So we stripped back to just me, Ryan, Omar, and the time we'd worked with Omar like previously. And, um, you know, he had the same level of like grit, hustle, determination, and competitiveness, uh, to build in the way that we wanted to build. Uh, and I think at the time we were just billing rather than building. Right. So it was a case of like, right, let's just reflect on what's worked, what's not worked, and then basically hit the reset button and then focus on building the repeatable systems, the process that when we do scale again, people can then plug into that and be really mindful around when we scale. Let's not scale beyond the current headcount of what we've got at the moment, because otherwise we're just going to be doubling the culture of the business. Um, and just start from there.
