Look, low ticket offers are not a new concept, and they're definitely not new for us here at HelloFunnels. We've been experimenting with low ticket offers, gateway offers, front end entry point offers, whatever you want to call them, since 2018 with varying levels of success. And today I want to tell you the full story because I think there's something really important in the bookends of this journey, where we started, what we learned, where we are now, and why the results we're seeing in 2026 are unlike anything we've done before. Hey, hey there, it's Kate here from hellofunnels.co and welcome to the Doing It Online podcast. So today, let's go back to the beginning. It's 2019, we're in COVID lockdowns, not to give anybody horrible flashbacks, and I was supposed to be creating a webinar. Yes, more horrible flashbacks. Look, I did not want to be creating a webinar. I hate creating webinars. So instead of doing that, I started procrastinating, which for me usually means following a completely different idea that has been rattling around in my brain. And that idea was this: a small, low-ticket offer. Simple, quick, something I could test fast, get a quick win from. So I thought, let's just do it. It won't take long. I went and whipped up a sales page, and here's one of the things I love about low-ticket offers. The sales pages don't need to be anywhere near as involved as a full-on program page. It can be lean, simple, to the point. I created the first video for the offer, just one, like just one lesson, because I'm a big believer in testing before you invest in too much build time, too much resources. So if you're planning to run ads to something, test it first, make sure it works, make sure people actually wanna buy it, and then you can create it after. So I got the sales page up, I recorded that one video, set up a couple of ads, and started with somewhere between $50 to $100 as my starting budget. It was a few years ago now. I'm not sure of that exact starting number. The offer was just $27. And I made 5 sales on that first day. I remember sitting there completely amazed, not because 5 sales of a $27 offer is some wildly impressive number, but because of how fast it happened. I'd set it all up in an afternoon and by the next day it was out there running and making sales. I had never experienced anything like that kind of speed before. Now, a lot has changed between then and now, and we've taken many clients through many different versions of this process over the last few years. We ran our own low-ticket offers on and off, but if I'm honest, we had a period where we stepped away from it. The ads kept having issues. It felt like more hassle than it was worth, so we paused it. But here's the pattern I kept noticing. Every single time we had a low-ticket offer that was running successfully, those were our best months, the most stable months. The months where sales of our higher ticket programs were the highest, the months where our list was growing the fastest, without exception. The data was pretty clear. So when a new idea started rattling around in my brain at the end of last year, I knew it was time to do it again. So let's fast forward back now to December 2025. Same situation, shiny new idea, felt like a great gateway offer and I needed to test it. Same process, but this time With a bit of AI in the mix to help map out the offer, script the page, and get moving even faster. Set up the ads again, starting budget around $100, and again, up and running in an afternoon. Same speed, same simplicity. But the ad strategy this time, very, very different to what we started with back in 2019. That's a whole other conversation. Actually, it's what we teach inside our Viral Ads training. But the point is, the right offer. With the right strategy and the right ad strategy on top changes everything because we've now scaled that to spending around $1,000 a day on ads with an average return on ad spend or ROAS for the nerds in the know of around 2 to 2.5, which means some days are significantly higher and some days a little bit lower, but on average, we're generating around an extra $1,000 a day in profit from this funnel alone every single day. And that's before we even factor in what happens next, because this isn't just an offer that sells, it's a front door. Every person who comes through that funnel, every person who buys that gateway offer becomes someone who's now in our world, in our email sequence, being automatically invited into our other offers and programs. Our other layers of the Silent Selling System are all in place. Our cash injection strategies are working. All of it is compounding, but this front-end offer, this is what made it all possible. In the last 5 months alone, we've generated well over $300,000 in additional revenue from this one offer alone. And we're currently nearly 280% up on revenue compared to the same period last year. 280%. In a market where everyone is doom and gloom and says sales have slowed. But the thing that truly changed is that we are now profitable on that front end offer. Previously, when we've run these offers, the goal was to break even, get the ads to pay for themselves. That's it. Which is still worth it, by the way, because even breaking even, you're filling your system with buyers who then go on to purchase your higher ticket offers. But now we are profitable, very profitable in a competitive space, in a competitive time, running our own ads in-house. That combination of the right offer and the right strategy in 2026 is working in a way it has never for us before. And I knew I had to update how we teach this. So that's what Buyers on Demand 3.0 is, is our complete updated program that walks you through this entire framework, how to map it out, how to build it, how to make it work for your specific business, your budget, and where you're starting from. Because one of the biggest things we've added to this version is customization. Not everyone starting this journey is in the same place. Some people have a healthy ad budget and they're ready to move fast. Some people want to start slow, test. Be careful and scale from there. Some people are completely comfortable with ads. Others have never set up a pixel in their life. Some people have offers they've already sold and proven. Others are starting something completely from scratch. All of these factors require a slightly different approach. So inside Buyers on Demand 3.0, we walk you through 3 key customization points. What your budget looks like and how to right-size your ad strategy to match it. Where you're at with ads, from total beginner to seasoned pro, and how to match the technical side accordingly. And how proven your offer is and what that means for how and when you start running traffic to it. With all 3 of those mapped out for your specific situation, you end up with a version of this framework that's genuinely built for where you are right now. Not a one-size-fits-all approach that half works for half the people. A strategy that's actually designed for you. And then we walk you through the full system, the Audience Engine framework, the emails that sell, the ad strategy, the content that compounds, and how all these pieces connect together. Not just a product, a complete revenue engine. And as a bonus, everyone who joins gets a ticket to Inside the $300K Funnel, an exclusive live workshop I'm running on June 11th that is a live walkthrough of my exact current funnel, the very one that's brought in nearly $300,000 extra this year. Step by step, nothing held back, including the specific tweaks we made that took our average order value from just $37 to over $100. Plus live funnel reviews on the call so you can get real eyes on your own setup before you spend a cent on ads. And the good news is right now Buyers on Demand 3.0 is on presale at just $197.
