even if it's your proprietary knowledge, even if it's your unique framework, if you are primarily selling information, that is going to shift, if it hasn't already, it will. Because AI is now doing that job for free. And people are realizing they don't need to pay $997 for something that ChatGPT can give them in 3 second for 0 cost. Sure, it might not be as good, and let me just say that I definitely don't believe it will be as good as most experienced coaches. But the speed and the price are pretty hard to compete with. All right, sign number two, you're in a market where people actually want more accountability, more human connection and more real person feedback. There are a lot of markets right now where when you think about what your clients really want, they're not just looking for just straight information anymore. They actually want support, they want community, they want actual feedback and customization and that gut feeling that you get when something is or isn't going to be right for them. They want someone in their corner helping them to actually implement. They want a human being basically, which is great because that means that they are actively looking for you to create that next step for them. All right? Sign number three is your current model requires either massive volume or massive launches to be profitable, and you're just flat out exhausted. So if you are constantly chasing that next launch, constantly trying to scale ads, or trying to crack the algorithm to drive high numbers of people to your page, to your leads, to your list, to everything, and you're constantly feeling like you're on a hamster wheel, that is a sign. So if you're saying yes to multiple ones of these, then I have to say, hand on my heart, absolutely. It is time for you to pivot. And the question now is, is a leveraged live experience the right pivot for you? So let's talk about that. All right. You know, you need to pivot. So let's get right into the objections, right? Like right into those messages, right into those little voices right now inside your head that are saying, no, that's too scary. That's too hard. That's not going to work for me because I know what you're thinking. I've heard all of these before. I've probably thought. Thought many of them before myself. So let's walk through them. Number one, what if I have a small audience? Will this work for me? So this is one of the most common fears I hear. And honestly, I have to say, having a small audience is actually an advantage here. Here's why. If you can strategically design your offer so that it feels more like a cozy, intimate space than a big, massive, crowded, shouty space, and you do that intentionally, people are going to love you for it. You can position it as exclusive, as high touch as you're going to get direct access to me because we're keeping this small, that becomes a selling point, not a weakness. And here's the other thing. If you didn't listen to the previous about the important numbers that you need, go back and listen to it. Because here's the reality. If you're trying to hit your goals using a DIY style course, you are going to have to make roughly 10 times the number of sales to hit the same revenue as you would with a leveraged live experience. And the process of making those sales is not very different. You just have to do a whole lot more of them. So think about that. If you need to make 400 sales of your $500 course to hit your $200,000 goal, then you only need to make 40 sales of a $5,000 leverage program to hit that same goal. So it actually works in your favor. And they're really? No, more difficult to sell. You sell them differently, but it's not harder. So if you have a small audience, this is actually the perfect model for you because you're going to be able to see bigger results faster without having to mortgage your house. To be able to afford the number of ads you need to be able to sell the number of programs you need to hit your goals. All right, common fear number two. I'm really busy. I don't have time to create something new. Okay, I'm just going to be really frank with you here. If you're feeling overwhelmed and you think you don't have time, that is exactly why you need to join the Pivot project. Because inside, I'm going to show you how to do this fast and scrappy, which is my favorite way to launch any program. Yes, even a premium one. You do not need to spend the next few months mapping everything out, filming perfect content, creating a gorgeous sales page. You don't need to do any of that. You can absolutely fill your first cohort with really simple techniques. We've got templates for everything. We're going to show you how to do this so you can literally get everything done in just a few hours a day, over a couple of weeks, and you'll have this whole thing ready. And that could completely change the economics of your business. If you're busy, that's not a reason to not do that. That's a reason to do it now and do it the right way so you don't waste time spinning your wheels. All right, onto number three. What if I already have a group program? Great. Then the question I going to ask you is, is it working for you? Is it as profitable as it could be? Is it as easy to sell as you want it to be? Is it getting people the results you think it should? And does it feel light and easy to deliver? If the answer to any of these is no, then let us show you how to refine it. The best news is that often these are the low hanging fruits. These are the simple 1% tweaks that completely come in and make the biggest difference. And that's exactly what we're going to be doing inside the Pivot Project. You're going to bring your existing program and we're going to help you audit it. We're going to show you what's missing, what's working and what needs to be changed. And you're going to walk away with a version of your program that actually sells, that delivers results and that is profitable. So if you already Have a group program. Don't sit this out. This is for you too. All right. Common fear number four. What if people expect too much from me? Look, I get it. A lot of the reason you might have decided to go for that DIY course model in the first place is because you probably got sucked dry by doing one on ones. Or maybe you're busy or you've got lots of kids or life is lifing and you just don't want so many things in your calendar. But the reality is, I've had over 200 people inside my Leverage Live experience over the years at a time, and the delivery has still been one of the lightest touch deliveries of anything I've ever created. And these are people who are crushing it, who are giving us amazing feedback scores, who are signing up for years over and over again. And it's because I engineered it to be this way. So what does it actually look like for me? Well, it's roughly 20 minutes a day, Monday to Friday. I jump into the community. I'm responding with voice notes, I'm shooting looms, I'm responding to, to the most high potency questions. That's it. And then I have a call every second week, which usually goes for about two hours. Sometimes it goes longer, sometimes less. I'm clearing that space to make sure everyone is heard and gets everything they need. That's it. That's the entire delivery for 200 people. As I said, this has generated millions in revenue. So what you need to really ask yourself is if someone was going to hand you half a million or a million dollars a year and say all you need to do is one two hour call every two weeks, would you take it? Of course you would. Now, the other really important piece to know about this is it's about setting the boundaries and setting the tone. And we talk about that in detail inside the Pivot project. How to make sure people know how to behave. How to train people to get the best experience, to get amazing results, to make sure they're showing up and making the most of what's available to them, but without being bratty about it. How to make sure you've got very clear boundaries and that they respect them and actually appreciate you for modeling them for them. So if you're worried about people expecting too much, we're going to show you how to structure this so that never happens. All right? Common fee number five. What if I just don't have the tech skills for this? The wonderful thing about this kind of offer is it is so low tech. If you can set up a zoom call, if you can set up an online course, which I assume that you already have, if you can schedule some emails, you can do this. There's nothing more complex. It doesn't need anything fancy. Even the way you sell it doesn't need anything fancy. So, yes, we use Circle, and we love Circle as our platform for hosting all of our experiences. But you don't have to use Circle. You don't have to have a whole bunch of other fancy tech either. You can do this with a Slack channel or a Telegram channel, which costs like five bucks a month. It can be super light, inexpensive, and easy. So. So if you're worried about the tech, don't be. This is one of the simplest models to run from a tech perspective. All right, Common fear number six. What if people won't pay a premium price for what I do? Okay, this one I want to be really frank about. If you're not solving what I call a top three problem, then going forward, it doesn't matter what format it's in, it's going to be hard. Here's what I mean by top three problems. Think about everyone in your target market. They're running around with a list of things that they're trying to figure out, trying to solve, trying to achieve, right? And there's usually unconsciously about one, two or three things at the very top that are getting all of their attention, all of their resources, all of their investment, all of their time, because everyone is busy. And realistically, only the top three problems are going to get solved. So if you're not solving a current top three problem, then it's going to be hard to get people to pay premium prices. But here's the good news. That doesn't necessarily mean you have to change your program. You might just need to look at who you're targeting, how you're talking about it, what you're promising, and what they actually really need and want. You might just need to change your positioning and that is going to be key regardless of what model you choose next year. Because this is not a nice to haves, friendly market. People are only investing in must haves. So if you're sitting there going, I don't think mine's a top three problem, then pivoting to just a different format is probably not the solution you need. What you need to do right now is go back and look at your positioning and we can help you with that inside the pivot project too. So is a leverage live experience the right pivot for you? If you're selling information. If your market wants human connection and accountability, if you're exhausted from chasing volume, if you want to work smarter and. And make more, then yes, absolutely. And if you're ready to make this happen. Doors are open right now for the Pivot project. We start Thursday this week. Final spots are available and you can get in and get started for as little as $197. That's it. So you've really got nothing to lose and everything to gain. Click the link below, save your seat, and let's make 2026 the year everything changes for you. I'll see you inside.
