Hey. Hey guys. Welcome to episode 41 of the Doing It Online podcast. It is Kate McKibben here, your host from hellofunnels Co. And today I want to talk about something that I think a lot of people. It's a question I get asked a lot and I think the answer that most people get is wrong. So I wanted to dive into that with you guys today. So one thing that I know a lot of people always want to know and I'm sure they're not just asking me, but it's always like, you know, people want to know, like, how long is it going to take? Like they're going really like, sit me down, like, how long will it take me to go from here to here to grow my business, to create a six figure, seven figure business? And to be honest, my answer is actually, does it really matter? Look, I know we all want the big 60s, sexy, sorry, six, seven or even eight figure business as soon as humanly possible, right? You know, we want it today or tomorrow at the latest. But the thing is, and not to sound cheesy, but success is not a destination, it's a journey. I know, vomit if you need to, but it's true. And there is no one timeline for every person and every business. For example, one of my clients, Heidi, found me at just the right time. She was actually just about to kick off a launch and I kind of thought she was mad for diving in, but right when she did, but she did. And thing is, she was able to jump on in. You know, she went through our webinar system and used our templates in her launch and within less than two weeks of working together, she achieved her best launch ever. And then she just as quickly, like, this woman is a powerhouse. She then dived into our funnel systems for her business and in less than a month, she had created a funnel that then added, you know, roughly 40k a month and every month to her business on autopilot. She pretty much set the land speed record of funnel creation. And we were so so excited for her. We celebrated hard, believe me. Yes, we do celebrate. There are a lot of virtual Friday night drinks happening in this office. But on the opposite end of the spectrum was another amazing client, Kylie. Now Kylie didn't quite have as many pieces in place when she joined us. Her offer wasn't really selling at all, even in her launches. So she had to go back to the drawing board. She had to take a bit of time to reimagine and retest her program to dive into who her clients really were, what they really wanted. And that takes time, it just has to. Some things can't be rushed. She then had to create this program and we all know how long that takes or if you haven't created your program yet, just, just trust me here, it's not something you do overnight. And then, you know, she had to create a whole new launch based around it and from that launch and then finish, you know, creating the project, the product and updating things based on feedback and all of that stuff. And you know, she was already pretty flat out. She had a one to one practice, she had kids, she has a life. So it took Kylie closer, I'd say to nine months to get her now roughly six figure plus funnel up running and making sales. Although hilariously a side note, technically it would have been less, but she actually forgot to turn it on for the first month and she was just convinced that it didn't work and then she realized she had to activate it and then the sales started coming in. But you know what, that is still awesome too. Like nine months in the scheme of things is not that long. So sadly no, I can't tell you exactly how long it will take for you to create that business of your dreams. But I can tell you that when you've built it and you look back at the time that it took, that it just won't matter, I promise you. Because you'll already be onto your next goal or your next. Like you're not looking backwards, you're looking forwards, we all do it. So I'm pretty sure no one has ever when they've hit a really exciting goal, stopped and gone, man, But I wish I'd done it a month sooner. You know, it's, we're always like, okay, this is great. Next thing, next, next, next. So moral of the story is it really doesn't matter how long it takes you to get to your goal, as long as you're moving forward, as long as you're making progress and as long as you're enjoying the journey that is what really truly counts.
